I am the Managing Partner of SMO & CO. I founded the firm in March 2012, after working in the commercial sector for over fifteen years, during which time I qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant in 1999. I am also a Chartered Tax Practitioner (CTA) and the firm’s Tax Adviser.My experience covers the full range of accounting, businesses, company secretarial and taxation matters. This includes advising businesses across a wide range of sectors, including sole traders, partnerships, and small-medium family businesses and acting as FD for many SME clients.As a Chartered Tax Practitioner, my expertise in compliance and tax advisory services at both corporate and personal level, is extensive and includes all aspects of personal tax, trust and estate planning, employment related tax issues, chargeable disposals, offshore matters and HMRC enquiries.
