How Long Will My Order Take?

Our estimated dispatch time is 15-20 Working Days, depending on order complexity, for all custom size clear glass splashbacks.Please note the lead times above are only a guide and do vary based on our current workload.  Should you need an order soon or if you want to confirm our current lead time please get in touch. We operate Monday - Friday and are closed weekends and bank holidays.We recommend that you don't book anyone to fit your glass splashback until it has arrived safely and has been checked over by yourself.

What Thickness Should I Choose For My Clear Glass Splashback?

6mm is our most popular thickness, closely followed by 4mm. They are both more than sufficient to go behind a kitchen hob. 8mm or 10mm thick splashbacks are usually chosen by businesses who are installing in high traffic commercial environments.

How Do I Fix My Clear Glass Splashback To The Wall?

We can put pre-drilled holes in your glass and supply you with chrome mirror screws. You can add this to your order on the product page. Installation instructions are provided with every order and can be viewed online here.

Are Your Clear Glass Splashbacks Safe To Be Used Behind A Hob?

Yes. We only use toughened glass for our clear glass splashbacks, which is safe to be used behind any hob or stovetop.Toughened glass is typically resilient enough to withstand heat up to 250°C, so this material is ideal for kitchen glass splashbacks, where it will likely be exposed to high temperatures, steam and moisture.However, clear glass splashbacks are not designed to come into direct contact with a heat source. Therefore, it’s important to maintain a minimum gap of 100mm between the edge of the stovetop and the splashback, especially if it is a gas hob with open flames. They are heat resistant, not flame retardant. Can You Cut Shapes Out Of The Glass Splashbacks?Shapes can be cut out of Glass Splashbacks to accommodate cooker hoods, sockets etc. Send us an email with your requirements and a drawing of your splashback and we will provide a quote as soon as possible. Do You Offer Different Coloured Screws & Mirror Caps?

We currently only offer chrome capped mirror screws. These will be supplied with your order if you choose ‘Holes & Mirror Screws’ as your fixing option. If you require a different colour you can purchase them from your local DIY store or Ebay for a few £.Please note, if you plan on ordering your own fixings you will still need to select "Holes & Mirror Screws" so that drill holes are put into your splashback.

How Do I Clean A Clear Glass Splashback?

You can clean your glass splashback with a non-abrasive micro fibre cloth, glass cleaner and a bit of elbow grease. White vinegar mixed with water is also a great alternative to glass cleaner. Never use abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals.We recommend adding our easy clean coating to the splashback to help reduce cleaning time and frequency. Easy Clean is a polymer coating that protects glass with a barrier that repels water, soil, stains, soap scum, rust and hard water mineral deposits.

Please check for any visible signs of damage to the packaging of your order before signing for the delivery. Any items damaged in transit should be noted at time of delivery, and if possible delivery should be refused and returned to us.If the Glass Splashbacks arrive defective this should also be noted at time of delivery and returned via the courier. If the Glass Splashback does not fit we cannot issue you a refund if the measurements match the measurements on your invoice or are in tolerance, so please check your invoice prior to completing payment.Please ensure that you have thoroughly checked your order before signing for it. You can choose which one you want on our order page.We recommend installing with our splashback adhesive for a modern, clean finish.If you decide to install with adhesive you must use a clear low modulus neutral cure adhesive. Many adhesives, particularly those containing solvents, can react with the paint or backing, causing discoloration, bubbling, or other damage. We recommend that you use our adhesive for a smooth installation. Once production is complete, all orders are dispatched on an express delivery with a fully tracked courier. Full tracking details will be supplied via text message or email, depending on the courier.

All splashbacks are made to order with the following production lead times:

Industry Standard Sizes (e.g. 600mm x 650mm): Estimated lead time of 15 working days.

Custom Sizes: Estimated lead time of 15-20 working days, depending on order complexity.

Once production is complete, all orders are dispatched on an express delivery with a fully tracked courier. Full tracking details will be supplied via text message or email, depending on the courier.
Please Note: The lead times provided are intended as a guide and may vary depending on our current production schedule. Please remember this is a bespoke product, made to order, and sometimes delays can occur. If you require your order urgently or would like to confirm the latest lead time, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Our team is available Monday to Friday, and we are closed on weekends and bank holidays.
For your convenience and peace of mind, we strongly recommend not scheduling installation until your glass has arrived and you’ve had the opportunity to inspect it.

How Long Will My Order Take?

Our estimated dispatch time is 15-20 Working Days, depending on order complexity, for all custom size colour glass splashbacks.Please note the lead times above are only a guide and do vary based on our current workload.  Should you need an order soon or if you want to confirm our current lead time please get in touch. We operate Monday - Friday and are closed weekends and bank holidays.We recommend that you don't book anyone to fit your glass splashback until it has arrived safely and has been checked over by yourself.

How Do I Fix My Glitter Colour Glass Splashback To The Wall?

We can supply splashback adhesive to secure your splashback to the wall or put pre-drilled holes in your glass and supply you with chrome mirror screws. You can choose which one you want on our order page.We recommend installing with our splashback adhesive for a modern, clean finish.If you decide to install with adhesive you must use a clear low modulus neutral cure adhesive.
