I received the sprayer and used it several time spraying weeds in our shelterbelt. I put it on a shelf in my heated shop for the winter. In April this year I grabbed it off the shelf and plugged it in to charge it and put it to use. Nothing, no lights, no pump noise, nothing. I emailed on a Sunday morning and got a response in about an hour and was corresponding with a couple different staff members that responded. We trouble shot the sprayer and found out the battery was dead. They got one shipped out to me and in about a week I was back in business! Appreciate the quick and helpful customer service!
