Can I upgrade my Slave tool to Master?

Yes, you can upgrade your Slave tool to Master for an extra 2000€. The upgrade is available here. Note that the approval from your current Master is mandatory.
Can I transfer my Slave tool to another Master? (in other words, change Master)

Yes, you can transfer to a new Master for a extra 350€ fee. Please note that the approval from your current Master is mandatory.
How do I setup the software?

A link to download the software is available on the USB key within the AutoTuner box. You can also download it from our website. Minimum requirements are available above.
As a Master, how can I decrypt Slave files?

There are 3 options for decrypting Slave files:Use the AutoTuner software, under “Master operations”. You will access the slave files folder on your computer and be able to decrypt/encrypt within the software.Via your admin panel on the website.Use the AutoTuner master API, allowing you to encrypt/decrypt without having the tool connected to your computer. Get in touch with us for more information.

At AutoTuner, we like things quick and easy

[H1] Here's how the process works.

Step 1Volume purchasingAT One is available in multiples of 10 or 100. All you pay is the hardware, at €49/unit. And there's no minimum sales price.

Step 2Delivery and personalizationThe AT One is delivered in a protective case. For orders of 100 units or more, we print your logo on the AT One.

Step 3Activation & DispatchWe suggest you take care of the administrative aspects with your customer, making sure his vehicle is compatible with AT One, before sending him the tool. Don't forget to give us your customer's e-mail address when you request activation online.

Step 4Install the MyFlasher AppOnce your customer has the AT One in his hands, nothing could be simpler: he simply scans the QR code displayed on the protective cover and follows the instructions.

Step 5Read the carOnce the app has been installed, customers can read out vehicle data via the OBD-II diagnostic socket. This reading is sent directly from the app to your cloud management interface.

Step 6Tune and chatYou can manage the calibration modification and upload it directly to the discussion thread with your customer. You can interact at any time.

Step 7Write the carThe customer is notified as soon as he receives the modified engine calibration file and can then write it into his vehicle.

Is there a minimum price for the One tool?

No. Since you'll be responsible for selling the tool and your calibration to your end customer, it's up to you to determine the fairest price. We advise you to take into account the support offered to your customers, the development of your program, and any other relevant factors. So you're free to set the price you consider most appropriate!
Is there any additional fee?

No, there is no subscription fee to use the One in this configuration and the mobile application is free. (you’re welcome, happy to make you happy.)
How many files can be sent to the AT One user?

No restrictions: you can send as many calibration files as you like, at no extra charge.
Which vehicles are compatible?

Here is the link to the AT One compatibility list.It's in our DNA: the number of vehicles supported by the AT One is constantly growing... So don't hesitate to keep up to date by subscribing to our newsletter!
Does the AT One support gearboxes?

Not yet, but it is definitely planned. And no, there won’t be any additional cost. If your customer has a vehicle with an automatic gearbox on the AT One compatibility list, you'll receive two calibration files, one for the engine, the other for the gearbox.
Can you write several vehicles with one AT One?

No, as the name suggests, the One is a single tool for one vehicle. The AT One has been designed so that the end customer can reprogram his vehicle, not so that he in turn becomes a car reprogramming professional. The AT One is linked to the chosen vehicle by VIN number. However, you can exchange as many engine calibration files as you like with your customer, at no extra cost.
Does my customer need a mobile/WiFi connection?

Yes, a 4G/5G or Wi-Fi connection is required to send the engine calibration file from the mobile device to the AT Cloud management interface.
Who provides support?

We have rigorously tested the AT One in a wide range of situations. Unfortunately, it's never impossible for your customer to encounter a problem related to battery voltage or incorrect actions during writing... But impossible is not AutoTuner: thanks to our AT Cloud management interface, you can consult all operations carried out by your customer and help him if he encounters the slightest problem. And, of course, AutoTuner's support team is always close, should you encounter any persistent problems.
Do I need a Master tool to buy AT One?

No you don't.
What are the dimensions of the AT One and its case?

The AT One tool dimension is 74x50x26mm while the protective case is 110x135x35mm.
