How long should I wait for the lip liner to set?
We recommend you wait up to 60 seconds after applying the lip liner for it to set in place. Once set, the hold will last all day.

Do I need to sharpen the pencil?
Lip Sculpt has a no-need-to-sharpen 3mm tip to instantly sculpt and define .

What lip products should I use with Lip Sculpt?
Firstly, prep with  Lip Buff, to exfoliate and moisturise the lips, ready for  application. You can use our lip liner on its own for sculpted and defined lips. Alternatively, line the lips with Lip Sculpt and add full coverage colour with the REFY Lip Stick, or for a high-shine, glass-like finish, use our Lip Gloss over the top of your lip liner.

What’s the difference between Lip Sculpt and Blur Liner?
Lip Sculpt provides a long-lasting, sculpted look with a matte, velvet finish. It’s transfer proof and long lasting, with a thin precision tip. Choose from 8 nude shades and a striking red. The Blur Liner creates naturally fuller lips with a soft matte finish. It’s lightweight, and the wide domed tip creates a diffused look. There are 6 true-to-tone shades to choose from. For a more defined look, choose Lip Sculpt, and for a diffused look, choose Blur Liner.

Position the curved applicator so the longer bristles align with the outer lashes and shorter bristles with the inner lashes, and comb the lengthening mascara through the hairs.

Yes, Lash Sculpt will lift and lengthen all lash types. After coating all of your lashes with our mascara, we recommend focusing on the tips of your lashes, which allows you to build on the length without any clumps.

Is Lash Sculpt Buildable?
Yes, Lash Sculpt is buildable! We would recommend building the mascara it before it dries.

Is Lash Sculpt waterproof?
The REFY mascara formula is not waterproof but has been developed to be smudgeproof and transferproof, while being easy to remove with warm water and any makeup remover.

Will Lash Sculpt leave clumps in my lashes?
No, Lash Sculpt mascara is clinically proven to be non-clumping, flake-free and transfer-proof.

Is the REFY mascara good for my lashes?
Yes, Vitamin E/Tocopheryl Acetate helps to nourish lashes, while Panthenol helps to strengthen and boost shine. We have also developed a mascara that isn’t waterproof to ensure the removal is easy and gentle on both the eyes and lashes; only warm water is needed.

To get the best results, always apply Brow Sculpt to a clean base at the beginning of your makeup routine.

How long does the REFY Brow Sculpt last?
The REFY Brow Sculpt lasts for 12 hours once applied. Make sure to start with a clean base, then apply a small amount of the brow gel onto your brows, gently brushing upwards to create the desired finish. Change over to the comb and then use upward strokes to comb the brows into place more precisely. Set the hairs in place with the brush and your brows will stay in place all day.

Does the REFY Brow Gel leave residue?
No, we’ve carefully formulated our brow gel to be flake-free, with a zero-residue formula. Only a small amount of the brow gel is required to set your brows in place all day. Apply the eyebrow gel before the rest of your makeup to avoid product buildup in your brows.

Should the REFY Brow Sculpt be used with other brow products?
The REFY Brow Sculpt is a clear brow gel, so if you’re also looking to add definition, use our Brow Collection. Along with the Brow Sculpt, this set includes our Brow Pomade and Brow Pencil, to create a sculpted brow in three easy steps. For a fluffier brow, simply use more upward strokes when applying the brow gel, or guide the hairs more horizontally for a sharper finish. If you prefer a sharper finish, you may also want to add definition using the REFY Brow Pomade or Brow Pencil.
