2000

2002
This year marks the official birth of 888.com. Pacific Poker & Reef Club Casino are launched and join the 888.com family.

2003
888.com receives a license to operate from the Government of Gibraltar, making it possible to continue investing in multiple, unique 888.com brands. Casino-on-Net releases its 7th version.

2004
888.com launches 888.info and 888.tv for skill games.

2005
888 Holdings is listed on the main market of the London Stock Exchange, and co-founds eCOGRA, the pre-eminent online gaming testing agency, accredited certification body and player protection and standards organization.

2006
888.com launches a brand new user interface (UI) for its signature casino product, introducing new, industry-leading video-slot machines and other exciting promotional features.

2007
In this year of new beginnings, 888.com makes its first acquisition with the purchase of the bingo business and other assets from Globalcom Limited.

2008
888sport is launched, raising the number of our various gaming categories to four: casino, poker, sport and bingo. The hugely successful 888ladies bingo brand launches in February 2008, with innovative social aspects.

2009
888.com embarks on a rebranding initiative, adding Reef Club Casino and Wink Bingo Online to its portfolio of brands. Wink Bingo, Posh Bingo, Tasty Bingo & Red Bus Bingo join the 888.com family.

2010
The 888.com umbrella brand features a refreshed look to include 888casino, 888bingo, 888poker and 888sport. Mobile gaming gains strength and 888.com increases its efforts in developing its mobile gaming activities.

2011
In March 2011, 888.com receives regulatory approval to launch its products in the US online gaming market.

2012
888.com inks an agreement with Facebook to offer real-money games.

2013
In May, 888sport re-launches and 888.com also launches casino and poker in the US market.

2014
The company continues to build its presence in regulated online gaming markets with the launch of 888sport in Spain. Wink Bingo gets rebranded.

2015
777.com re-launches with a nostalgic old-school Vegas theme.

2016
888poker wins Digital Operator of the Year at the Global Gaming Awards. 888poker also launches the new game ‘BLAST’, a 4-handed, Super-turbo Texas Hold’em Sit & Go tournament where the prize pool remains a mystery until the game begins.

2017
In a year of multiple awards, 888casino wins the EGR Operator Marketing and Innovation award and Wink Bingo wins WhichBingo’s Best Dragonfish Bingo Site award. 888casino launches their ‘Elite Lounge’ and new game ‘Slot Races’. 2017 also sees a new fast-paced game from 888poker, ‘Flopomania’.
