Sorry all our existing mining capacity is used up by our self mining fleet and mining lab.
Can you ship a miner I purchase, directly to my hosting site?
Yes we can. We do not enforce shipping address to match billing address, so you are free to provide the shipping address of your host when you place your order
Could you recommend some hosting sites?
As a Bitcoin mining hardware vendor, we regularly ship ASIC miners and repair parts to various hosting sites. How does local pickup work?
If you’re located in the St. Louis, Missouri metro area, you may be able to save on shipping by selecting the local pickup option on checkout page. Once a local pickup order is received, we contact the buyer via text message or email to arrange a pickup appointment and provide pickup address. Pickups are by appointment only and we ask all local customers to give us at least 30 minutes heads-up before they arrive.
Could you buy or help me sell my used bitcoin mining hardware?
Sorry, our focus is on selling new hardware and we only buy from the manufacturer or wholesalers.
How is AltairTech different from ASIC brokers?
Many ASIC mining sellers are brokers acting as middlemen between a wholesaler and a buyer.At AltairTech we are different because we own our inventory and vast majority of our items are physically present in our St. Louis warehouse. This allows us to ship them faster, provide better warranty terms and improves customer experience.

Bitmain includes one power cord in the box with Antminer S21 Pro. This power cord is either a P33-P13 or C20 – P13 type. Your unit could have either one, and we have no way of knowing what’s inside the box for any specific unit. We recommend buying a cable seperately, to make sure you have one that works with your PDU.

How much overclocking is possible with Antminer S21 Pro+?
With overclocking firmware, you can expect to get an additional 10-15% additional hashrate.

I'm not getting the advertised 15J/T efficiency on stock settings. Is there something wrong with my miner?
Mining efficiency is highly dependent on ambient air temperature. If your miner is pulling more power than expected, in most cases it is due to a higher ambient temperature. You can improve mining efficiency by preventing mixing of hot exhaust air with intake air.

Which control board does this miner come with?
We’ve seen most units with AMLOGIC A113D control board.

Does the fans on this miner have rectangular or square connectors?
All 4 fans on Antminer S21 Pro have 4-pin square fan connectors. The fans are 140mm wide and much larger than those on previous antminers.

How can I make this quiet for home use?
Stock fans on Antminers can be very loud (~75 dB) at full speed. There are however multiple ways to make them quieter. First way to make them quieter is to run them at substantial underclocking. This will significantly reduce the hashrate, but will also reduce fan noise, since the fans don’t have to run at full speed when underclocked. Another way to reduce noise is by replacing stock fans with an inline AC infinity fan. You can learn more about this here. This method allows running the miners on stock hashrates and may even allow some overclocking in many cases. Third way to reduce fan noise is by running the miners in immersion mode. In this method the miners are immersed in vats of mineral oil or dielectric fluid. This significantly improves heat transfer and enables substantial overclocking. Immersion mining however voids all warranty, is more complex to setup and immersion fluid can act as a solvent and damage some mining gear. We believe that this is still an experimental technology reserved for the most technically inclined. We do not recommend immersing Antminers to most customers for this reason. Stock Antminer firmware does not allow much flexibility in terms of overclocking/underclocking , fan control, automated temperature control etc. In most cases you would need aftermarket firmware to enable quieter operation.

Can you ship this directly to my hosting company?
Yes, you can either take delivery yourself or ship this to your hosting company by providing their address under the shipping address field on checkout page.

Does this product have a factory warranty?
The product is sold new, unopened with a factory warranty unless otherwise requested by the customer to upgrade to aftermarket firmware.
