You Won't Need a Power Supply for the Opener! Our automatic window opener is a must-have greenhouse accessory in summer. This opener automatically opens your window in case of overheating and closes it again when the temperature cools to a comfortable level. This accessory ensures optimal ventilation, protecting your plants from heat build-up. You do not need a power supply for the opener. A piston attached to the opener contains a special oil that expands at approximately 72 degrees Fahrenheit, opening the window. If you live in a warmer area, we highly recommend getting one to help ensure the best growing environment. Our automatic vent windows can be purchased as an add-on for most of our greenhouse products.
