Never been more impressed
As a longtime camper but new backpacker, this was easily the biggest investment I've ever made for a piece of my sleep system and I was quite apprehensive about it for that reason. Thankfully, it did not disappoint. I was blown away by the obvious quality right out of the box. It puffed up literally before my eyes. The footbox was very easy to assemble and cinch tight with the provided draw string and snaps. There was only the smallest of holes at the cinch point which plugged tight with a gaiter I had in my pack. To sum this up, I've never been more impressed with a piece of camping equipment.

Couldn't be better
I spent a lot of time researching which lightweight puffy to buy and spent even more time traveling around trying to try all the different brands (Patagonia, MH, Montbell, etc.) on to see how they felt/actually weighed and what size would truly work (I'm 6'6"). I ultimately chose the in-stock EE Torrid Apex in Large/10D and could not be happier. My large (w/hood) weighs in at 9.8oz and is so much warmer than the other brands I tried on. I was able to put it to good use in some 28-30 degree temps while thru hiking the Lone Star Hiking Trail (LSHT) in Texas last weekend, and it was perfect. My new favorite piece of kit!

TOOTSIES NICE AND WARM!
I used them last night. We snowshoed in the canyon and camped in 3 feet of powder snow at about 9,000 feet elevation. The temperature was in the mid- teens. I have to say, these are the warmest booties I’ve ever slept in! Super lightweight and comfortable! Great product!

Beautiful quilt
The accomplice is a great quilt, it’s wide enough for my 5 year old to fit in and wife comfortably. Which isn’t the case with other competitors 2 person quilts, because they have a smaller foot box area. I first used this 0 degree quilt in 10-20 degree nightly weather and it was very toasty warm, it could have gotten 10-20 degrees colder and I feel as if I would still be nice and toasty. Overall very happy with the comfort and quality of this quilt and will be getting a summer accomplice in due time.

Our return policy varies depending on the type of product you purchase. The below policies are for items you wish to return new and unused. We do not accept returns of used items. For details regarding warranty issues, see our Limited Lifetime Warranty.
Stock items and warehouse items ship in 1-7 business days, and can be returned within 30 days of shipping for a full refund, custom items can also be returned but are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Items must be new and unused, with any included tags still attached. Any items with visible signs of use, or noticeable odors, will not be accepted. All approved items must be shipped within 7 business days of receiving return approval. The customer is responsible for any shipping expenses involved. Refunds are given in the original method of payment.

[H4] Exchanges
Items can be exchanged for a different item within 30 days of shipping. Items must be new and unused, with any included tags still attached. Any items with visible signs of use, or noticeable odors will not be accepted.
All approved items must be shipped within 7 business days of receiving exchange approval. The customer is responsible for any shipping expenses involved. If your exchange is time sensitive, please express this in the attached message with your exchange. We will be able to start building your product only after receiving verification via tracking number that the product is on its way back to us.
Exchanged items will not be shipped to you until we receive and inspect the returned item. It is not guaranteed that products will be produced or delivered by specific timelines, but we will do our best to accommodate your situation.
For Exchanges where the new item costs more than the original item, you will be invoiced for the difference. For Exchanges where the new item costs less than the original item, you will be refunded the difference. For Exchanges where the new item is the same price, no action is needed. Refunds are given in the original method of payment.
*Please note that an exchange involving a custom item will still be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
[H4] Order Change and Cancellation Policy
Stock and warehouse items are items that ship in 2-6 business days. Orders for these items can be canceled with a full refund issued, as long as the item has not been shipped. Once an item has shipped, the Return Policy applies.
Custom items can be canceled or changed, and you can receive a full refund if the request is received prior to the start of production. Production start times are variable, so you will need to contact our customer service department to determine the status of your order; they will be happy to assist you in this process. Any orders that have been started, may still be cancelled or changed, but are subject to a 20% fee to cover lost time and materials. If you'd like to change your order, reach out to customer service, and we'll assist you.
[H4] Warranty
Enlightened Equipment is driven by a passion for making ultralight outdoor gear that goes wherever you go. Our philosophy is to be smarter and lighter, focusing on quality and eliminating extra features so you carry only what you need. Since our gear uses incredibly lightweight materials, strength and durability may be reduced. It is up to you, the user, to determine if the items will serve their intended purposes for you. Take note that lightweight gear may not be able to stand up to the same use and abuse that heavier gear built with more durable materials can withstand. Enlightened Equipment warrants its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship to the original owner for three years from the time of Purchase.
We will repair or replace, at our discretion, any damaged product covered by our warranty, free of charge. If we determine the warrantied item is irreparable, we will replace it with the same, or similar, item at our discretion. If we cannot repair or replace the warrantied item, we will issue you a refund for the original purchase price.
Our warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accident, lost or stolen items, improper care or cleaning, non-standard usage, negligence, or aftermarket modifications.
Materials and components wear out, deteriorate and fade over time, depending on the product’s exposure to the elements and how the product is used and cared for. Our warranty does not cover products that fail or are damaged due to wear and tear. Ultralight products are made from less durable materials in order to achieve noticeable reductions in weight. This does not imply that our gear needs to be treated delicately. It does mean that it needs to be treated with thoughtful intent. Be aware of the zippers in your tent, and be conscious of the things around you that may damage your gear, eg. dogs, fire, sharp objects, and so on.
All Warehouse items are covered by our warranty, excluding any specific issues mentioned on the product page. Warehouse items are sold in like new condition.

[H4] How do you use a sleeping quilt?1

Sleeping quilts are used as a part of a sleep system that usually includes your tent, your sleeping pad, your sleeping quilt or bag, and base layer cloths. Without each of these pieces accounted for in the conditions you expect to be sleeping in, your system may fail, and your other parts of your sleep system cannot make up for it. For example, your 0° sleeping quilt will not be able to keep you warm if your heat is lost beneath you by having an inadequate sleeping pad..

[H4] How do you attach a quilt to a sleeping pad?1

Quilts use strap systems to attach the quilt to your sleeping pad. This usually includes some combination of either flat straps, or loop straps, which loop around the pad, then attach the quilt via clips..

[H4] Is a quilt or sleeping bag warmer? 1

Both Sleeping Quilts and Bags use temperature rating to measure their level of warmth, meaning that a 20° sleeping quilt should be equally warm (when used properly) against a 20° sleeping bag. In extreme cold conditions, having your body fully encapsulated by a sleeping bag may create extra layers of failsafe for keeping out moisture and drafts.

[H4] Are quilts good for side sleepers? 1

Because of their ability to be opened and moved within more freely, quilts are generally better for side sleepers. Quilts allow you to sleep more naturally while in blanket-mode, and allow you to choose how secure/tight to your body the quilt sits on colder nights.

[H4] What’s the difference between a sleeping bag and sleeping quilt?1

Sleeping bags fully encompass the user head-to-toe, while sleeping quilts only cover the most necessary parts of the body. Sleeping quilts lack the hood of a sleeping bag, as well as the insulation underneath your body in exchange for a more highly versatile sleeping experience. Sleeping quilts can be formed as blankets, or closer to full bags, depending on the temperatures and variables the night calls for, while sleeping bags will only wrap around the user fully in the 'mummy bag' fashion.

The Revelation is a sleeping quilt, not a sleeping bag, which means it’s designed to be used with a sleeping pad to provide insulation underneath you, between you and the ground. The Revelation doesn’t have a full-length zipper or a built-in hood, saving weight and space in your pack.

Outer fabric is either a Forest 10D, Burnt Orange 10D, or Navy 10D fabric. Liner fabric is a Charcoal 10D. All Fabrics are PFC Free, and use a C0 DWR. Now available with a Graphite 7D outer fabric and a Midnight 7D liner fabric. Read more about our Fabrics.
Lighter colored fabrics are semi-transparent, which will see through to the down. Down is not white, but a mottled grey and white mix.

Never been more impressed
As a longtime camper but new backpacker, this was easily the biggest investment I've ever made for a piece of my sleep system and I was quite apprehensive about it for that reason. Thankfully, it did not disappoint. I was blown away by the obvious quality right out of the box. It puffed up literally before my eyes. The footbox was very easy to assemble and cinch tight with the provided draw string and snaps. There was only the smallest of holes at the cinch point which plugged tight with a gaiter I had in my pack. To sum this up, I've never been more impressed with a piece of camping equipment.

Flawless
I bought the 20 degree bag for backcountry wilderness hunts. I will say this bag performed flawlessly for me on my trip to Alaska when the temperatures dropped. It is very light and fits into my backpack nicely too. I looked at several different bags for a long time and I’m very glad I went with the convert system. It will definitely be going on many more hunts with me

Very Comfortable
I used this pillow for 9 nights straight on a hike in Patagonia. The most important thing is this pillow is very comfortable. I found it best to inflate it fully and then release a tiny bit of air to suit your preference. Inflating the pillow takes just a few breaths. Deflating is super simple and the pillow packs nicely.
