Happy New Year to all our wonderful friends!   Your custom is hugely appreciated and we love receiving such glowing feedback.   Thank you.
We are trying to be even more eco than previously.   We are using chicken wire, glass tubes and Agra wool bricks for weddings, parties and funerals.   No more floral foam bricks as each one is totally non degradable and equivalent to 10 plastic carrier bags.
Previously we have used as many organic flowers and foliage grown on our doorstep as possible for our local and overnight deliveries.  We are now increasing that even more as the West Country produces sub tropical plant material in abundance these days.
Ros Gill is much enjoying writing floral columns for newspapers and periodicals.    Not too heavy and serious!   An interested party would like to gather them together into a little book.   Watch this space – we are thinking a stocking filler perhaps !
As is the trend, we have gone aerial often for flower decorations for parties and weddings.    Including some high up in a barn for a relaxed country feel.
Saying goodbye to all forms of plastic is essential and so that is high on our list for 2023.

Due to Coronavirus, the postal service for all businesses is unpredictable, so your delivery may be slightly delayed. They will be well wrapped and we do all we can to ensure their fresh arrival.

Somerset Postal Flowers has some beautiful , stunning. Christmas flowers for you this year.  Highly original, super artistic with a musical flow.  So read on my friends !
Based on our ever popular Gardeners Choice. Local organic seasonal garden flowers and foliage topped up with some of the following to make the flowers more luxurious . Roses, alstromeiria, freesia, lisianthus and various lily varieties. Hypericum, witch hazel, honeysuckle and cornus still producing in our gardens. Now gardeners everywhere love to plant bits and bobs and we are always delighted with the success of the green fingers. Including a sprig of hebe which grew so big it nearly blocked the front door according to one lady ! Embellished with recycled and reusable wrap , raffia , ribbon, message card and compostable flower food sachet.

2.  Nostalgic natural Summer Bunch. £20 / £25 / £30 / £40 sizes available
Based on our equally ever popular Natural Bunch.     Pretty as a picture , unassuming and simple.   With some of the above and the addition of glorious twigs , leaves and hedgerow.   Bringing the outdoors inside.
3. The Artist’s Wonder. £30 / £40 / £50 / £60 sizes available
Elegant and unusual . No two bouquets are the same.   Beautiful shrubs coupled with lichen covered twigs and amaryllis.   Or plentiful roses mixed with cornus and evergreens.  Evoking a gorgeous Christmassy smell.  Or eucalyptus bark , Christmas roses and gentle sweet smelling freesia and honeysuckle.   The combination is endless !
All prices include p and p .   We try very hard to accommodate your preferred arrival date and of course our overnight delivery to all parts of Britain and our local delivery will all arrive in time for Christmas. Based on locally grown flowers and foliage with added snippets that may grow. Out of the abundant summer season when it may require a bit of ‘oomph’ we frequently add extra flowers and plant material that may be grown a little further afield.
Size approx 35cm (14’’). Price variance due to quantity and variety of plant material.
