Membership on the Website is free for buyers. Fiora does not charge any fee for browsing and buying on the Website. Fiora reserves the right to change its Fee Policy from time to time. In particular, Fiora may at its sole discretion introduce new services and modify some or all of the existing services offered on the Website. In such an event Fiora reserves the right to introduce fees for the new services offered or amend/introduce fees for existing services, as the case may be. Changes to the Fee Policy shall be posted on the Website and such changes shall automatically become effective immediately after they are posted on the Website. Unless otherwise stated, all fees shall be quoted in Indian Rupees. You shall be solely responsible for compliance of all applicable laws including those in India for making payments to Fiora.
Pricing
All the products listed on the Site will be sold at MRP unless otherwise specified. The prices mentioned at the time of ordering will be the prices charged on the date of the delivery. Although prices of most of the products do not fluctuate on a daily basis but some of the commodities and fresh food prices do change on a daily basis. In case the prices are higher or lower on the date of delivery not additional charges will be collected or refunded as the case may be at the time of the delivery of the order. While the price charged to customers will not change, there may be a variance between the order value and the final amount charged for products sold by weight. The exact weight of commodities, fruits or vegetables may vary slight from what you have ordered so the price may vary to that extent
Payment
While availing any of the payment method/s available on the Website, we will not be responsible or assume any liability, whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly to You due to:

1. Lack of authorization for any transaction/s, or
2. Exceeding the preset limit mutually agreed by You and between "Bank/s", or
3. Any payment issues arising out of the transaction, or
4. Decline of transaction for any other reason/s
All payments made against the purchases/services on Website by you shall be compulsorily in Indian Rupees acceptable in the Republic of India. Website will not facilitate transaction with respect to any other form of currency with respect to the purchases made on Website.
Before shipping / delivering your order to you, we may request you to provide your ID and address proof) to establish the ownership of the payment instrument used by you for your purchase. This is done to provide you safe shopping experience.
You understand, accept and agree that the payment facility provided by FIORA is neither a banking nor financial service but is merely a facilitator providing an electronic, automated online electronic payment, receiving payment through Cash On Delivery, collection and remittance facility for the Transactions on the FIORA Website using the existing authorized banking infrastructure and Credit Card payment gateway networks. Further, by providing Payment Facility, FIORA is neither acting as trustees nor acting in a fiduciary capacity with respect to the Transaction or the Transaction Price.
Please note that as a standard procedure, any refunds against the order will be made into StarQuik wallet of your account with us automatically. In the event you wish your refund to credit/debit/bank account used to make the original payment please write to us via email or call our customer support centre.

Delivery
All deliveries made as per your orders placed shall be subject to delivery charges as decided by FIORA from time to time plus government taxes as applicable. FIORA reserves the right to change its Fee Policy from time to time. Any changes in the delivery charges shall be posted on our website. Delivery will be made to the address specified by you on the order form. You are responsible for ensuring that someone is present at the delivery address to receive and pay for deliveries at the specified time of delivery. Anyone at the delivery address who receives the delivery is conclusively presumed to be authorized to receive and pay for the order. If you are not at home or unavailable when we reach, we will schedule a re-delivery for you at an additional cost.
We will deliver your order to the main entrance of the delivery address. We always reserve the right to deliver only to the main entrance of the delivery address. We shall not be liable directly or indirectly for any special request by you to our delivery associate to deliver the order to any other place than the main entrance of the delivery address.
Cancellation by Site / Customer
You as a customer can cancel your order anytime up to the cut-off time of the slot for which you have placed an order by calling our customer service. In such a case we will refund any payments already made by you for the order. If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the website, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders. We will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and would deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them.
Compliance with Laws:

Buyer's arrangement with Issuing Bank:
All Valid Credit / Debit/ Cash Card/ Wallet services and other payment instruments are processed using a Credit Card payment gateway or appropriate payment system infrastructure and the same will also be governed by the terms and conditions agreed to between the Buyer and the respective Issuing Bank and payment instrument issuing company.
All Online Bank Transfers from Valid Bank Accounts are processed using the gateway provided by the respective Issuing Bank which support Payment Facility to provide these services to the Users. All such Online Bank Transfers on Payment Facility are also governed by the terms and conditions agreed to between Buyer and the respective Issuing Bank.

Return & Refunds
We have a "No Questions Asked Return and Refund Policy" which entitles all our members to return the product at the time of delivery if due to some reason they are not satisfied with the quality or freshness of the product. We will take the returned product back within a period of 2 days of delivery and issue a credit note for the value of the return products which will be credited to your account on the Site. This can be used to pay your subsequent shopping bills. It takes between 5-7 days for the credits to reflect in your account. For cash on delivery orders, the Delivery Associate will deduct the price of the products returned by you from the total bill. You will be required to only pay the balance for the products you have accepted.
Fresh food forms a large part of what customer order and we deliver using temperature controlled vans which maintain the right temperature required for the products. This ensures that we are able to give you the right quality and freshness when we deliver the products to your doorstep. Post-delivery, a lot depends on when and how you store and consume the products. Therefore, we are unable to accept any returns after delivery. Therefore, it is important that you check and inspect all products at the time of delivery.

You Agree and Confirm
1. That in the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name or address or any other wrong information) any extra cost incurred by FIORA for redelivery shall be claimed from you.
2. That you will use the services provided by the Site, its affiliates, consultants and contracted companies, for lawful purposes only and comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using and transacting on the Site.
3. You will provide authentic and true information in all instances where such information is requested of you.
