"This is such a fun water table for my kids! It was simple to follow the instructions to assemble. It is nice and sturdy feeling without being too heavy. The table provides ample room for multiple kids to play in at once. It was a perfect height for my 19 month old. We especially love the umbrella that provides shade and also has a misting option! It was simple to connect a hose to the table and turn the mist on when desired. The mist was a perfect flow to allow my daughters to cool off without wasting too much water continuously. The umbrella can be collapsed when not in use but I only wish it had a tie as well to prevent strong winds from potentially lifting it and ruining it (I used a hair tie around it as as easy fix). The water play tools, toys and buckets that came with the table are great for little hands, provide lots of entertaining play and the quality feels made to last. "My kids loved the table but the customer service really sucks. The table arrived in a box that was completely beat up and had no hardware. I sent multiple emails and didn’t hear back so I purchased my own hardware (this is the second water table I’ve purchased for Them that had no hardware). I sent another email with multiple photos of the box and let them know the table was scratched. As well as that I had purchased hardware because I wasn’t sent any. "I bought this water table for our 15-month old who absolutely loves splashing around and playing with it! The aesthetic is beautiful but putting it together took around 45-minutes (make sure you have a power drill too). The assembly instructions were awful - the pictures weren’t very helpful and you need to put the screws into non-predrilled holes so doing it by hand would’ve taken even longer. One thing that would’ve been really nice is to have a feature where the water fills the basin and doesn’t always need to mist the child because that’s essentially how it fills very slowly but I do like that it has an umbrella and will keep him cool throughout the hot summer days! Each item is designed with ease of use in mind. Assembly takes about 30–45 minutes depending on the product. We do recommend the use of a power drill, as there may be some instances where you may need to drill through the plastic to ensure the most secure fit. Many items come with a weight cavity to prevent floating but are still easy to drain and remove from the water.

"I purchased two of these, that arrived yesterday. My initial impressions are completely positive. These lounge chairs are very well priced, they come with great instructions, they’re very easy to assemble, and everything fits together perfectly. My teenage son and I spent 20 minutes assembly the first one and about half of that on the second. The most challenging aspect of putting these together was getting sand into the weights. Once the weights are attached, the chairs take a minute to sink to the bottom of the shelf, but once they do, they’re very stable. "Called the tech line to inquire about a riser, and was told it is available, I called the order desk and received an answer from a person who should not be in customer service, no riser available and apparently, when I asked about return and exchange, I was 2 days past the return date, which I bought the item 2 1/2 weeks ago. "After reading previous reviews I was a bit worried about the seam pinching, it doesn’t at all. A very comfy chair. The only downside is that it’s not quite heavy enough to stay as planted as you’d like. Our sunshelf is at 9” and the chairs do stay put but just barely. Some wind and a heavy rain and we may have some floaters. We filled the weight bars with very dense sand to completely full, then I used water to fill in any empty space. Do you make a riser for this that I can attach to make it a little higher out of the water?Hello! I’m sorry to hear that you’re having trouble keeping them from floating, even after following the instructions. To help with stability, first make sure the loungers are placed on a pool ledge with water no deeper than 9 inches. If the water level rises due to rain or wind, the loungers may begin to float or move, which is expected when water exceeds the recommended depth. Also, if there are any water jets near where you’ve placed the loungers, the moving water can cause them to shift. Placing them in a calmer area of the pool can help prevent this. Another key factor is ensuring the internal weight compartment is filled completely with dry sand. This helps anchor the lounger properly. If it’s underfilled, it may not be heavy enough to stay down.
