p_q My Obsidian Black Kassai Pro Here is my current Varmilo Kassai build. I've upgraded the stock Sanwa JLF lever with a Otto V5 kit and am using the 'Squircle' restrictor gate. I swapped out the stock black buttons and ball top to white ones to give it a little colour pop. I like the feel and response of the stock 1.5mm travel buttons and since I play a lot of Street Fighter 6, the main 8 buttons have developed a shiny smooth look due to being made from ABS plastic. Nothing wrong with that though, I like things that patina but I want to feel the smoothness of PBT buttons so I went ahead a ordered a set of the Eight Diagrams buttons which is currently on its way to me now. All the mods were simple to install and the finish looks super fresh and clean as seen in my pictures. I as well as my gaming mates would recommend this stick if you are in the market for a top tier quality fight stick. Perfect for SF6 and COTW due to the 2 extra bottom buttons. You won't believe how much of a difference this stick improves your response times and inputs till you have it available at your finger tips. Clemont Quiet, sleek, and beautiful design. Fantastic and worth the money. I was skeptical at first because I had never gotten a more independently crafted keyboard before, and this one in particular looked incredible. It was cheaper than other keyboards I had seen, and had quiet sounding keys. The colors and design are perfect; exactly what I wanted. I'm often tired of seeing overly vibrant and insane keyboard designs, so this was the perfect blend of artistic and modern. The keys are quiet, but still feel very satisfying to press down. J.C. Kassai V2 Obsidian The Kassai is a strong fight stick option in 2026. Here are categorized pros / cons and considerations.
TLDR: S tier stick 2026 with some considerations
Pros
- size / form factor and materials used
Aluminum alloy body, Sanwa JLF and induction switches are very premium.
- quick release shaft included by default this is a great choice for those who travel with their stick often or want to store in smaller spaces
- retractable cable is very nice to have in the V2 option you get the locking cable mechanism for usb c as well.
- included handle is great to handle your stick and included shoulder strap is nice for locals and moving around often
- button are very good 1.5mm stock throw and not too loud. Variable actuation and durability is very good
- back door hides the stick, extra buttons and converters
- includes extra ball top and buttons
Cons
- customizing button actuation requires internet and using their web driver. Firmware level control like gp2040 web config is superior
- limitations for button bindings within web configuration for additional buttons
- stock buttons are ABS not PBT abs material doesn’t age as well ( you can purchase PBT buttons from Varmilo and they are very high quality)
Considerations
- the plastic tab for the back door is well implemented but can be better designed
- locking cable should be included in the v2 by default
- I replaced my stick with a silent Sanwa TPML 2 but not all sticks will fit in the chasis
Conclusion
This is a very strong stick in 2026 the only option I can compare to with these materials and quality is the DOIO H08D/B and while that uses GP2040-CE and used mechanical switches I find myself returning to the Kassai everyday even though I’m mainly a leverless player. KASSAI 01/07/2026

Michael Almost perfect. Highly recommended Buttons feel good. Case construction is excellent. Fgc2 is a nice touch fir seamless compatibility. Web configuration wasn’t the most intuitive but once I figured it iut it was smooth sailing.
I hope in future models the usb cable is removable. This should be standard for all arcade sticks at this point. Looking forward to more button cap options for customization. I purchased additional buttons and swapped the caps for a personal touch.

Stijn Minilo 75 Pro Bought 3 over Black Friday. Two ISO and one ANSI. They are all great quality, the only downside is that the ISO keycaps are dye-sub instead of double shot. The difference is noticeable, especially on the Bluebell, the white keycaps are shine-through due to it.
Other then that, great to even have a full ISO-BE option and the switches are just the best. I even prefer typing on it compared to my stock Rainy 75 and the weight of the plastic makes it perfect to use it as my work keyboard. Minilo75 Pro 12/15/2025

Melusine Incredibly pretty I bought the Varmilo Goddess Luo VA80 keyboard and however pretty it looks online the real thing is prettier. I picked the Kailh silent switches and they are perfect for me.
I am not a gamer and cannot comment about gaming with it but for text typing it is beyond superb. Wired and Bluetooth work perfectly but Wireless required a high speed USB port to work flawlessly.

Ace Mendozae Gateron Jade Pro Lovely keeb! I got the Mendozae with Gateron Jade Pro switches, and they feel so good. It’s quiet, but not silent which I love. They sound thocky and creamy at the same time. I would just be careful with these switches, because the teal color affects the RGB lighting. If you care about that, go with the white switches. I keep my lighting off anyways, so it’s makes no difference for me. The keycaps also feel premium. I am very picky when it comes to colors and aesthetics. I like a very specific baby pink color and neutral soft browns. The Mendozae is perfect. No other pre built keep has a cute color combo like this. The only other way to get one is from a custom keeb, which is really expensive. The keeb itself is heavy and sturdy, so no slipping. It looks exactly like the website’s pictures. A Anonymous (Japan) ロシア語キーボードはカッコいい！　Russian Sakura Keyboard is cool! 桜キーボードR2は日本ではほとんど入手不可能だったため、公式サイトから購入しました。日本の代理店「ふもっふのおみせ」でも取り扱いはありますが、バックライトが白色で有線接続のみのモデルです。一方、今回購入したものは有線、Bluetooth、2.4GHzの3モードに対応しています。ただし、技適を取得していないため、日本国内では無線での使用はできません。
私はローズ軸を選びましたが、打鍵音がとても心地よく気に入っています。本当は英語配列版が欲しかったのですが、在庫がなかったためロシア語版を購入しました。キーキャップにはラテン文字（英字）とキリル文字（ロシア文字）の両方が桜の花びらとともに描かれていて、非常にスタイリッシュです。桜の花びらを二倍楽しめるデザインになっています。
For non-Japanese users, the Russian Sakura Keyboard is very cool because both English and Russian characters are beautifully printed on the keycaps like sakura petals.

S SakuraBlade This is the absolute best keyboard my hands have ever touched to. I've got it two years ago, and it still is so satisfying, almost hipnotyzing to type on. The travel is smooth and the sound feels milky and matte to this day.
The build quality on this is the highest I've seen on ANY keyboard whatsoever, the plastic doesn't fray AT ALL, is easy to clean with warm water and a bit of dish soap and it's just like new.
When I was to purchase it, I had a lot of thoughts on whether I should spend 200+$ on a peripheral. After all, "it's just a keyboard", I thought.
However, as time went by, I became convinced, that this is by far not a "just a keyboard". This is THE keyboard, THE endgame model that you won't be changing for many, many years. You simply won't want to change it. And when you will - believe me, after the experience that you'll have with Varmilo's products, you will go to no other place for a new keyboard that Varmilo.com.
The 200+$ that I spent on this keyboard and it's delivery to my region came out to be an amazing investment in my own comfort. I've since written on this a lot of scenarios and even did my Bachelor's degree thesis project, and it never ceased to amaze me that you can never quite "ignore" or "get used to" the feeling that Varmilo's keyboards give you. Even 2 years in, it still feels premium to type on.
