We ship to all 50 states within the United States. We also ship internationally to Mexico, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, Australia, Hong Kong, and South Korea.

All standard orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx. Non-expedited deliveries do not require a signature at the time of delivery and will be left at the location if no one is present. Orders shipped via US Domestic Standard Shipping usually arrive in 3 - 15 business days, depending on the destination.

We offer international shipping to Australia, Austria, Canada, Germany, Hong Kong, Mexico, Republic of Korea, and the United Kingdom. All orders ship via DHL Express Worldwide and generally deliver within 3 - 10 business days, depending on the destination. Estimated delivery dates and taxes & duties [if applicable] are calculated and presented during checkout.

All orders shipped via US Domestic Standard and International deliveries are processed within 1 - 3 business days. Typically, we ship in-stock merchandise on the next business day.
US Domestic Expedited orders placed after 12 PM CT [noon] will process and ship the next business day given item availability and payment verification. Monogrammed leather products may take additional time to process. Please note that expedited shipping does not apply to items that are out of stock. Our Misook Experience Managers will contact you if there is any delay with your order.
All orders will be processed once the credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. All US Domestic credit card orders are charged when the merchandise has shipped. International credit card orders are charged when the order is placed.
Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. National holidays are not considered business days. As a result, they may impact the estimated shipping time by adding an extra day or two. We kindly ask you to keep this in mind when selecting your preferred shipping method. Our team is dedicated to ensuring a seamless delivery experience, but external factors such as holidays may cause slight delays. Misook is not responsible for shipping delays that may occur due to holidays, natural disasters, carrier delays, or other unforeseeable circumstances.

With complimentary exchanges, finding your perfect fit is effortless! If you're not completely satisfied with the size, style, or color, we'll cover the return shipping and send your new items (if applicable) with no extra charge. Please note that clearance, final sale, and personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
We warmly accepts unworn and unaltered merchandise with the original tags attached within 30 days of purchase.  All returns will incur a $10 processing fee. Returns must be processed online through our Returns Center. If you need assistance, please call us at 1-800-447-3556 or email customerservice@misook.com. If you choose to ship your return without using our return shipping label, we are not responsible for the shipping cost or any loss or damage that may occur during transit.
Prompt refunds are issued in the original form of payment. Though we process your credit immediately, please allow one to two billing cycles for the transaction to appear on your statement. Please note that fees for shipping and handling are not refundable. We recommend tracking your package to ensure delivery and protect the shipment in case of loss or damage. Availability of replacement items is not guaranteed for exchanges.
