Orders placed and confirmed by 0900 hours (GMT+8) will be processed on the same day. Orders placed and confirmed after 0900 (GMT+8) on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be processed on the next working day.

When will I receive my order and what if it is delayed?

Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and Public Holidays.
Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by customs checks, payment verification, or stock availability.
If your order is delayed, you may track it via our order status page.

How do I track my order?

You may track your order via our order status page.
Note: Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update.

What happens if my delivery address is incorrect or if the delivery fails?

Once shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address. If the address is incorrect, the parcel may be returned and you will be responsible for both the original and return shipping charges.
Please double-check your address before placing an order, especially the country field (e.g., Austria vs Australia). To update saved addresses, log in and edit them in your Address Book.
If no one is available at the time of delivery, the courier will attempt to re-deliver the parcel once more.

Where does Pedro ship and are there any restricted areas?

PEDRO ships from Singapore to selected countries in Asia, Europe, the Middle East, North America, and Oceania.
For Cambodia and Pakistan, please shop via their respective local online stores. Deliveries must be made to a local address corresponding to the destination country.
We do not ship to PO boxes, military, or protected areas. In Singapore, we are unable to deliver to certain restricted areas such as Changi Airport, Jurong Island, MINDEF COMCEN, and PSA Terminal Wharves (Tanjong Pagar, Pasir Panjang, Sembawang).
Deliveries to hotels are accepted but only to the reception. PEDRO is not responsible for any loss after delivery is accepted by hotel staff.

Are duties, taxes and tax refunds applicable to my Pedroshoes.com order?

All Singapore deliveries include local sales tax, which is automatically applied at checkout in accordance with Singapore regulations. You will not incur additional duties, taxes, or hidden charges upon delivery.
Tax refunds are not available for purchases made on PEDROSHOES.COM.

Can I return or exchange my item?

We want you to love your PEDRO purchase. If you’re not satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order.
Return Conditions:

Item(s) must be in original condition with tags, packaging and labels intact
A final inspection will be done before your return is accepted
Returns that don’t meet our policy will be sent back at your cost.
If your return affects a Gift With Purchase promotion, the GWP must also be returned. Otherwise, its market value will be charged

Exchange Policy:
Exchanges are not available for online purchases. Please submit a return for a refund and place a new order for the desired itemExchanges are subject to in-store stock availability. Items purchased in-store are not eligible for exchange via the online store

How do I return my purchase?

Returns are free for online purchases. Submit a return request within 30 days of delivery. Items purchased in physical stores are not eligible for returns.
If you received a wrong or defective item or checked out as a guest, please contact us at customers@pedroshoes.com with the Subject: Return Request - ( Your Order Number )

Please ensure that the item(s) meet our returns condition before submitting a return request.

1. Create Return Request
Log in to PEDROSHOES.COM to view your order details under My Purchases & Returns. Click on "Submit a Return Request". Select the item(s) you wish to return and state the reason, as well as return method "In Store Return".View our Returns Conditions below.

2. Locate your Nearest Store
You may return your item(s) at any of our listed stores.

3. Bring Along
Your item(s) and invoice included in the delivery package.

4. Retail Staff Assessment
Our retail staff will assess the condition of the item and facilitate the returns process.You will be notified via email once your return(s) has been processed.

Option 2Parcel Pickup Service
Please ensure that the item(s) meet our returns condition before submitting a return request.

1. Create Return Request
Log in to PEDROSHOES.COM to view your order details under My Purchases & Returns. Click on "Submit a Return Request". Select the item(s) you wish to return and state the reason, as well as return method "Courier Pick Up".View our Returns Conditions below.

2. Arrange for Pickup
Selected your preferred date and time slot for the pickup, and submit your return request.

3. Pack Parcel
Once the return request is submitted, fill in the return slip and attach it to the returned items. Please pack the item(s) in its original packaging.

You will be notified via email once your return(s) has been processed.

When will I receive the refund of my return?

Once your returned item(s) have been received by our Returns Department and have passed the quality inspection, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
Please note that the exact refund period varies and depends on your bank’s processing period.
If you return your item(s) at one of our retail stores, our staff will assist you with the return process. However, refunds are not issued in-store. The refund will be processed online after your return request has been submitted and approved.

How do I know if my order has been received?

Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an Order Confirmation email with your order details. Please note that this may take some time if your payment is undergoing review.
If you do not receive the email, kindly check your spam or junk folder, or contact our Customer Care Team for assistance.

Can I amend or cancel my order?

Orders cannot be amended once placed. However, you may self-cancel your order within:
60 minutes for Standard Delivery15 minutes for Express Delivery
Please visit our order status page to proceed.
After the grace period, the order will be processed. If you change your mind later, eligible items may be returned in accordance with our Return Policy.

How do I check my order status?

You may track your order via our order status page.
Order Status Guide:

My order was cancelled but payment was made – what should I do?

If your order shows as cancelled but you have been charged, please contact our Customer Care Team with the following details:

Order number
Mode of payment
Screenshot of your bank statement showing the transaction (please ensure all personal details are appropriately redacted)

If the cancellation was due to an online security review, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days.

What happens if an item in my order is not available?

All orders are fulfilled based on available stock. If a product does not pass our quality checks or is out of stock, your order will be processed with the remaining item(s). Unavailable item(s) will be refunded accordingly.

What should I do if my order is incorrect or damaged?

Please contact our Customer Care Team with the following:

Order number
Images showing the item and the affected area (close-up, top view, and outsole)
A brief description of the issue

Please do not discard the item, as it may need to be returned.
If you received an incorrect item, submit a Return Request online within 30 days of delivery. If the correct item is in stock, we will send a replacement. Otherwise, a refund may be offered at our discretion.

How do I create an account or sign in to my account?

Head on over to the sign in page and fill in your particulars under Create An Account.

How do I reset/change my password?

Head to the sign in page and enter your email address under Forgot Password. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.
To change your password, sign into your account, head to My Account and then to My Profile page.

I didn’t receive the password reset email. What should I do?

If you haven’t received the password reset email, please check your spam or junk folder as the email may have been filtered. Ensure that the email address entered is correct and registered with us.
If you still haven't received the email after trying the above, please contact our Customer Service Team for further assistance.

Can I change my email address and account details?

You can update your contact number, address, and name directly through your account.
If you need to update your email address, please reach out to our Customer Service team at customers@pedroshoes.com and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Do I need to have an account to shop at PEDROSHOES.COM?

You are welcome to shop as a guest. Please note that your order history and details will not be stored.
We highly recommend creating an account to enjoy benefits such as saving your payment and shipping details for faster checkout, view all past purchases and easily manage returns.

How can I become a PEDRO Privilege member?

To join us as a member, all you need to do is to make a purchase at either PEDROSHOES.COM (Singapore site) with a registered account or at one of our PEDRO retail stores in Singapore.
You are entitled to a Silver membership if you purchase anything below S$250. If you purchase S$250 and above of PEDRO products in a single receipt, you are entitled to a Platinum membership.
For a Silver member to become a Platinum member, you can either make a one-time purchase of S$250 and above, or accumulate purchases up to a total value of S$500 within a year. You can make your purchases either in-store or online to be eligible for this upgrade. Your transition from Silver to Platinum membership will be automatically activated.

Your membership is non-transferable and valid only for registered customers. Without prejudice to any action, misuse and/or abuse of privileges will result in the termination of membership by PEDRO. PEDRO reserves the right to amend the Terms & Conditions of its programme without prior notice. The decision of PEDRO shall be final and binding in the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with transactions made with membership privileges.
