The quality is unparalleled – I feel like these were made to be worn over and over and over and over again. They bend and move and go with your feet. That probably sounds silly to read but makes total sense in my head.. I have pretty flat feet and have had lots of back issues from wearing shoes that weren’t good for me. I never have issues when I wear my Tieks. I’ve read all kinds of reviews from teachers and event planners who swear by these shoes because they are on their feet all day long and don’t ache like they do if they wear other shoes.

As soon as I put them on, they instantly melted on my feet. The sole is super comfortable. The leather is supple and soft. The color is vibrant. Each step I took felt like walking on marshmallows. I could spread my toes. They aren’t stiff like those funny-looking ballet flats that are plastic & taco-shaped. You can tell they are quality-made, so they are definitely durable {because I am a tyrant on a pair of shoes}. I mean, these shoes are great! Tieks are one of the most comfortable flats I’ve ever owned. The cushioned non-skid rubber soles (in their signature turquoise) are thicker than most ballet flat soles and feel bouncy. I can wear them all day long whether it’s a 10-mile walk on the cobbled streets of Rome or twelve hours at Disney (I’ve worn them at Disney in Florida, California, and Tokyo!). They are the shoes I wear most when I’m sightseeing in cities.
