It is the responsibility of the customer to provide the necessary documentation to clear the order from suspicion. Changes or Cancelling an Order

Order Processing
At our fulfillment center, we believe in treating every order with the utmost care and attention it deserves. As such, we process all orders in the sequence they were received. Typically, orders are processed within 2-3 business days from Monday to Friday. Orders submitted on weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day.Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation to let you know that your package is on the way. Please keep in mind that tracking information may take 1-3 days to be updated by the carrier. In the unlikely event that you do not receive an email with tracking information, please don't hesitate to contact us using the form below, and we will be more than happy to assist you.
Domestic ShippingWe are delighted to offer free standard ground shipping for all orders within the contiguous United States. Please note that orders shipping to Hawaii and Alaska will incur a shipping fee, as luggage is considered an oversized package.Regrettably, we are unable to deliver to Puerto Rico, APO/FPO addresses, PO Boxes, or other U.S. Territories.The number of business days between shipment and delivery will vary based on the destination. You can refer to the map here for an estimated ground delivery timeline. Ground deliveries occur during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.Please also note that unexpected delays may occur due to holidays or inclement weather. If you have any questions regarding the status of your package, please reach out to us using the contact information below.
International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping.
Expedited Shipping
At checkout, you have the option to select expedited shipping for faster delivery. If you didn't choose expedited shipping during checkout, please contact us below for a quote. Please note that all UPS/Fedex expedited services only operate on weekdays (Monday through Friday) and exclude holidays.We regret to inform you that we are not liable for any shipping delays caused by weather, and we cannot issue refunds for shipping costs if your package delivery date is missed. If you have any questions regarding refunds for shipping delays, please contact UPS/Fedex directly for assistance. Please keep in mind that we are not associated with UPS/Fedex and have no control over the speed of package delivery after it leaves our fulfillment center.
Shipping Address Validation
At checkout, we use our system to validate the shipping address provided to ensure its validity. However, if for any reason our system is unable to validate the address, we will promptly contact you via email. In the event that we are unable to reach you or do not receive a response, the order will be cancelled and refunded.Please note that if a PO Box address is provided, we will reach out to you for an alternative address as UPS cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
Delivery Issues
In the event the package gets returned to us, we will cancel the order and provide a full refund of the original purchase price minus the shipping and handling charges.We strongly suggest you to verify your order confirmation for any errors before your order is processed and shipped. Damaged, Lost, Stolen Packages

Our Return PromiseWe’ve spent years designing luggage that lasts. From the way it rolls to the way it wears, we believe every detail should feel right—before, during, and after your trip. But we also understand that sometimes the only way to know if it’s right for you is to see it, feel it, and try it at home.That’s why we offer 30 days from the date of delivery to decide if your Traveler’s Choice luggage is the right fit. During that time, feel free to pack it up, roll it across the room, and explore its features. We just ask that the item stays in brand new, unused condition and is returned with all original packaging, parts, and paperwork.If your order came with a gift, please include it in the return. If the gift is missing or not in its original condition, its retail value will be deducted from your refund. Gift return requests will only be honored if there is proof of purchase from our online store. Approved gift returns will be issued as store credit in the form of a digital gift card.When you’re ready to return, we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label. A fee for the label will be deducted from your refund, but we don’t charge any handling or restocking fees. Once your return is received, please allow up to 14 business days for us to process your refund. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Meet Joey Chou

Joey Chou was born in Taiwan and grew up in Southern California.  After Graduated from Art Center College of Design with illustration degree, he has been working as Visual Development artists in feature and TV animation for the past 10 years.  He is currently working at Netflix Animation.  He has worked with studios such as Disney, Nickelodeon, Dreamworks, Warner Bros, Cartoon network, Paramount, Sony, and many more.Joey is also known doing illustration work for children's book such as "It's a small world", "Say What", "I'm a Ballerina little golden book", "Monster and sons", "B bear and Lolly series", working with publishers such as Simon and Schuster, Chronicle books, Random House, Disney Press, HarperCollins.  His graphic sense of style is influence by many great illustrators from the 60s such as Mary Blair, Miroslav Sasek, Alice and Martin Provensen, and Ezra Jack Keats.
