Treatment must be received at a private panel healthcare institution where the attending doctor is listed as a participating specialist, as indicated in the PRUPanel Connect specialist website. $6,000 (excluding deductible) for PRUExtra Premier Care or Preferred Care policies.

To qualify for a panel claim and ensure that your premium level remains unchanged upon policy renewal2, treatment must be received at a private panel healthcare institution where the attending doctor is listed as a participating specialist, as indicated in the PRUPanel Connect specialist webpage. Please refer to the “Panel Healthcare Institution” section under each specialist’s profile for details.
Note: Claims submitted through some of the panel specialists’ clinics3 may be considered as Non-Panel.

An Extended Panel (EP) is a registered medical practitioner who is on another Integrated Shield Plan Insurer’s approved panel list. An approved Pre-Authorisation is mandatory for a claim to be considered an EP claim and to enjoy EP benefits. You are only required to request for Pre-authorisation if:
the EP specialist is not on our PRUPanel Connect (PPC) website
inpatient or day surgery is being performed by a PPC specialist at a healthcare institution where they are not empanelled
Eligible policyholders should check with the clinic or EP specialist to ensure that the specialist adheres to the pre-authorised amount. Failure to adhere to the pre-authorised amount will result in a Non-Panel claim. Extended Panel

Browse and select a specialist from PRUPanel Connect (PPC)

Browse and select your preferred PRUPanel Connect (PPC) specialist and know more about your specialist's profile. Check if you are eligible under PPC through PRUServices and submit your request to book an appointment via our website or call our PRUCustomer line at 18003330333.

Upon submission, we will contact you within 1 working day and will try our best to arrange an appointment with your preferred specialist within 3 working days.
At the same time, download your PPC eCard when you check your eligibility at the point of registration at the clinic.

Admission or surgery must be at the PPC HI which the PPC specialist is empanelled at

The selected specialist must be empanelled at the PPC Healthcare Institutions (HI) - Hospitals/Day Surgery Centres/Outpatient Oncology Centres as indicated on our website, and the claim must be eFiled from the partner HI Business Office and not from the specialist clinic3.
Get your inpatient, day-surgery or eligible outpatient treatment5 done at our PPC partner HI which the selected PPC specialist is empanelled at.

PRUPanel Connect (PPC) is a hospital led partnership programme. To be a part of PRUPanel Connect programme, participating specialists must either be employed by a PPC partner hospital or run a clinical practice at a PPC partner hospital/day surgery centre and the treatment for eligible policyholders has to be provided by participating specialists a partner Healthcare Institution (HI). Our panel doctors are chosen based on their credentials and past disciplinary track record.
Most of our partner PPC specialists have been practising in their respective specialities for at least 5 years. Currently, there are over 1,700 specialists in our panel programme with more than 32 medical specialities represented.

Appointments made through our PRUCustomer hotline or online bookings via Prudential website to see a PRUPanel Connect specialist at a Restructured Hospital can only be booked as a private patient and the customer will not be eligible for any subsidised treatment even if they have a referral from a government polyclinic.

Who are eligible for the value-added services of PRUPanel Connect?

The value-added services are exclusively for all PRUExtra Premier Care, PRUExtra Preferred Care, PRUExtra Premier, PRUExtra Premier CoPay and PRUExtra Preferred CoPay customers, including foreigners. To qualify for a complimentary GrabGifts or a hospital parking coupon:
You must be admitted for day surgery or as an inpatient under a doctor who is part of our participating panel specialist.
This benefit does no
