Which restaurants are running Tapas Tuesdays?
The bottomless tapas offer is available at all Las Iguanas restaurant sites with the exception of Center Parcs Locations and Aiports.
This offer may not be valid on selected days at our Event Locations, including but not limited to: Cardiff Mill lane, The O2, Resorts Word, Wembley, Royal Festival Hall, Brindley Place, Cardiff Mermaid Quays. Please check directly with your chosen restaurant.
How long is this offer available for?
This offer is available every Tuesday.
What does the Tapas Tuesday offer include?
The offer includes unlimited tapas dishes from our Bottomless Tapas menu for 90 minutes - check out our menu here to find out more!
How long is each Tapas Tuesday session?
You receive a total of 90 minutes to feast on your bottomless tapas.
Do all members of our table need to participate?

Entitles you to any tapas dish on our Bottomless Tapas menu for 90 minutes, sides & desserts are not bottomless & can be added at an additional charge. Max 3 dishes per 2 people served at one time. Whole table must partake in this offer. Your session is 90 mins. This offer is not available in conjunction with any other offer, voucher, discount or set menu apart from any ‘2 for’ offers on drinks.
Not available at Center Parcs locations or at Las Iguanas Leicester. Offer may not be available on event or selected days at our 'Event Locations' Including but not limited to: Cardiff Mill lane, The O2, Resorts Word, Wembley, Royal Festival Hall, Brindley Place, Cardiff Mermaid Quays. If you cannot find a slot at the time you are looking for, this likely means that time slot is full and we would encourage you to book another time slot or location. Not available on Delivery. How to download the Las Iguanas app?
The Las Iguanas app can be downloaded via the App Store or Google Play Store
Are there age restrictions on downloading the app?
You must be over 18 to download and register for the Las Iguanas app
Can I still join the club if I don't want to download the app?
Your membership can run online too, visit the website here - https://perks.iguanas.co.uk/
How can I see my perks?
You can find your latest perks in the ‘Perks’ section of your app or on your online account. If you have push notifications enabled, we'll also let you know when you have something new incoming.
How do I redeem a perk?
Make sure you show your digital Las Iguanas card or your Las Iguanas code to a team member at the beginning of your visit and activate the offer you want to redeem on your account. Your activated offer will be applied to your bill. Any of our restaurant team members will be happy to help you navigate the app and any perks if you ask
Can more than one perk be used per table?
We can only scan one Las Iguanas code and therefore only redeem one perk per table
How do I use my perks if I'm using Order & Pay?
Unfortunately, you can’t use a perk if you are using Order & Pay. You can only redeem a perk if you have an open bill and are using your phone to add to it as you go, please ask your server to apply your perk before you pay at the end of your meal.
Do I earn points when scanning Las Iguanas card?
Our focus is personalising your perks and offers based on how you use Las Iguanas app when you visit, so there are no points associated with your account. However you do earn a stamp everytime you visit - if you collect 4 stamps then you will recieve a free main.
How do I cancel my membership to the perks scheme?
You can cancel your membership anytime by clicking ‘Delete my account’ on both the app and your online account. Please bear in mind this only deletes your membership to the Latin Perks scheme. Deleting your account means you will no longer be able to access your membership and any perks that have been awarded to you will be lost. You are welcome to rejoin at any time, but we will not be able to add any previous perks awarded to you on your new account.
What do I do if I accidently activate a perk?
Please email us at [email protected] and we can re-add the perk for you.
I haven't received the welcome perk when I downloaded the app, what do I do?
Please try logging out of your account in the Settings tab, and logging back in. If this doesn't work, email us at [email protected] and we can re-add the perk for you.
I haven't received a confirmation email after downloading the Las Iguanas app?
Email us at [email protected] and we can trigger the confirmation email to you or manually activate the account for you.
What do I do if a perk has disappeared from my app?
Some of our perks are available for a limited time only, or a selected number of days after being added to your account. Please read the terms and conditions of your perks when you receive them so that you don't miss out on using them before they expire! If you believe a perk has not expired but still disappeared from your account, please email [email protected] and we can investigate re-assigning the perk for you.
I forgot to scan my card, can I log the purchase on my app afterwards?
