For up to 10 guests. LAYOUT: The majestic property is accessed via a set of designer steps. A large entrance door gives access to the interior where we find an entrance hall with a sofa and two armchairs where we can contemplate the views of the villa as well as enjoy a quiet reading. To our right is the first bedroom with a king size bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower. Taking the steps to the right of the entrance door we reach the middle floor. On the left hand side we can see a large and bright space consisting of y the kitchen, the dining room and the living room with access to the outside through the large windows. The kitchen is open plan and is equipped with all the necessary appliances and elements for the preparation of fantastic meals. The dining room is formed by a table and several chairs where we will be able to enjoy meals and dinners with family or friends. The living room is composed of two sofas, one three-seater and one four-seater, an armchair, a coffee table and a television. From this area we can contemplate the marvelous views that this spectacular villa offers us. To the right of the steps there are two bedrooms, both with a king size bed, one of them with an en suite bathroom with shower. There is a second bathroom with a shower on this floor. The ground floor accessed via the internal staircase leads to the remaining two bedrooms as well as the games area of the villa. Both bedrooms have a king size bed as well as an en-suite bathroom with shower each. On this floor we can enjoy the darts, table football, billiards, elliptical trainer as well as an exercise bike. In addition, there is a three-seater sofa with TV where you can enjoy a pleasant moment with friends. A sauna with a double shower will be an excellent option to finish disconnecting during our stay. EXTERIOR: The villa is located on a large plot with an exterior structured in different areas and levels. Through the entrance door we will have space to park a maximum of two vehicles as well as access to the solarium by climbing a few steps. From the upper floor we have access to the terrace with a double Balinese bed. The main terrace is located on the middle floor where we find two chill out areas where we can have some s drinks and enjoy with our friends and family, an outdoor dining table with several chairs as well as sun loungers spread around the pool area. In addition, this spectacular villa has a peculiar pool which surrounds a coffee table with seats and where we will have the sensation of being inside the pool while we contemplate the views of the area and the Peñón de Ifach. Taking the steps behind the pool we will access a space composed of palm trees of the region and sun loungers offering greater privacy and tranquility. Finally, on the lower terrace you will find the petanque area. SITUATION: The location of the villa offers magnificent and wide views to the sea and the Peñon de Ifach. It is located in a quiet area close to restaurants and leisure areas of the local villages just a few minutes drive away.
