Sat along the Douglas Promenade, it provides an outstanding view of the sea front and the picturesque public gardens. The guest house is in a central location for all amenities and conveniently situated only a 5 minute walk from the sea terminal, and a 20 minute drive from Ronaldsway Airport. All rooms are centrally heated, are ensuite with Sky TV and with tea & coffee facilities. Both breakfast and dinner is served in our dining room, made from locally sourced Manx ingredients and freshly prepared for you. Rates for contract personnel are extremely competitive and would rate among the best on Isle of Man. Monaville is run by Eileen and Billy, who have provided a warm and friendly service in their 30 years of ownership and who aim to make your stay as perfect as possible. Please note that due to the original architectural features of the Monaville, we advise that it is not suitable for any guests requiring mobility assistance or street level access. The property has a number of external steps to access the hotel entrance, as well as internal steps to the upper floors.

[H1] Monaville Accessibility Statement Prior to Arrival: [H3] By Air Should you require a taxi for your trip, they are readily available at the Airport. Cost is around £20 and the journey takes approx 20 mins. There is also a regular bus service to and from Douglas from the Airport which takes approx 35 to 40 minutes. Service also runs along Douglas Promenade. [H3] By Boat Ferry Terminal is approx 5 minutes walk from The Monaville, taxis are readily available outside the Terminal if needed. [H3] On Arrival Free public parking is available on the promenade (disc zone 8.00am -6.00pm, 2 hourly) Discs available from The Monaville. Entrance to The Monaville is by way of 6 deep steps with hand rails to both sides. [H3] Public Areas Stairs and hallways are carpeted and well lit 24/7. Dining Room/Guest Lounge is situated on ground floor with adequate seating for 20+ guests. This area is fully carpeted with water dispenser and coffee m/c [H3] Bedrooms We have no bedrooms on the ground floor. All rooms have en-suite showers, hospitality tray and are serviced daily with fresh towels supplied. [H3] Additional Information Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate full time wheelchair users as we do not have a lift/elevator, and access is only possible via the front door which is up 6 deep steps. [H3] Service dogs While we do not take pets, should you wish to bring your assistance dog please contact us to discuss your requirements.
