Your opinions are very important to us, and we have created the Avensure Complaints Procedure service to ensure your peace of mind. If, however, we have not met the high quality you’re expecting from Avensure or you think we’ve made mistakes, we would like to be aware. We will investigate the issue and attempt to solve the issue as soon as feasible.
[H2] Indemnity/Insurance Policy Avensure Complaints Procedure
If your complaint is related to your Employer Protect Legal Expenses Insurance Policy or the Business Premier Legal Expenses Insurance Policy and this is the case, it will be referred to the Finance Manager, who will try to resolve your issue at the end of the third day of work following receipt as well as a brief resolution letter will be delivered to you. If this isn’t possible An acknowledgement will be given.
If a complaint isn’t addressed within four weeks, Avensure will contact you to inform you of what next actions are to be taken. A final written response will be sent within 8 weeks of receiving.

If your complaint is related to your Employer’s Protect Legal Expenses Policy or the Business Premier Legal Expenses Insurance Policy and the Business Premium Legal Expenses Insurance Policy and you are still dissatisfied by our answer to your complaint, you could be able to refer your complaint for review by the Financial Ombudsman Service. You need to contact Avensure as soon as you become aware of an issue. The quicker you call us the easier the problem will be to deal with. Delaying the inevitable will only make things worse.

The GDPR governs how Avensure stores its client data. The GDPR is an EU law which came into force in May of 2018 and ensures your personal information is completely secure.
[H3] How should I respond if ACAS calls me about a tribunal claim?
These things have rigid time frames where a response is expected and the worst thing you can do is dismiss it. Contact Avensure without delay and our Employment Law advice team will take the appropriate action.
