[H2] Identifying Remedial Works
Identifying issues with LEV systems early can help reduce downtime and can save you money in the long run. So, if for example, a fan is noisier than usual or airflow is restricted, these are generally indications that a system failure may be imminent. Reducing the requirement for remedial works with regular servicing can ensure business operations are not affected and prolong the systems long life.
[H2] We Recommend A Thorough PPM Schedule
As part of a thorough PPM (planned preventative maintenance) schedule, we also recommend that LEV equipment should be serviced at least every 12-months and more frequently if its usage is high, so it operates within its required benchmark performance and reduces hazardous substances exposure.Having a comprehensive PPM in place can prevent the potential for breakdown, confirm safety and ensure it the LEV system is in an efficient working condition for operation. We will carefully plan and schedule visits around you, thus to cause as little disruption to operations as possible, as it can sometimes become a very complex process, especially for companies with larger properties, a number of different sites and with large amounts of LEV equipment.
