Industrial labels ensure the smooth running of internal processes from production to logistics, and ensure that goods arrive safely at the recipient.
The industrial label as the carrier of all information is the central control element in all organisational areas.
The solutions are as versatile as the requirements, for example, labelling with product labels, barcode labels on transport containers and cartons, shipping labels and pallet labels in the logistics process, closure labels for proof of first opening, hazardous material labels and dangerous goods labels, inventory labels through to documentation labels and patient labels.
HERMA offers a broad range of labels for all sectors of industry, tailored to your application and manufactured in economical batch sizes.

[H2] What are special requirements for industrial labels?
Labels for industry are characterised by a multitude of special features. They are precisely matched to the respective application in terms of label size and shape, label material, adhesive properties and packaging/quantity. Sometimes there are additional requirements, for example perforations or non-adhesive areas.
We produce industrial labels as blank labels, or printed by conventional methods or digitally, to your specifications. Our labels are made of paper, film or card, with a wide variety of adhesives, and they are available as roll labels, sheet labels oder fanfolded labels.

[H2] Which industrial labels are suitable for which purpose?
The label material depends primarily on the place of application (e.g. indoor, outdoor, frozen environment), as well as the duration of the labelling. If the labels come into contact with moisture, oil or chemicals, they must be hard-wearing - film labels are particularly suitable for this. Paper labels, on the other hand, are an economically interesting solution for address and shipping labels, or for in-house processes. From a variety of different label materials, we work with you to select the material that best suits your application.
The adhesive plays a decisive role: it ensures a secure bond between the label and the substrate (product, transport container, pallet,...): Depending on the application, different adhesive properties are required: from extremely strong adhesion to residue-free removal.
And last but not least, printing systems and dispensing equipment in your company determine whether your industrial labels are produced as roll labels, labels on sheets or fan-folded labels.
We can print barcode labels for you on rolls, or you can order blank labels for printing. Our specialties include hazardous substance labels and hazardous goods labels as well as transport labels and pallet labels for logistics.
