One thick coat...Protects the inner structure against mechanical strain such as pulling, tearing and knotting. This is why we gave STAGE 22 a thick outer jacket of 6,40 mm. But also the electrical values and the technical construction are very presentable: the STAGE 22 has a low capacitance and high bending cycles, provided by the super thin, tightly stranded single wires. When the lights begin to dance...the people stare in wonder! But there is quite a bit of technology behind it. And cables do not play the least important part here. The power for the spotlights and the control signals for their movements must be transmitted via cables. Both cables are combined in a robust cable hose, providing the input lead for the lighting desk and other DMX 512-equipped control devices. The SC-Monolith 1 POWER/DMX consists of a 3 x 1,50 mm² power cable and one DMX 512 line. Each DMX wire pair is shielded by a tinned helical copper mesh. Very common throughout the Wild West…is this robust and dependable video and SAT cable that was originally designed in the United States. However, with its solid PE insulation its specifications were not satisfactory and the cable was not robust enough. Contrary to the original version we have significantly improved the new SC-Vector Plus DZ. Now it is SDI/HD-SDI capable and reelable and thus may be used as a flexible video line! It has a foamed insulation with a protective lacquer, a 7 x 0.40 mm litz construction, two overlaying cross meshes each with 100 % coverage and a weather-proof and notch-resistant PMB jacket.
