Can I buy cover for my parcel?We include parcel cover up to a value of £20, for free, on most items sent with us – excluding prohibited items and postable parcels. However, if your parcel’s value is worth more than £20, then you can increase the value of your item’s cover up to a maximum of £999.It’s important to note, however, that some items you can send with us can’t be covered. These are called non-compensation items and include items such as glassware, furniture, musical instruments, TVs, legal documents, and items valued over £999.Please take a look at our non-compensation items list for a breakdown of what items we can and can’t cover. We’re still happy to carry non-compensation items for delivery but know that when you send any of these items with us, you do so at your own risk.Naturally, on top of those items that fall under our non-compensation category, any item that is flagged as a prohibited item is not covered by our parcel service, no matter its value.Can I change the delivery address after I’ve sent a parcel?Yes. If it’s a simple house name/number change, the easiest thing to do is ask the parcel recipient to divert the parcel to the correct house name/number. If, on the other hand, your recipient needs a full address change, then contact our customer service team with the change you need once the parcel is with its Courier. We’ll then do our best to get the parcel stopped and the address corrected before the delivery is made to the original address.How will I know when my parcel has been delivered?You can track your parcel through its entire journey, right up until the point of delivery with our parcel tracking service. This means you can see where your parcel is at each stage of the delivery process. We explain each stage of the process on our tracking page to make this easy to follow.

Let us know what’s in your parcel and its value, as well as whether you want to add additional cover.4

Tell us the specific address of your parcel, as well as whether you want to provide your recipient with tracking updates. We’ll also need you to provide your return address, email, and phone number in case we’re unable to deliver your package.5

You can track a parcel you're returning in the same way as one you're receiving. All you need to do is enter the 16 character parcel tracking code into the tracker. If you're returning a parcel using a Print In ParcelShop device, make a note of the long number underneath the printed label and enter it in the box at the top of the page. Track a parcel

How do I divert my parcel?If you have a parcel that’s due to be delivered and you’d like to divert to a neighbour or safe place, first go to our parcel tracking page.Enter your parcel’s 16-digit tracking number and delivery postcode.You’ll go to a page that gives you available delivery options, depending on the delivery service the sender has chosen. Depending on what kind of service the sender has selected, you’ll either be able to divert to a safe place or neighbour or neighbour only. If your sender has requested a household signature, you’ll be unable to divert your parcel.Check out our guide on how to divert your parcel for more information.What can I do if I haven't received my parcel?If you’re still waiting on your parcel and it’s been with us for over 7 days, please let the sender know so that they can get in touch with us, and we can look into it.Can I collect my parcel?If your parcel is being delivered by your local courier you won’t be able to collect it from your local ParcelShop or delivery depot, but your courier will make up to 3 attempts to deliver your parcel. If you don’t think you’ll be in for the next attempt you can ask your courier to deliver your parcel to a neighbour, or another safe place.
