Why is quality important?

In the international moving and relocation business, we don't move goods - we move people's lives. And when something goes wrong, it can have devastating consequences.
FIDI affiliated companies are the best in their category - and we can prove it. Following the principle of "say as you do, do as you say...and prove it!", all FAIM certified companies are regularly checked by an independent auditor, who verifies that they consistently uphold the same high standards.

[IMG: be the champion with quality assurance]

[H3] International customers - expats, corporate customers and institutions - increasingly demand proof of high quality in international moving and relocation services. This is where FIDI Global Alliance steps in.

[H2]
The FAIM Standard is the only quality standard for the international moving and relocation industry, recognized worldwide.

Developed by FIDI Global Alliance over 20 years ago, it sets the bar for high-level quality services for the international moving and relocation industry. That is one of FIDI's main purposes: setting the standards in our industry.
As such, the FAIM Quality Certification Programme, complemented by the FAIM DSP Certification, ensures that all FIDI affiliated companies comply with the same stringent requirements, all the time. The FAIM Standard covers every aspect of the international move and is regularly updated to reflect changes in the industry and in international regulations.

[H2]
FIDI-FAIM - Raising standards the world over

The primary objective of FAIM is to provide a worldwide high-quality standard for international moving and relocation services. To date, the FIDI-FAIM Quality Certification is the world's only recognized quality certification for professional international moving and relocation companies.
Don't rely on luck. Rely on FAIM.

[H2] The FIDI-FAIM Quality Certification is unique in its kind and sets the benchmark for quality services in the international moving and relocation world.
[H3] Developed by FIDI Global Alliance
Behind FAIM stands FIDI, the global alliance of international moving and relocation companies. Its goal is to unite quality-minded parties around the world, creating strong partnerships and raising industry standards.
[H3] Independently audited
FIDI-FAIM accredited companies are regularly audited by an independent third-party, currently EY, ensuring that all companies adhere to the same high standards. Demonstrating FAIM compliance is a mandatory requirement to become a FIDI Affiliate, and affiliated companies must comply with the FIDI-FAIM Compliance Procedure at all times in order to maintain FIDI-FAIM certification.
[H3] Wide-ranging and stringent requirements
FIDI-FAIM-certified companies do not only have to comply with operational requirements relating to the quality of service and supply chain management, they also need to prove they are financially and organisationally healthy. For companies providing destination services, the FIDI-DSP Certification ensures the same high level of services covers these specific activities.

[H2]
What are the FIDI-FAIM requirements?

[H4] The FIDI-FAIM Quality Standard covers a series of requirements that all FIDI-FAIM-certified companies need to comply with at all times, ranging from operational activities to supply-chain management, risk management, data protection, and financial stability.

[H3] Consistent quality of service
All FIDI-FAIM certified companies are audited on their operational services and quality procedures, making sure all work according to the same high level of quality, all the time.

[H3] Supply chain performance
FIDI-FAIM certified companies have to prove that they work with suppliers who follow the same high standards, leading to better control of the entire relocation process.

[H3] Compliance with industry standards & international regulations
FAIM certified companies have to abide by FIDI's strict Anti Bribery & Corruption and Anti-Trust ChartersThey also have to prove compliance with stringent data protection principles and relevant international compliance regulations.

[H3] Financial stability
To ensure the financial health of all FIDI Affiliates, each company has to provide its financial statements, which are assessed by an independent auditor on a yearly basis.

[H3] The FIDI-FAIM Compliance Procedure follows a 3-year cycle, with an extensive third-party audit every third year. The audit process is performed by independent auditors, currently EY.
The FAIM audit every three years is the fundamental step in the FIDI-FAIM Compliance Procedure. The independent auditor will check that your company is fully compliant with all the latest FIDI-FAIM requirements. The Internal FAIM Audit is a mandatory yearly self-assessment performed by the FIDI-FAIM certified company itself. The company has to send specific documentation to the FAIM Coordination Centre to prove that this assessment has been done as per the FIDI-FAIM requirements. The FAIM Financial Assessment is a yearly assessment of the financial statements of all FIDI affiliated companies. The provided financial documents are assessed by an independent third-party. The results determine the risk of a FIDI Affiliate not being creditworthy, i.e. whether they will be able or not to pay their bills.

Your Diagnosis

Before revealing the machine’s verdict, predict the BS score for each signal. Higher = more BS (more fluff, less verifiable substance). Drag each slider, then submit to compare your judgment against the engine.

Information Density 0 / 30
Read the Narrative & headings: do hard facts (prices, dates, numbers) outweigh fluff power-words?
Semantic Coherence 0 / 20
Compare the homepage promise against the sub-page reality. Do they hold the same line?
Trust & Proof 0 / 20
Weigh review mentions against actual external proof links. Claims without verification = theatre.
Commodity Fingerprint 0 / 15
Check headings & narrative against the industry clichés in the setup above.
Identity & Authority 0 / 15
Inspect the schema: is there real Organization/Person identity with sameAs links, or gaps?
Your predicted BS score 0 / 100
💡 Stuck? Reveal the heuristic lens — how the deterministic page-auditor reads each signal (no AI, pure pattern rules)

These are the structural rules a local, deterministic auditor applies — the same lens you can use to judge each signal. They describe what to look for, not this company’s result.

Information Density

Classify each sentence as substantive or hollow. Grounding markers — numbers, currencies, dates, technical units, named entities — outweigh marketing adjectives. When fluff sits right next to hard evidence, the fluff is forgiven.

Semantic Alignment

Pull the main entities out of the H1, then check whether they actually recur through the body. A page that announces one thing and then talks about another drifts. Headings with no real sentences underneath read as pseudo-substance.

Trust & Proof

Count trust words (review, testimonial, rating, verified) against real outbound proof links (Google, Trustpilot, Clutch, G2, Yelp). Lots of trust language with zero verification links is trust theatre. Unlinked logo galleries count against it.

Commodity Fingerprint

Look at how much sentence length varies. Natural writing varies its rhythm; templated or mass-produced copy is statistically uniform. Very low variation reads as commodity content — unless unique named entities break the pattern.

Identity & Authority

Inspect the JSON-LD. Is there an Organization or Person schema, and does it carry sameAs links to real external profiles (LinkedIn, socials)? Missing schema or no identity declaration signals an anonymous entity.

Want to apply this lens yourself? The free BS Indicator Chrome extension runs these heuristic checks live on any page. Bear in mind it is a single-page, deterministic tool — it relies only on pattern rules for the page in front of it and does not perform the cross-page semantic correlation this audit uses, so its readout is a starting lens, not the full verdict.

FIDI Global Alliance provides a high-substance framework for industry standards but hides its authority behind a technically obsolete web implementation and a lack of verifiable proof links. While the proprietary FAIM standard prevents it from being a generic commodity, the site relies heavily on trust theatre rather than forensic evidence of its claims. It is a legitimate authority suffering from a major technical and transparent data gap.

Implement Organization and Person schema immediately to bridge the authority gap and link Matt Jones and other experts to their professional profiles. Add external proof links to the FAIM Coordination Center or a public EY verification portal to substantiate auditing claims. Replace generic headings like Quality is a key differentiator with specific metrics, such as 98 percent Compliance Rate Among 500+ Global Affiliates. Detail the specific route networks and insurance coverage requirements expected by logistics professionals to eliminate the performance claim disconnect.

The site content perfectly aligns with the Logistics, Transport & Shipping industry, specifically focusing on the niche of international moving and relocation services.
