[H2] FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS Q - What time do you arrive? A - We aim to spend around 60-90mins filming prep with our brides and 45mins with our grooms on the wedding morning. We will work out with you in advance what time works best for your day. So in short, our arrival time is dependant on your schedule! Q - How long do you stay for?A - We are with you from your bridal prep in the morning up to your dinner service as standard. If you add evening coverage to your package this extends coverage right up until your first dance and evening party. We will then leave when we feel we have captured enough footage for your video (this is generally within half an hour of the first dance) or 10pm (whichever comes first). Q - Can I customise my package? A - Yes, all of our packages are fully customisable. We are happy to work with you to tailor to your specific needs. For more details on our customisable options please don't hesitate to contact us. Q - When do I pay and is there a booking fee payment? A - We require an initial booking fee of £199 for our Silver Package or £299 for the Gold Package. In order to secure your booking this must be paid within 30 days of signing the booking form. The outstanding balance must then be paid no later than 7 days before of the date of your wedding.Q - When will we receive our video?A - We aim to deliver the finished video as soon as possible! This is usually within 12 weeks of filming. However, during peak season this may be slightly longer.Q - How will we receive our videos?A – Your finished videos will be delivered through a private web link, making them easy to watch, download, and share with friends and family. You’ll be able to access your films on any device (TV, computer, tablet, or phone) simply by using the provided link. The number of videos included in your gallery will depend on the package you’ve selected. Q - Do you film weddings in ROI? A - Yes! Our coverage area covers all venues within a 2hr drive from our base in Lisburn which includes many amazing venues in ROI. Q - Are you available for destination weddings? A - Yes we are happy to travel to film weddings but our flights and accommodation must be covered. Q - Do we need to meet up? A - We usually suggest a virtual meet up via Zoom in the lead up to the big day to say hi and chat through all the details etc. This can also be done via phone call if that’s preferable.Q - Do we need to feed you on the day?A - If you have booked Evening Coverage then we would ask that you provide us with a meal. Don't worry, we don't expect to sit down with you and your guests. If you ask the venue about staff meals for videographers/photographers they will provide options, otherwise we will happily order something off the bar menu if that is more convenient. We don’t want to miss any of your day from having to leave the premises! Q - What music do you use? A - We have access to a comprehensive catalogue of music which we will choose from to go along with your video and that will suit the style of the edit. However, if you are not happy with our choice we will be more than happy to change it for you. If you have a particular song in mind that you would like us to use, please let us know (in advance of us beginning the editing if possible) and we can attempt to seek out the appropriate third party music license.Q - Can I ask for changes in my video? A - Yes of course! We are more than happy to make changes in your video edit. For example, changing the music, removing a shot you dislike or perhaps a person that does not want to feature in the video.
