[H2] In 1988 Sarah Tyson, Robert Tyson and Daren Podbury launched Avery Estate Agentsat 199 Milton Road. Sarah and Daren two young, very enthusiastic, fully trained estate agents, alongside Robert an established entrepreneur in the local area decided the time was right to open their own Estate Agency.

Avery's came to our rescue when we weren't getting the level of service we wanted from another agent (not informing us of visits and repeatedly and quickly suggesting we lowered the price) and we noticed an immediate positive impact.
