[IMG: Forbury CTA] [H2] Choose the plan that works for you Review and analyze 53M+ US properties starting at $400/month on annual subscription.View pricing [H6] FAQ [H3] How do you find out who owns a commercial property? Public records list the legal owner, but in commercial real estate that's usually an LLC or holding company rather than a person. To reach the actual decision-maker, you need to unwind the entity structure behind the LLC and identify the people connected to it. Reonomy does this automatically for 54M+ U.S. commercial properties, surfacing phone, email, and mailing contacts so you spend your time on the leads most likely to respond. [H3] What's the best way to find off-market commercial real estate? Off-market deals don't appear on listing sites, so you can't search your way to them through the usual channels. The way professionals find them is by working backwards from the property: identify buildings that match your criteria, look at ownership tenure and debt position to find owners likely to sell, and reach out directly. Reonomy lets you filter 54M+ properties by asset class, geography, sale history, and debt, then connects you to the owner contact in the same workflow. [H3] How is Reonomy different from other commercial real estate data platforms? Most CRE data platforms tell you what a property is. Reonomy tells you who owns it, even when the ownership is buried inside a chain of LLCs and holding companies. The platform combines title and assessor records, geospatial data, debt and lien filings, and corporate ownership filings into a single connected data set, then uses machine learning to match every record to the same property and the same true owner. The result is one clean record per property and one ranked, deduplicated contact list per owner. [H3] How much does Reonomy cost? We have several subscription plans available to suit different needs. Your Diagnosis
Before revealing the machine’s verdict, predict the BS score for each signal. Higher = more BS (more fluff, less verifiable substance). Drag each slider, then submit to compare your judgment against the engine.
Stuck? Reveal the heuristic lens — how the deterministic page-auditor reads each signal (no AI, pure pattern rules)
These are the structural rules a local, deterministic auditor applies — the same lens you can use to judge each signal. They describe what to look for, not this company’s result.
Classify each sentence as substantive or hollow. Grounding markers — numbers, currencies, dates, technical units, named entities — outweigh marketing adjectives. When fluff sits right next to hard evidence, the fluff is forgiven.
Pull the main entities out of the H1, then check whether they actually recur through the body. A page that announces one thing and then talks about another drifts. Headings with no real sentences underneath read as pseudo-substance.
Count trust words (review, testimonial, rating, verified) against real outbound proof links (Google, Trustpilot, Clutch, G2, Yelp). Lots of trust language with zero verification links is trust theatre. Unlinked logo galleries count against it.
Look at how much sentence length varies. Natural writing varies its rhythm; templated or mass-produced copy is statistically uniform. Very low variation reads as commodity content — unless unique named entities break the pattern.
Inspect the JSON-LD. Is there an Organization or Person schema, and does it carry sameAs links to real external profiles (LinkedIn, socials)? Missing schema or no identity declaration signals an anonymous entity.
Want to apply this lens yourself? The free BS Indicator Chrome extension runs these heuristic checks live on any page. Bear in mind it is a single-page, deterministic tool — it relies only on pattern rules for the page in front of it and does not perform the cross-page semantic correlation this audit uses, so its readout is a starting lens, not the full verdict.
Based on 388 businesses audited.
Real Estate, Property & Lettings BS: Reonomy (an Altus Group Business) (reonomy.com)
Reonomy is a high-substance, low-BS platform that prioritizes database metrics and technical utility over marketing narrative. It effectively bridges the gap between signal and substance by naming its data sources and providing transparent pricing. The minor score penalties stem purely from technical schema deficiencies and a lack of named human experts.
Implement robust Organization and Person schema to link the brand to Altus Group executives and enhance authority. Fix the technical H1 omission on the homepage to align with the site’s data-driven positioning. Convert the ‘Featured stories’ headings into direct, crawlable case study links with specific ROI metrics. Replace power words like ‘revolutionary’ with specific descriptions of the proprietary data matching process.
High. The site is a specialized Commercial Real Estate (CRE) data platform focusing on property sourcing, ownership intelligence, and due diligence, aligning perfectly with the investment and professional services side of the property industry.
“The score of 23 is driven primarily by strong Information Density and perfect Semantic Coherence. The site avoids nearly all industry clichés and provides clear, upfront pricing. The only significant point losses occurred in Identity and Authority (9/15) due to poor schema implementation and a lack of named individual experts.”
This training module utilizes a snapshot of public data from Reonomy (an Altus Group Business), captured on June 19, 2026, to demonstrate how machine logic evaluates different types of business narratives.
Purpose: This data is presented under “Fair Use” / “Educational Exception” for the purpose of forensic semantic analysis, allowing users to compare human intuition against machine-generated evaluations.
Notice to Reonomy (an Altus Group Business): This analysis is part of a non-adversarial audit conducted by 1 Euro SEO. The results provided by 1EuroSEO are intended as professional feedback to help improve any website’s machine-readability and authority signals. The 1EuroSEO BS Detection Tool is a free tool, and anyone can test any company to see how their content is interpreted by AI models.
Any company can use the insights for free and improve its voice by comparing it to industry clichés or competitors. When a company has updated its content, it can always submit a new audit request, which will be reflected in a new current score.
