Inventory Fee: This fee covers the cost of preparing an inventory report that documents the condition and contents of the property before the tenancy begins.

With this option, you can take charge of rent administration, repairs, and maintenance, dealing directly with your tenants, your way.
Sturston’s Estate Agents will effectively market your property, organise accompanied viewings, locate suitable tenants, conduct a thorough tenant referencing check and finally register your Deposit with a suitable deposit protection service.

Additional Fees
Inventory Fee: This will be charged for the preparation of an inventory report, documenting the condition and contents of the property at the start of the tenancy, from £120
Renewal Fee: If the tenant chooses to renew the tenancy agreement, preparation of the renewal paperwork, from £150
Check-In and Check-Out Fee: This fee covers the cost of inspecting the property at the beginning and end of the tenancy and assessing any damages or discrepancies against the initial inventory report. From £120
Guarantor Fee: If a guarantor is required for the tenancy, verifying and processing the guarantor’s information, from £50
