An Arlo Secure subscription enables you to record video through the Arlo cloud, activate advanced AI detection, create custom detection zones, respond to emergencies, and much more. You can purchase a plan for multiple cameras or a single camera. This provides a flexible and customizable experience for your Arlo system.
As a new customer, you can buy your Arlo Secure plan with your cameras on Arlo.com.
As an existing Arlo customer, buy your Arlo Secure plan by following these steps:
Log in to my.arlo.com
Click the drop-down arrow in the upper left-hand corner and select My Arlo Account.
Click Get a Plan.
