IBKS prides itself on the positive feedback we receive from our clients at every step of the project, from initial meeting to mood boards to the completion of your bathroom; we’re with you every step of the way.
We offer a Design & Installation service which offers a no-obligation quote, based on initial ideas & conversation following our visit to your home. If you already have someone in mind to install the bathroom for you, we also offer a Design & Supply service which follows the same structure as the D&I option or if you’re already clued up with exactly what you’re after ~ you can simply just place an order with us.

IBKS is a small family run business who’ve sold luxury bathroom’s, kitchens & bedrooms for all budgets & styles for over 40 years, starting from the same showroom we’re still in now. Our showroom is designed for your experience, so you can imagine that space in your household. We decorate all our displays with items which you can purchase from our sister company Pretty Interiors. Our cupboards, drawers, pull-outs are filled with pots & pans to our wardrobes with clothes and shoes to demonstrate the storage solutions; we set the standard for luxury showrooms. When you enter our showroom, you’ll be greeted by friendly faces who’re happy to answer any questions, not matter how silly. Our showroom team are trained on products we display so we can give you incite on the products and recommendations based on your needs. We have a wide range of refreshments available to you, including a sweetie jar you’re more than welcome to steal from.
We have an excellent customer service which we are very proud of, if you need anything from us; new, existing or old customer don’t hesitate to drop us an email, phone call or drop by in person and we’ll be more than happy to help with anything you need. If you need a replacement part, we will check your order history (or measurements) and check if it’s still available, if not, don’t panic – we usually can get an alternative which will fit (suppliers usually stock spare parts for 10 years).

At IBKS we want your project to stand out from the crowd, no matter your bathroom size or budget – we believe in offering a service tailored around you. Our design experts will create a dreamy design which we will send over to you with your quote. Our experienced staff can offer everything from 3D design, expert advice & product knowledge – the whole saga. Our designers are happy to work via email, phone or face to face; whatever works best for you.
Our design service is £95 however is refunded once your deposit has been given. Get started by contacting us via the consultation form at the top of the page, email or telephone and our team will contact you from there. We will come out to your space, measure and discuss how you use the space & to what level, discuss your ideas and a few technical questions such as what water system you have (eg. combi boiler, water tank etc.). We generally like to get an idea for budget to help us make relevant product suggestions (and to prevent us suggesting a £5,000 bath if you’ve only budgeted £1,000…) however if you don’t want to share your budget, we’re okay with that.

Needed a shower enclosure in super quick time after being let down badly by another bathroom company. After ringing and speaking with Stella, she was able to supply and deliver within 2 days. Stella emailed us early on the day of delivery to give us the bad news that the enclosure had been supplied to them damaged, so the delivery wouldn’t be happening when we expected but Stella then contacted us to say that she could supply a different enclosure at a higher cost but there would be no extra cost to us, although it would be a couple of days later. The enclosure arrived extremely well packed and early in the morning giving us time to tile the shower area ready for installation. we could not be more impressed with the service we received and we would highly recommend Innovative Bathroom & Kitchen Solutions.

Our bathroom was beginning to look rather tired and dated and I was having great difficulty clambering over the rim of our bath to have a shower.
We then decided to have the existing bathroom taken out and replaced with a more modern one incorporating a walk-in shower (my days of being able to carry out such work myself are long gone).
We visited several bathroom showrooms before visiting Innovative Bathroom & Kitchen Solutions. Both the service we received and the range of products to choose from were excellent.
They came to our house and took detailed measurements of the room and produced a detailed plan and estimate. We received the quotation and went to the showroom to finalise details of finishes and fittings.
We agreed a price and were given an installation date and duration of installation period. The work started on the agreed date and was finished in the agreed period.
The finish was to an exceptionally high standard and included stripping out of the existing and disposal of the debris, re-boarding the ceiling, installing down lighters and removing and re-fixing the ceiling radio speakers, tiling the floor and walls (cladding panels to shower cubicle walls), removing the radiator and re-plumbing it with a ladder type towel rail on a different wall, fitting a shower cubicle, shower (electric shower swapped for a mixer shower fed by our combi boiler), loo, cupboards and basin.
The work was carried out with minimal disruption and mess.
I would have no hesitation in recommending their services to others – and I am not easily impressed having worked 40+ years in the construction industry!
