[H4] Lee Ryan from Minnesota asks: [H4] "How did Fernando Mendoza start OTAs?" While progress has been made, Fernando Mendoza is still adjusting to the speed of the NFL.News flash: Every NFL rookie is still adjusting.A majority of Mendoza's reps were with the rest of the rookie class, and he looked the part of a No. 1 pick. When tossed into the mix with some of the veteran players, there were some hot and cold moments with his accuracy and timing."I feel confident that I'm able to see the field well," Mendoza said, "and that my growing pains are coming from, 'Hey, I've got to time up my footwork a little better with the routes,' and intricacies here and there, and I'm really working hard with coaching staff who's pushing me and have done a phenomenal job of relaying and communicating the information needed. It's up to me to take full advantage of that. ... I feel like I'm leaps and bounds ahead of where I was."Jonah Laulu and Atonio Mafi visit Australia and New ZealandQ&A: Get to know quarterbacks coach Mike SullivanKlint Kubiak says Raiders' next step is sustaining momentum following productive offseason program [H4] D Hackman from Texas asks: [H4] "With all the talk of not having a true WR1, why not sign one of the unsigned FA WRs to help improve our WR corps?" This seems to be a hot topic of conversation among Raider Nation over the past few weeks. Are there some good veteran options at receiver still on the market? Yes.Names that pop out include Stefon Diggs, who led the New England Patriots in receiving yards and catches last season; DeAndre Hopkins, who's the all-time leader in receiving yards among active players; and Deebo Samuel, who recorded 12 total touchdowns in 2023 working with Klint Kubiak on the San Francisco 49ers.Nevertheless, are there some promising receivers already on the roster? Once again, yes.Jalen Nailor could make for a blazing fast outside duo with Tre Tucker, not to mention Jack Bech and Dont'e Thornton Jr. hoping to take a big leap into their second season. But one receiver in particular who seemed to make the most of his OTA and minicamp opportunities was Malik Benson. The sixth-rounder could be a sneaky addition. During portions of practice open to the media, I saw him catching a handful of deep passes from all of the quarterbacks. It will be intriguing to see if the rookie can build upon this momentum in training camp, having caught six touchdowns his senior season at Oregon. [H4] Charles Holt from California asks: [H4] "Where is Nakobe Dean?" Linebacker Nakobe Dean wasn't on the field for OTA or minicamp practices, but the coaching staff has confirmed that he's been in the building. While Kubiak didn't give specifics on why Dean hasn't practiced yet, he's more concerned on making sure he's fully up to speed and ready to go for training camp. Being cautious with Dean seems to be a wise decision in the long run as the free agent signing is expected to play a pivotal role in the Raiders defense. He recorded 110 solo tackles, seven sacks and three forced fumbles in his last two seasons with the Philadelphia Eagles."Nakobe's been here every day," Kubiak said. "He didn't practice, but all injuries and things like that, I don't want to talk about this time of year. We just want to get all our guys healthy to training camp. That's really the most important thing." [H1] Top Shots: Raiders 2026 Media Day Take a look at the best photos from the Las Vegas Raiders 2026 Media Day. [H1] Q&A: Get to know tight ends coach Luke Steckel Jun 19, 2026 at 09:00 AM [IMG: Author Image] Levi EdwardsDigital Team Reporter Copied! [IMG: 26_Get To Know Coaches_Luke Steckel_24560x1440] Luke SteckelZach AzzanniOmar YoungMike SullivanRick Dennison Over the next few weeks, Raiders.com is publishing a series of Q&As with the Silver and Black's position coaches. Now we take a look at a familiar face to Raider Nation, tight ends coach Luke Stekel. He's going into his third season with the Silver and Black, helping develop Brock Bowers who's been named a Pro Bowler in each of his two seasons in the league.Steckel discusses his excitement to continue coaching the Raiders tight ends and his expectations heading into the 2026 season. [H4] Levi Edwards: Before getting into coaching, you worked in Hollywood as a production assistant. What was that experience like? Luke Stekel: "I worked on "Fast & Furious," not to be confused with "The Fast and the Furious." I worked on it in the spring-summer of 2008. It was the fourth movie in the franchise, a lot of the success of that movie was going to be the reason for [making] more and obviously it did well and they've made about 100 more since (laughter). That was a unique experience. I had a very low level job, a production assistant is just a fancy term for intern. So, I was picking up lunch every day and helping out in the production office or on the set. Spent a lot of time in my car driving around L.A. and this is before you had GPS apps on your phone, so we were printing out a lot of MapQuest directions."It was a fun time in my life, man. It's really the only time in my life I haven't been directly involved with football playing or coaching. So it led to some interesting stories. ... It was a fun chapter in my life, but I know if I'd stayed out there that lifestyle just wasn't for me. So I'm glad to be back in the football world." [H4] LE: What's your perspective on continuing with the organization as a new regime takes shape? LS: "The first thought is it just feels incredibly blessed to still be here. I really love working for this organization. I understand the significance of being a Raider, and I embrace that and I'm grateful for that. Just really grateful for this opportunity Coach Kubiak has given me. To be retained, not only once but twice here, I know how rare that is in this league. But it's totally a reflection of the players that I've been able to coach and the head coaches that've given me an opportunity and have put their trust in me." [H4] LE: How has it been working with Klint Kubiak so far? LS: "It's early in the process, but I feel like I've already learned so much from Coach Kubiak. His demeanor is consistent every single day – never gets too high, never gets too low. He's got an incredible football mind. He sees the game clearly and quickly. He's provided a lot of insight into this entire coaching staff and myself specifically. Really have enjoyed working with him. Just like we're building relationships with the players, we're building on the staff and that includes the relationships we have with the head coach. Just really impressed with what I've seen so far." [H4] LE: Many people believe this tight end room is one of the most stacked in the NFL. Do you agree with that? LS: "I don't like to make any grand proclamations like that. I will say this, great players make great coaches. And anything that might be great about my coaching is only because I'm fortunate enough to coach great players. We have really talented players in our room. Not only talented, but hard-working guys and high-character guys. And that's what I appreciate about them the most. I've been around a lot of talented players in this league, but to be around these guys like Brock Bowers and Mike Mayer, to have the level of talent that they have yet still continue to work at their craft each and every day and to carry themselves with such great character on and off the field. To me, I just can't say enough good things about them." [H4] LE: "Considering this is about to be your third season with the Raiders, what do you enjoy most about this organization and the city of Las Vegas personally?" LS: "I've been fortunate to be a part of a lot of great originations in this league, but there's just something different about being with the Raiders. There's something about that shield that carries a legacy within itself and such a rich history that when you put on that silver and black, it feels special. You feel the history when you're representing the Raiders and that's something I've really embraced and enjoyed."The Las Vegas community has been a wonderful place to live. My wife and I love it here. This facility in itself is the best in the world in my opinion. All the resources are here. [H1] An inside look at the Raiders' 2026 Scouting Combine player interviews Jun 18, 2026 at 07:00 PM [IMG: Author Image] Raiders.com Staff Copied! General Manager John Spytek labeled this offseason as "critical" in moving the Las Vegas Raiders in the right direction.A lot of work was put in and big decisions were made, with Silver and Black Productions following the scouting department through it all for the latest episode of Behind the Shield. With months worth of intel into the 2026 draft class, the player personnel hit the ground running this offseason at the East–West Shrine Bowl in Frisco, Texas and the Panini Senior Bowl in Mobile, Alabama."The all-star games are a really cool and unique look at players outside of their comfort zone," said Brandon Yeargan, director of college scouting. "Outside of their school, outside of their campus, outside of their scheme. ... And then it's another touch point for us with the players, our first time talking to the players are at these all-star games."Spytek, new head coach Klint Kubiak and the scouting department were then wheels up to Indianapolis for the NFL Combine, meeting their eventual No. 1 pick Fernando Mendoza for the first time. Behind the Shield shows a peek inside the meeting rooms and how the player interviews went.Mendoza's formal interview began with a FaceTime call from minority owner Tom Brady, who Fernando has said he's idolized from a young age. During the interview, Mendoza showcased his cadence and described his leadership style as a quarterback.Raiders brass also met with second-round pick Treydan Stukes and third-round pick Keyron Crawford."I think he's got a ruggedness to him that you look for on the field defensively, and in the locker room and the meeting rooms defensively," assistant general manager Brian Stark said of Crawford."That was one of my favorite interviews of all time," Yeargan said of Stukes. "I don't say that to be hyperbole. Treydan was extremely down to earth, comfortable in his own skin and had just rare intelligence."To watch the latest Behind the Shield episode, click here. Your Diagnosis
Before revealing the machine’s verdict, predict the BS score for each signal. Higher = more BS (more fluff, less verifiable substance). Drag each slider, then submit to compare your judgment against the engine.
Stuck? Reveal the heuristic lens — how the deterministic page-auditor reads each signal (no AI, pure pattern rules)
These are the structural rules a local, deterministic auditor applies — the same lens you can use to judge each signal. They describe what to look for, not this company’s result.
Classify each sentence as substantive or hollow. Grounding markers — numbers, currencies, dates, technical units, named entities — outweigh marketing adjectives. When fluff sits right next to hard evidence, the fluff is forgiven.
Pull the main entities out of the H1, then check whether they actually recur through the body. A page that announces one thing and then talks about another drifts. Headings with no real sentences underneath read as pseudo-substance.
Count trust words (review, testimonial, rating, verified) against real outbound proof links (Google, Trustpilot, Clutch, G2, Yelp). Lots of trust language with zero verification links is trust theatre. Unlinked logo galleries count against it.
Look at how much sentence length varies. Natural writing varies its rhythm; templated or mass-produced copy is statistically uniform. Very low variation reads as commodity content — unless unique named entities break the pattern.
Inspect the JSON-LD. Is there an Organization or Person schema, and does it carry sameAs links to real external profiles (LinkedIn, socials)? Missing schema or no identity declaration signals an anonymous entity.
Want to apply this lens yourself? The free BS Indicator Chrome extension runs these heuristic checks live on any page. Bear in mind it is a single-page, deterministic tool — it relies only on pattern rules for the page in front of it and does not perform the cross-page semantic correlation this audit uses, so its readout is a starting lens, not the full verdict.

Arts, Culture & Entertainment BS: Las Vegas Raiders (raiders.com)
This is a high-substance, low-fluff media entity that functions with the transparency of a newsroom rather than the vagueness of a marketing agency. By prioritizing proper nouns and specific technical details over industry buzzwords, the site achieves a near-bottom BS score. It is an industry-leading example of how authority is built through granular proof rather than grandiose claims.
Integrate structured Person schema for all named coaches and executives to link their professional footprints to the Organization schema. Add outbound proof paths to external NFL statistical databases to verify the performance stats cited in player profiles. Formalize the community impact section by linking to the specific Naqvi Injury Law partnership details and historical donation records. Ensure all third-party media mentions, such as the Daniel Jeremiah and Kurt Warner features, include direct outbound links to the original sources.
The site represents a member club of the National Football League (NFL), fitting the Entertainment and Culture classification through its focus on sports media, community events, and lifestyle content. The data confirms a high-fidelity match, transitioning from a sports entity to a broader content production house.
“The score of 8 reflects a nearly total absence of marketing fluff. The few points deducted are due to a small amount of trust theatre (unverified review counts on the homepage) and standard template language in navigation. Information density and semantic coherence are the primary drivers of this exceptionally low score.”
This training module utilizes a snapshot of public data from Las Vegas Raiders, captured on June 19, 2026, to demonstrate how machine logic evaluates different types of business narratives.
Purpose: This data is presented under “Fair Use” / “Educational Exception” for the purpose of forensic semantic analysis, allowing users to compare human intuition against machine-generated evaluations.
Notice to Las Vegas Raiders: This analysis is part of a non-adversarial audit conducted by 1 Euro SEO. The results provided by 1EuroSEO are intended as professional feedback to help improve any website’s machine-readability and authority signals. The 1EuroSEO BS Detection Tool is a free tool, and anyone can test any company to see how their content is interpreted by AI models.
Any company can use the insights for free and improve its voice by comparing it to industry clichés or competitors. When a company has updated its content, it can always submit a new audit request, which will be reflected in a new current score.
To all users: You are encouraged to visit the live site at https://raiders.com to view the most current version of its content and learn from the source what this company is about and what it offers.
