On 28 March 2025, I resigned from the company I had built from the ground up.
It was one of the hardest decisions I have ever made. But in stepping away, I was given something I had not had in a very long time: space. Space to think, to breathe, and to reflect.
Walking away changed everything.
It hurt. But it also set me free.
After years of creating, filming, teaching, and developing products, I found myself asking a simple question: what do I want to do now?
The answer was not to disappear. It was to build something bigger. Better. More honest. Something with real meaning behind it.
The beauty industry often overlooks women over 35.
It takes their money, yet too often offers them products and promises shaped around an outdated, unrealistic idea of beauty — one that fails to reflect the reality of their skin, their lives, and the way they deserve to feel.
I have never accepted that, and I never will.
What comes next is rooted in everything I have learned over the years, and shaped by everything I have lived through.
My goal is simple: to create something honest, useful, and genuinely empowering for women everywhere.
This is the beginning of a new chapter — and for the first time in a long time, I feel truly excited about what lies ahead.
All will be revealed in the fall of 2026.

Wayne Goss is a makeup artist, educator and digital creator known for practical, technique-led beauty advice. He began sharing tutorials on YouTube in 2009 and built a global audience by focusing on clear, usable instruction rather than trends for the sake of trends.
Before building his online audience, Wayne has said he was self-taught and later trained professionally in London. That background still shapes his approach: explain the technique, make it understandable, and help people get better results with what they already have.
His work has grown beyond tutorials into product development and brand building. In 2013, he launched his brush and makeup line, bringing the same emphasis on performance and practicality to products as he did to teaching.
Across artistry, education, digital media and product development, the through-line has stayed the same: straightforward advice, strong technique, and a focus on helping people feel more confident in their own skin.
