[H2] Floor Systems: The Basis of Modern Architecture – High-peforming, Sustainable and Customised
Floor systems have a long tradition at Lindner. Drawing on extensive experience, we offer you tailored solutions precisely aligned with the individual requirements of your building and its intended use. Whether it’s industrial, sustainable, fire-tested or even cleanroom-compatible floor systems – Lindner delivers your projects with the highest quality and safety.
[H3] Personalised Consultation, Professional Execution
At Lindner, we place great emphasis on the thorough evaluation of your technical requirements. Together with you, we analyse the specific properties your floors and coverings must meet and provide bespoke recommendations on materials and design options. In line with your wishes, we implement sustainable solutions and take future maintenance work into account right from the planning stage.Installation of our raised or hollow floor systems is carried out with the utmost precision, ensuring that your floor finishes are presented to their best effect. Our experienced team carefully inspects the subfloor and prepares it professionally. Thanks to our expert execution, you benefit from shortened construction times and minimal disruption on your project.
[H3] Structural Performance for the Highest Demands
Our raised and hollow floor systems meet the highest demands in terms of building physics and structural integrity – from standard raised floors to sound-insulating systems and heavy-duty floors such as NORTEC power, LIGNA power, or FLOOR and more® power. The steel pedestals, which serve as the substructure, are manufactured in-house and supplied in various strengths to suit your specific requirements. Their continuously adjustable height allows our high-load pedestals to compensate for irregularities in the subfloor.
[H3] Sustainability That Inspires – Future-Proof Flooring Systems
Our raised floor panels, NORTEC aurum and LOOP aurum, have been awarded Cradle to Cradle Certified® Gold – the first certification of its kind for raised floor systems worldwide, highlighting our strong commitment to sustainability. A Gold certification signifies particularly responsible resource use by keeping products and materials in circulation and reusing them wherever possible. In doing so, we actively contribute to reducing – and ideally eliminating – waste.Assessment under the Cradle to Cradle Certified® standard covers categories such as material health, recyclability, use of renewable energy, sustainable water management, and social responsibility.Since 2017, our systems such as FLOOR and more® and NORTEC have met Cradle to Cradle Certified® Silver product standards. Through continuous development of our product range and the use of refurbished floor panels, we make a significant contribution to the circular economy and the conservation of resources.
[H3] Embracing the Circular Economy as a Responsibility
With the integration of refurbished floor panels into our product portfolio, we take another step towards a circular economy. In line with the principles of circularity, we rely on the reuse of products and materials, helping to avoid waste, reduce emissions, and conserve valuable resources. Our refurbished gypsum fibre raised floor panels – LOOP aurum and LOOP prime – as well as RELIFE, made from reused wood-based panels, help prevent the waste of valuable materials and make a meaningful contribution to environmental protection. Our gypsum fibre panels stand out for their excellent structural and physical performance and serve as a compelling example of how sustainability and performance can go hand in hand.Show more
Firstly, the unfinished floor is carefully checked and prepared, and any unevenness is levelled out. Height-adjustable supports are then installed as a stable substructure, enabling precise height adjustment. The modular floor panels, which are often already fitted with the desired floor covering at the factory, are then laid on top.Our raised and hollow floor systems are used in a wide range of areas – from office buildings and retail spaces to industrial halls and clean rooms. They fulfil the highest requirements in terms of building physics, statics, load-bearing capacity, fire protection, etc., enabling us to realise even the most demanding projects safely and comfortably.Lindner raised access floor systems are characterised by their modularity and flexibility: They enable quick assembly, simple subsequent installation of cables and technology as well as optimum space utilisation. They also offer outstanding technical properties such as sound and thermal insulation, fire protection and electrostatic dissipation. The main difference between a raised floor and a hollow floor lies in the way the cavity is accessed and in the construction of the floor itself.A raised access floor consists of individual, modular panels that rest on supports and can be removed for access to the cavity. This means that the entire space underneath the raised floor remains freely accessible at all times, which enables particularly flexible utilisation of the cavity for installations and facilitates maintenance.A hollow floor, on the other hand, is a continuous, homogeneous layer with a flat bond. The cavity under the hollow floor is therefore only accessible without destruction via defined recesses, such as inspection openings or routes inserted in sections.
Once around the globe and back again to our home Arnstorf: With our construction projects we are represented almost everywhere! No matter whether new construction or renovation, whether interior fit-out, building envelope or insulation – our references consist of a colourful mixture full of new challenges and impressive results.

[H2] Ceiling Systems for Acoustics, Fire Protection and Room Climate
We offer everything you need for an attractive ceiling system: From classic metal ceilings to fire rated metal ceilings and heated/chilled ceilings to elegant ceiling cladding and a wide range of equipment. Modern production facilities, certified quality and experienced engineers meet even the highest demands.
With Lindner, you don't have to choose between aesthetic design, pleasant acoustics, sustainable construction, a comfortable indoor climate or maximum safety: We will work with you to find the optimum solution for all requirements – whether in offices, government buildings, airports, sports centres, etc.
[H3] Individual Design
The wide range of design options makes Lindner ceiling systems a real eye-catcher: By integrating luminaires, you can create self-contained systems that bathe your room in pleasant light. A wide range of ceiling finishes extends the scope for design and allows individual adaptation to your rooms and ideas.
[H3] Ideal Acoustic Solutions
Perforated acoustic ceiling panels provide optimum sound absorption without compromising on appearance. Special acoustic inserts further improve sound absorption. Tailored to your requirements and applications, we can offer you certified acoustic ceilings that achieve high sound absorption classes, optimum reverberation times and an ideal sound absorption coefficient.
[H3] Certified Fire Protection
We care about your safety, which is why we use advanced fire rated metal ceilings in certified fire resistance classes F 30, F 90, EI 30, EI 90 and VKF. In the event of a fire, they protect installations in the ceiling cavity and escape routes, giving occupants sufficient time to escape to safety. Our fire protection systems have been tested by various institutes and are covered by a general test certificate issued by the building authorities. Pay attention to fire protection – it will pay off in an emergency!
[H3] Efficient Heating and Cooling
With our Plafotherm® heated and chilled ceilings, we create a pleasant indoor climate: Thanks to a surface heating and cooling system integrated into the ceiling panel, heat or cold is transferred via a closed water circuit. This means that there are no unpleasant draughts, but the room is heated or cooled by heat supply or heat absorption. This type of air conditioning is also particularly energy-efficient because the intelligently controlled ceilings react dynamically and in a targeted manner.Show more
At the Lindner Group, several types of ceiling systems are distinguished based on function, application, and design requirements – ranging from classic room-enclosing solutions to specialized systems for acoustics, fire protection, cleanrooms, or indoor climate control. These include various metal ceiling systems such as lay-in ceilings, bandraster ceilings, corridor ceilings, cassette ceilings, expanded metal ceilings, ceiling sails, and baffle ceilings, each offering different visual and functional characteristics depending on their construction.
In addition, Lindner provides cleanroom ceilings for controlled environments with specific system variants such as bandraster systems or clip-in cassette ceilings, fire-rated ceilings with tested fire resistance classes, and heating and cooling ceilings (climate ceilings) that enhance indoor climate and comfort – all tailored to the relevant building physics and architectural requirements.Closed ceiling systems consist of seamlessly installed panels that completely conceal the substructure, creating a smooth, uniform surface and a closed spatial appearance. They are easy to clean and maintain but offer limited accessibility for installations or maintenance work.
Open ceiling systems, by contrast, feature gaps between panels or baffles, leaving the substructure visible. They create a more modern and airy appearance and allow easy access to services such as cabling or ventilation systems. Cleaning and maintenance are somewhat more demanding, and acoustic and lighting performance depend on the specific design.Yes – Lindner ceiling systems are consistently developed in accordance with principles of sustainability and environmental responsibility. They are characterized by recyclable materials, a low CO₂ footprint, low emissions of harmful substances, and certified life cycle assessment documentation. Lindner ceiling systems are suitable for a wide range of applications – from offices, schools, and hospitals to industrial facilities and data centers, as well as residential and leisure environments. By combining fire protection, acoustics, load-bearing capacity, design flexibility, and technical integration, the systems can be precisely tailored to the specific requirements of each project. Metal ceilings are typically made from steel or aluminum sheet metal. The panels are often perforated or designed as expanded metal, which not only provides a modern appearance but also improves acoustic performance and air circulation. As a result, metal ceilings combine stability and durability with functional benefits.

Your Diagnosis

Before revealing the machine’s verdict, predict the BS score for each signal. Higher = more BS (more fluff, less verifiable substance). Drag each slider, then submit to compare your judgment against the engine.

Information Density 0 / 30
Read the Narrative & headings: do hard facts (prices, dates, numbers) outweigh fluff power-words?
Semantic Coherence 0 / 20
Compare the homepage promise against the sub-page reality. Do they hold the same line?
Trust & Proof 0 / 20
Weigh review mentions against actual external proof links. Claims without verification = theatre.
Commodity Fingerprint 0 / 15
Check headings & narrative against the industry clichés in the setup above.
Identity & Authority 0 / 15
Inspect the schema: is there real Organization/Person identity with sameAs links, or gaps?
Your predicted BS score 0 / 100
💡 Stuck? Reveal the heuristic lens — how the deterministic page-auditor reads each signal (no AI, pure pattern rules)

These are the structural rules a local, deterministic auditor applies — the same lens you can use to judge each signal. They describe what to look for, not this company’s result.

Information Density

Classify each sentence as substantive or hollow. Grounding markers — numbers, currencies, dates, technical units, named entities — outweigh marketing adjectives. When fluff sits right next to hard evidence, the fluff is forgiven.

Semantic Alignment

Pull the main entities out of the H1, then check whether they actually recur through the body. A page that announces one thing and then talks about another drifts. Headings with no real sentences underneath read as pseudo-substance.

Trust & Proof

Count trust words (review, testimonial, rating, verified) against real outbound proof links (Google, Trustpilot, Clutch, G2, Yelp). Lots of trust language with zero verification links is trust theatre. Unlinked logo galleries count against it.

Commodity Fingerprint

Look at how much sentence length varies. Natural writing varies its rhythm; templated or mass-produced copy is statistically uniform. Very low variation reads as commodity content — unless unique named entities break the pattern.

Identity & Authority

Inspect the JSON-LD. Is there an Organization or Person schema, and does it carry sameAs links to real external profiles (LinkedIn, socials)? Missing schema or no identity declaration signals an anonymous entity.

Want to apply this lens yourself? The free BS Indicator Chrome extension runs these heuristic checks live on any page. Bear in mind it is a single-page, deterministic tool — it relies only on pattern rules for the page in front of it and does not perform the cross-page semantic correlation this audit uses, so its readout is a starting lens, not the full verdict.

Implement Organization and Project structured data (JSON-LD) to translate their massive reference list into machine-readable trust signals. Replace the generic ‘Responsible Leadership’ H2 on the homepage with a specific metric regarding their 2026 ‘Best Managed’ award. Name key technical leads or family executives to humanize the ‘family business’ claim and provide a verifiable professional footprint. Consolidate the duplicate ‘Building New Solutions’ H2 markers on the homepage to improve heading hierarchy.

The content perfectly aligns with the Construction, Contractors & Building Services category. The site demonstrates a dual role as both a manufacturer of specific building components (floors, ceilings, partitions) and a full-service interior fit-out provider.

“The score of 22 is driven by a nearly perfect semantic coherence (0) and very high proof density. Points were only lost in Identity and Authority due to the total absence of structured data and in Information Density/Commodity Fingerprint for the use of standard industry jargon. The site successfully avoids all major 'Bullshit' red flags.”
