Our raised and hollow floor systems meet the highest demands in terms of building physics and structural integrity – from standard raised floors to sound-insulating systems and heavy-duty floors such as NORTEC power, LIGNA power, or FLOOR and more® power. The steel pedestals, which serve as the substructure, are manufactured in-house and supplied in various strengths to suit your specific requirements. Their continuously adjustable height allows our high-load pedestals to compensate for irregularities in the subfloor.

Our raised floor panels, NORTEC aurum and LOOP aurum, have been awarded Cradle to Cradle Certified® Gold – the first certification of its kind for raised floor systems worldwide, highlighting our strong commitment to sustainability. A Gold certification signifies particularly responsible resource use by keeping products and materials in circulation and reusing them wherever possible. In doing so, we actively contribute to reducing – and ideally eliminating – waste.Assessment under the Cradle to Cradle Certified® standard covers categories such as material health, recyclability, use of renewable energy, sustainable water management, and social responsibility.Since 2017, our systems such as FLOOR and more® and NORTEC have met Cradle to Cradle Certified® Silver product standards. Through continuous development of our product range and the use of refurbished floor panels, we make a significant contribution to the circular economy and the conservation of resources.

With the integration of refurbished floor panels into our product portfolio, we take another step towards a circular economy. Firstly, the unfinished floor is carefully checked and prepared, and any unevenness is levelled out. Height-adjustable supports are then installed as a stable substructure, enabling precise height adjustment. The modular floor panels, which are often already fitted with the desired floor covering at the factory, are then laid on top.Our raised and hollow floor systems are used in a wide range of areas – from office buildings and retail spaces to industrial halls and clean rooms. They fulfil the highest requirements in terms of building physics, statics, load-bearing capacity, fire protection, etc., enabling us to realise even the most demanding projects safely and comfortably.Lindner raised access floor systems are characterised by their modularity and flexibility: They enable quick assembly, simple subsequent installation of cables and technology as well as optimum space utilisation. They also offer outstanding technical properties such as sound and thermal insulation, fire protection and electrostatic dissipation.The main difference between a raised floor and a hollow floor lies in the way the cavity is accessed and in the construction of the floor itself.A raised access floor consists of individual, modular panels that rest on supports and can be removed for access to the cavity. This means that the entire space underneath the raised floor remains freely accessible at all times, which enables particularly flexible utilisation of the cavity for installations and facilitates maintenance.A hollow floor, on the other hand, is a continuous, homogeneous layer with a flat bond. The cavity under the hollow floor is therefore only accessible without destruction via defined recesses, such as inspection openings or routes inserted in sections.

Perforated acoustic ceiling panels provide optimum sound absorption without compromising on appearance. Special acoustic inserts further improve sound absorption. Tailored to your requirements and applications, we can offer you certified acoustic ceilings that achieve high sound absorption classes, optimum reverberation times and an ideal sound absorption coefficient.
[H3] Certified Fire Protection
We care about your safety, which is why we use advanced fire rated metal ceilings in certified fire resistance classes F 30, F 90, EI 30, EI 90 and VKF. In the event of a fire, they protect installations in the ceiling cavity and escape routes, giving occupants sufficient time to escape to safety. Our fire protection systems have been tested by various institutes and are covered by a general test certificate issued by the building authorities. [H3] Efficient Heating and Cooling
With our Plafotherm® heated and chilled ceilings, we create a pleasant indoor climate: Thanks to a surface heating and cooling system integrated into the ceiling panel, heat or cold is transferred via a closed water circuit. This means that there are no unpleasant draughts, but the room is heated or cooled by heat supply or heat absorption. These include various metal ceiling systems such as lay-in ceilings, bandraster ceilings, corridor ceilings, cassette ceilings, expanded metal ceilings, ceiling sails, and baffle ceilings, each offering different visual and functional characteristics depending on their construction.
In addition, Lindner provides cleanroom ceilings for controlled environments with specific system variants such as bandraster systems or clip-in cassette ceilings, fire-rated ceilings with tested fire resistance classes, and heating and cooling ceilings (climate ceilings) that enhance indoor climate and comfort – all tailored to the relevant building physics and architectural requirements.Closed ceiling systems consist of seamlessly installed panels that completely conceal the substructure, creating a smooth, uniform surface and a closed spatial appearance. They are easy to clean and maintain but offer limited accessibility for installations or maintenance work.
Open ceiling systems, by contrast, feature gaps between panels or baffles, leaving the substructure visible. They create a more modern and airy appearance and allow easy access to services such as cabling or ventilation systems. Cleaning and maintenance are somewhat more demanding, and acoustic and lighting performance depend on the specific design.Yes – Lindner ceiling systems are consistently developed in accordance with principles of sustainability and environmental responsibility.
