[H3] How many pieces of art fit in a book?
You can print from 20 images to 350 images in a single book. Each page contains 1 piece of art to emulate the look and feel of a gallery art book. Please click HERE to view a sample book!
[H3] Can I put more than one piece of art on a page?
No, each page features one piece of art. The books look really fantastic this way. If you want multiple small pieces on one page of the book, you can collage them onto a single piece of paper prior to sending in your art.
[H3] Can I customize my book?
For Artkive Box customers, the book creation is done for you by our book designers. We professionally photograph and edit the art you send in, and we create a preview of your book. You can move images around to change the order, change the cover art and title, select which info will print (child name, age/grade, date) and add captions. Our book builder and preview tool is interactive so you can personalize your book after we’ve sent your book proof.
[H3] How long does it take to print and ship?
Printing a book takes 4 business days, and standard shipping takes approximately 2-5 business days depending on where you live.
[H3] How does payment work?
When using the Artkive Box service to create a book, you'll first purchase a box which will be used to send us the artwork. Once we receive your Artkive Box, we will photograph ALL of the artwork you sent in, and you will be invoiced based on the amount of artwork you sent, and the number of books you’d like. [H3] Are there different color options for the mosaic frame?
Currently, the mosaic is only available in a white wooden frame with white matting.
[H3] What size are the framed mosaics?
The regular mosaic frame dimensions are 26"x26", with a 24"x24" gallery print. The smaller mosaic is 14"x14" with a 12"x12" gallery print.
[H3] Can I put my child's name in my framed mosaic?
Every artist deserves to be recognized! We can put your child’s name at the bottom right corner of their mosaic, at your request.
[H3] How long does the mosaic process take?
Once we receive your art, it will take about 4-5 weeks to send you a mosaic proof to
review. Once you approve your mosaic design, it takes 1-2 weeks to print, custom frame, package,
and ship your piece. Ask us about rushing your mosaic order at
