DESIGNED FOR SAFETY

Juiced Bikes is making riding ebikes safe and accessible. When designing the bike, we make sure safety is the top priority.

For parents, this means you are able to set a top speed behind a PIN code, allowing peace of mind for the parent and independence for kids. All Juiced bikes meet legal road standards and can be classified as Class 1, 2, and 3 ebikes. In addition, the electrical systems and batteries are certified to UL standards.

A safe bike requires a safe rider. We ask that riders always wear a helmet and follow all local traffic laws.

How long does shipping take?

Our products are usually shipped within 2-10 business days (except when the product being purchased is a pre-order) using UPS, FedEx, or USPS.When pre-ordering a product, the estimated date of shipment will be listed under the product title on the website.

What is your return policy?

You may cancel your order for a full refund up until the time you receive your shipment confirmation email with tracking information. If you cancel after your order has been sent, you are responsible for the return shipping fee. In addition, the original shipping fee we incurred to send the bike to you will not be refunded (even when ‘free’ shipping is advertised).

Do you offer warranty on your products?

Each Juiced Bike comes with a 3-year manufacturer warranty. Check our Warranty Policy for more information.

MEET THE DRIVING FORCE BEHIND JUICED
Austin GomesGENERAL MANAGER

Austin Gomes began competitive cycling in 2010 and traveled all over the US. He took that drive to Lindenwood University, where he competed as a Lindenwood Lion on a cycling scholarship. After graduation, Austin moved to Arizona to join the Lectric eBikes team to bring his knowledge and experience in the bike world to the Product Development team.

Austin has worked on various projects, from developing bikes, gear, and training bike technicians. In 2025, he headed the development of the XP4, the latest generation of America’s best-selling eBike.

The decision to bring Austin to the Juiced Bikes was a no-brainer. As General Manager, he is leveraging his experience to engineer the brand’s next chapter. He is currently overseeing the development of the new product lineup. When he’s not in the office, Austin stays true to his roots. He’s either out riding and testing new ebikes or ripping his dirt bike through the Arizona desert. And every once in a while he’ll dust off his racing chops.

In 2009, Juiced became one of the first direct-to-consumer electric bike brands in the U.S. We set the standard for high-performance, long-range bikes, bar none. Listening to the loyal customer base and staying true to developing high-quality bikes allowed Juiced to grow for many years.

In 2025, Lectric eBikes stepped in to take Juiced under its wing. With Lectric’s industry-leading expertise and Juiced’s legacy of performance engineering, a new chapter of biking is about to begin.

I need help with the Juiced bike I currently have.

We don’t have access to parts for previous models due to the company's closure, resulting in a loss of proprietary tooling and supplier relationships. We recommend reaching out to your local bike shop for assistance.Due to the change in ownership, any new Juiced products released will not be compatible with legacy Juiced bikes. Our bikes will have all-new frame designs, higher quality safety standards, and new componentry to ensure long-term reliability.Batteries: Due to the absence of UL certification on old Juiced batteries, we will not sell or carry these.

Where can I buy an old Juiced Bike?

Lectric eBikes purchased the Juiced Bikes brand and IP rights but did not purchase or acquire any physical inventory of Juiced. Nor has Lectric assumed any liabilities of Juiced in connection to the Juiced business.Juiced is assigning all of its remaining assets to Stapleton Group, LLC via an assignment for the benefit of creditors in accordance with California state law. Please submit any claim of losses to Stapleton to be eligible to participate in the distributions of Juiced’s remaining assets.
