Feedback will be used without attribution or compensation to you. SOURCE 2: We Collect Personal Information Automatically. We collect information automatically from you when you visit the Sites. Cookies & Other Tracking Technologies. What types of online tracking mechanisms do we use? We may use cookies, web beacons, pixel tags and other tracking technologies (collectively “Cookies”) on our Sites. What are cookies and web beacons / pixel tags? A cookie is a small text file that our Sites save onto your computer or device when you use the Sites that provides us certain information about your activities. Cookies allow the Sites to remember your actions and preferences and recognize you or your browser, along with some information you provided. Web beacons / pixel tags are small graphics on a webpage that monitor your activity when viewing a webpage. Why do we collect Cookies? We use Cookies to: make our Sites function properly; provide personalized experiences; tailor our interactions with you; help with our marketing efforts; provide us with valuable data and statistics about the usage and effectiveness of our Sites and to help us improve our Sites; and help us improve our services. What type of information do Cookies collect? The Cookies on our Sites may collect information such as: IP addresses assigned to the computers and other devices you use; your internet service provider; device ID number; approximate geographic location (e.g., zip code); browser type; Sites pages visited; websites you access before and after visiting the Sites; and data related to how and when you use the Sites. We may combine information from Cookies with other Personal Information. How long do Cookies last? A Cookie can either be a “session” Cookie or a “persistent” Cookie. Session Cookies exist only for so long as you are visiting the applicable Sites and are typically deleted when you exit your web browser. Persistent Cookies exist for a set period of time, for example, up to several months or years. Each time you visit a Sites that has implemented a persistent Cookie, the persistent Cookie is renewed and that Cookie will remain active until its predetermined expiration date. You can manually delete persistent Cookies through your browser settings. First and Third-party Cookies. Cookies may either be “first-party” or “third-party” Cookies. A first-party Cookie allows your web browser to talk to the actual Sites that you are visiting (i.e. the Sites). A third-party Cookie allows your web browser to talk to a third-party website, such as the source of an ad that appears on the website you are visiting or a third-party analytics provider. We may not have control over how a third-party uses information collected through third-party Cookies. How do you manage Cookies or opt-out? Most browsers automatically accept cookies. You can disable this function by changing your browser settings, but disabling cookies may impact your use and enjoyment of the Sites. Not all features or functions of the Sites may work properly if you disable Cookies. You cannot disable all Cookies, such as Cookies that are essential to the functioning of the Sites. Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics to collect and process information about your use of the Sites. Google sets cookies on your browser or device, and then your web browser will automatically send information to Google. Google uses this information to provide us with reports that we use to better understand and measure how users interact with our Sites. We may also implement additional add-on services to Google Analytics, such as Demographics and Interest Reporting, Remarketing with Google Analytics, and Google Display Network Impression Reporting. To learn more about how Google uses data, visit Google’s Privacy Policy and Google’s page on “How Google uses data when you use our partners’ sites or apps.” You may download the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on for each web browser you use, but this does not prevent the use of other analytics tools. To learn more about Google Analytics cookies, visit Google Analytics Cookie Usage on Websites. Online Behavioral Advertising. We may occasionally use advertising networks and services provided by third-party vendors. These services collect data about your interactions with the Sites and other websites across the internet and use such data to target personal content and advertisements for goods and services. The data collected may be associated with your Personal Information. The targeted content and advertisements may appear on the Sites and on other websites and may be sent to you via email. Advertising networks often gather data about consumers who view advertisements to make inferences about a consumer’s interests and preferences, which enables the delivery of advertisements directly targeted to the consumer’s specific interests. This practice is often referred to as “online behavioral advertising.” For example, we may use Google Ads to serve ads on our behalf across the internet and on the Sites. Google uses cookies and similar technologies to collect data about your visits to the Sites and your interaction with our services to generate targeted advertisements to you on other websites that you visit across the internet. To opt out of remarketing advertising provided through Google, to customize your ad preferences, or to limit Google’s collection or use of such data, visit Google’s Safety Center and Google’s Ad Settings and follow Google’s personalized ad opt-out instructions. Opting out will not affect your use of the Site. To change your preferences with respect to certain online ads and to obtain more information about third-party ad networks and online behavioral advertising, visit the National Advertising Initiative Consumer opt-out page or the Digital Advertising Alliance Self-Regulatory Program. Changing your settings with individual browsers or ad networks will not necessarily carry over to other browsers or ad networks. As a result, depending on the opt-outs you request, you may occasionally still see our ads. Videos; Embedded Content. The Sites contain videos and embedded content provided by Dixon and third parties, including visible content and/or feeds scripts embedded in the Sites’ code. Dixon and such third parties may collect data about how you interact with such content (e.g., YouTube may collect usage data on videos embedded on the Sites as described in YouTube’s Privacy Policy). By watching the videos and interacting with such content, you agree to the collection and use of such data. Even if you do not watch videos, YouTube may still collect certain information about your interactions with our Sites if you are signed into your YouTube account when accessing our Sites. YouTube, LLC is owned by Google. Please see Google’s privacy policy for more information. SOURCE 3: We Collect Personal Information From Third-Party Sources. We may obtain data about individuals from various third-party companies and public sources and we may combine that data with Personal Information or other data we collect. This enhances our existing data about our users (e.g., adding address data), improves our ability to contact you, and enhances our marketing capabilities. How We Use Personal Information. We use Personal Information for the following purposes: As Stated or Agreed to at the Point of Collection. We may use Personal Information for the purposes stated

Your Diagnosis
Before revealing the machine’s verdict, predict the BS score for each signal. Higher = more BS (more fluff, less verifiable substance). Drag each slider, then submit to compare your judgment against the engine.
Stuck? Reveal the heuristic lens — how the deterministic page-auditor reads each signal (no AI, pure pattern rules)
These are the structural rules a local, deterministic auditor applies — the same lens you can use to judge each signal. They describe what to look for, not this company’s result.
Classify each sentence as substantive or hollow. Grounding markers — numbers, currencies, dates, technical units, named entities — outweigh marketing adjectives. When fluff sits right next to hard evidence, the fluff is forgiven.
Pull the main entities out of the H1, then check whether they actually recur through the body. A page that announces one thing and then talks about another drifts. Headings with no real sentences underneath read as pseudo-substance.
Count trust words (review, testimonial, rating, verified) against real outbound proof links (Google, Trustpilot, Clutch, G2, Yelp). Lots of trust language with zero verification links is trust theatre. Unlinked logo galleries count against it.
Look at how much sentence length varies. Natural writing varies its rhythm; templated or mass-produced copy is statistically uniform. Very low variation reads as commodity content — unless unique named entities break the pattern.
Inspect the JSON-LD. Is there an Organization or Person schema, and does it carry sameAs links to real external profiles (LinkedIn, socials)? Missing schema or no identity declaration signals an anonymous entity.
Want to apply this lens yourself? The free BS Indicator Chrome extension runs these heuristic checks live on any page. Bear in mind it is a single-page, deterministic tool — it relies only on pattern rules for the page in front of it and does not perform the cross-page semantic correlation this audit uses, so its readout is a starting lens, not the full verdict.

Education, Schools & Universities BS: Prang (Dixon Ticonderoga Company) (prang.com)
Prang successfully categorizes its physical product line but fails to substantiate its ‘Premium’ and ‘Trusted’ brand signals with anything beyond internal testimonials. The presence of ‘Trust Theatre’ and the technical staleness of its legal framework create a significant gap between the brand’s heritage claims and its digital proof. It is a functional product catalog dressed in generic educator-centric marketing.
Replace the icon-based H2 section with measurable data points, such as ASTM D-4236 compliance links or lightfastness ratings for paints. Integrate a third-party review platform like Trustpilot to resolve the ‘Trust Theatre’ flag and provide verifiable proof of the ‘Trusted Nationwide’ claim. Update all legal pages to 2025/2026 versions to eliminate the authority gap created by stale 2021 documentation. Add Organization schema and link the Cassie Stephens mention to a verifiable professional profile.
The site functions as a commercial supplier to the education sector rather than an academic institution. While it targets educators and students, it lacks the academic outcome data or accreditation typically required for the provided Education/University dictionary classification.
“The score of 40 reflects Moderate BS, primarily driven by the Trust and Proof pillar (14/20) due to unverified reviews and naked performance claims. Commodity Fingerprint penalties (8/15) were triggered by the use of boilerplate 'Why Choose Us' templates. Identity and Authority gaps (7/15) stem from missing structured data and stale temporal markers in the site's footer and legal content.”
This training module utilizes a snapshot of public data from Prang (Dixon Ticonderoga Company), captured on May 28, 2026, to demonstrate how machine logic evaluates different types of business narratives.
Purpose: This data is presented under “Fair Use” / “Educational Exception” for the purpose of forensic semantic analysis, allowing users to compare human intuition against machine-generated evaluations.
Notice to Prang (Dixon Ticonderoga Company): This analysis is part of a non-adversarial audit conducted by 1 Euro SEO. The results provided by 1EuroSEO are intended as professional feedback to help improve any website’s machine-readability and authority signals. The 1EuroSEO BS Detection Tool is a free tool, and anyone can test any company to see how their content is interpreted by AI models.
Any company can use the insights for free and improve its voice by comparing it to industry clichés or competitors. When a company has updated its content, it can always submit a new audit request, which will be reflected in a new current score.
