HEY, WE'RE WILDFANG.

And we’ve been proudly wearing the pants since 2013.
Years ago we stumbled upon a mighty secret, which is that we can’t feel like our best selves unless we first feel like ourselves. So we built a fashion label for those who hate labels, and started a rebellion of sorts–dedicated to the belief that feeling comfortable in one’s own skin is an act of resistance.
That same lil’ rebel spirit comes through in all we do–from the community we’ve cultivated to the collection we’ve curated: bold suiting, reimagined workwear, and statement staples in sizes XS–4X. All the ‘fits in all the sizes because confidence isn’t one size fits all.

OUR STORY

Founded in PDX.

CEO Emma McIlroy had found herself in a familiar situation: flirting with pieces that fit her vibe but never fit her frame. The flirtation had grown into an obsession, really.
And so she enlisted the help of her co-conspirators, Julia Parsley and Taralyn Thuot, and got to work. The trio ditched their corporate gigs and set out to build something with a distinct lack of respect for the rules, in the dressing room or the boardroom. They got matching tattoos somewhere along the way.

And so Wildfang was born, brick by literal brick–a fashion brand with a name that served as clever code for its very mission: to create refuge (“fang” = safe) for the unruly (“wild” = untamed).
In a world where pockets weren’t plentiful, gender norms were rigid, and certain styles were off-limits, they created their own rules, and their own clothes–unleashing an unruly army of stylish babes who dress, and do, as they damn well please.

MEET EMMA

Our founder, CEO, and all-time favorite Irishman.

She thanks her lucky stars that she’s been surrounded by "Yeah Maybe"
people all her life– otherwise she might never been able to spot a revolution where others could see only a pile of men’s clothing.
As someone who never cared much for gender norms–she got married in a wedding dress and danced the night away in a tux–Emma lives the brand’s ethos. And she cares deeply about the work that she and her team do every day–from ruffling the feathers that need ruffling to kicking the door down for those to come, and enabling them to look sharp walking through it.
When asked where she draws inspiration from, fashion and otherwise, she cites her two greatest heroes, Debbie Harry and Gonzo, for both their distinctive style and their undeniable staying power.
Emma spent over fifteen years in PDX and might always argue it’s home. She currently resides in LA with her wife Amy, tiny human Jude, and two poorly trained dogs. She’s fully aware that she married up.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

What is your return + exchange policy?

- Exchanges are FREE- Returns will be subject to a $10 return processing fee per return that will be deducted from your refund amount. If gift card is selected as refund method, this fee will be waived.- In-store returns are FREE- Returns and exchanges must be postmarked to Wildfang within 35 days of purchase- All items must be brand new, unwashed, unworn, and in original condition- Gift cards cannot be returned- International orders (excluding Canada) cannot be returned- If an incorrect or non-Wildfang item is sent with your return, we may not be able to recover it. If recovery is possible, it can take up to 14 days and will be subject to a $25 handling fee.- Items labeled Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange

How do I make a return?

How long will it take for my return/exchange to be processed?

We will process your return within 3-5 business days of receiving it. Then it usually takes your bank 3-5 business days to apply the refund to your account.For exchanges, we’ll ship your replacement item as soon as the carrier scans your return package. We recommend dropping off your return as soon as possible, since exchange items are not reserved and may sell out before your return is processed.

How are my refunds credited?

All refunds are credited to your original form of payment or a Wildfang gift card. If you are returning a gift, you’ll receive your refund on a Wildfang gift card. If you’ve opted for store credit, we will send you that credit via email once your return has been completed.If you return your order by mail, we process your return within 3-5 business days of receiving it, and your bank typically processes refunds within 3-5 business days once completed. A $10 return processing fee will be deducted from your total refund amount.Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

How do I return a gift?

How do I return or exchange an international order?

Wildfang now offers returns for orders shipped from Canada. Click here to start your return or exchange.Unfortunately, at this time, we do not offer returns from any other international countries. We apologize for the inconvenience.Please note: Any duties and taxes paid on international orders are non-refundable. Additional duties and taxes may apply during the return or exchange process.

Can I change an existing order?

Because our orders ship very quickly, we are unable to change orders once they have been placed. A request to cancel your order may be submitted only if your order hasn't shipped, but is not guaranteed - please email us at hello@wildfang.com.While we cannot add items to an existing order, we are happy to waive shipping fees on a new order so long as it is placed within 24 hours of your original order.Unfortunately we are not able to apply coupon codes after a purchase is made.

WHAT DO I DO IF THERE’S A PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER?

Here’s some general tips for common order concerns:Package was not deliveredIf your package couldn’t be delivered, we recommend contacting the carrier directly. This prevents your package from being returned to us, which will result in longer waiting time. The carrier will try to re-deliver your package 1-3 times after a failed attempt.My package says delivered, but I didn’t receive anythingPlease make sure to ask your neighbors, roommates or colleagues first. It might happen, that the tracking is updated as delivered, but actually has been handed over. In that case, we recommend waiting 72 hours. My package was returned to your warehouseIf you see this on your tracking page, please get in touch with us. In most cases, it means the package couldn’t be delivered because the shipping address was invalid or incomplete.

What does it mean if an item is marked "preorder"?

Preorder means you can secure the availability of a style by purchasing it in advance of launch. Because preorders are an advance purchase, payment will be processed at time of purchase. These items typically ship within 2 weeks, but check the preorder item product page for details around expected shipping windows. If your order contains other non-preorder items, those items will ship as normal. Pre-ordered items are not available for expedited shipping. The return window for orders containing preorder items is 30 days from the shipment date of the last item in the order.

How can I track my order?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email or SMS containing a tracking number once your order has been shipped. You can follow its journey right to your door.To sign up for SMS updates, enter your phone number and select the box at checkout.

What is shipping protection?

At checkout, you’ll have the option to add Shipping Protection to your order. This covers your package in the event it’s lost, damaged, or stolen.If you purchase Shipping Protection and experience an issue, you can easily submit a claim through our returns portal to request a replacement or refund. Once your claim is submitted, it typically takes 2–3 business days to process. Claims can be submitted 15 days after the ship date. For damaged or stolen packages, the tracking status must show “Delivered” before a claim can be filed.

DO YOU SHIP TO THE EU?

At this time, we've temporarily paused shipping to countries within the European Union while we make updates to comply with new EU consumer regulations.We're actively making the necessary updates and hope to resume shipping to the EU as soon as possible. Why is my discount code not working?

Unless otherwise noted, discount codes do not work on any sale merchandise and cannot be combined with any other promotion or discount.The majority of our codes also have expiration dates or can only be used once per customer. You can always refer to the email you received with the code to read any exclusions and see if there is an expiration date.Any Welcome or New user codes are not valid during The Kind of a Big Deal, Black Friday or Cyber Monday Sale. I just purchased an item that is now on sale, will you price match?

If an item goes on sale after you purchased it, Wildfang will only honor a price change if you email our Customer Service team at hello@wildfang.com within 24 hours of your purchase. If approved by Customer Service, we will refund the difference to your original form of payment. Unfortunately, we are unable to honor any price adjustments beyond 24 hours or during Black Friday and Cyber Monday promotions.

Why is my gift card not working?

If your gift card was purchased before 10/2/2020 and you are having trouble redeeming at checkout, try adding 'S-' to the beginning of the code. If that doesn't work, please email hello@wildfang.com and we'll do our best to help!

How often does Wildfang have sale events?

HOW DO I REDEEM MY POINTS?

To check your points balance, track your earnings, and redeem for rewards, start by logging in.Once you’ve added items to your cart, proceed to checkout. You’ll see a rewards menu—from here, choose how many points (in 300 point increments) you’d like to redeem, click apply, and watch the magic happen.Please note: rewards cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts and are redeemable on full price items only. Rewards coupons expire 14 days after point redemption.

WHAT HAPPENS TO MY POINTS IF I MAKE A RETURN?

So you went on a shopping spree with your reward points & got something that wasn’t exactly perfect? NBD. Make your return as usual. As soon as the return is accepted, your points will magically find their way right back where they should be—in your account.

DO MY POINTS EXPIRE?

Points expire after 12 months of inactivity.

What does limited edition mean?

It means we made a certain number of the exclusive product and once it's gone, it's gone. So get yours quick or you'll have major FOMO.

Can I return or exchange a limited edition or collab item?

Yes! All products are eligible for return and exchange. In the case of an exchange, we cannot guarantee size availability for limited edition or collab products, as these items sell fast.

Is there a limit on how many I can buy in a single drop?

Every collab is different - so check the product description to see if there is a limit per customer. If we apply a limit it's because we only make a certain number of products per each limited edition drop and want to make sure that lots of people get a chance to buy. So buy for yourself and a friend and encourage them to come and snag one for themselves.

Will you be doing more collaborations or limited edition drops?

I had the item in my cart but didn’t get it. Why?

Adding the item to your cart does not reserve that product. The product is yours once you complete checkout.

How can I be the first to know?

Join our email list to be the first to know about limited edition and collab launches. While we make sure that our list knows first, we cannot control email and sms deliverability times, so you may receive some emails at a later time than others.
