[H2] Trainingstijden Maandag21:30-23:00Donderdag18:30-20:30 Kleinveld: In de lente en zomer trainen we op maandag van 21:30-23:00. In de herfst en winter trainen we op maandag van 17:30-19:00. Grootveld: Iedere donderdag van 18:30-20:30, het hele jaar door! [H2] Open training Meerdere keren per jaar organiseren we een open training. Na de training is er een borrel in het sportcafé, waar je voor 25 euro lid kan worden voor het hele jaar! Voor de training heb je niks bijzonders nodig, alleen sportkleding (korte broek valt aan te raden) en een flesje water; een stick kun je van ons lenen. In februari 2026 zijn er weer nieuwe open trainingen! Hou 5 februari en 12 februari vrij in je agenda. Neem lichtgewicht kunststof materiaal, een sporthal met boarding, eenvoudige regels, een bank vol wisselspelers en je hebt floorball: de snelste teamsport ter wereld. Het lijkt op ijshockey, maar dan in de zaal – kijk zelf: Floorball en unihockey zijn dezelfde sport. Unihockey is de naam die in het verleden veel werd gebruikt. Nu wordt de naam unihockey vooral nog gebruikt in Duitsland en Zwitserland. In Nederland spreken we van Floorball. Hoewel veel floorballregels van ijshockey komen, speel je floorball in een sportzaal, met sportschoenen, kunststof sticks en een zachte plastic ‘gaten’-bal. Floorball heeft maar weinig regels. Daardoor kan iedereen al meteen een aardig partijtje meespelen. Floorball komt oorspronkelijk uit Zweden, maar is nu hard bezig heel Europa te veroveren. In Zweden, Finland, Tsjechië en Zwitserland staat floorball inmiddels in de top 10 van populairste sporten. In Nederland spelen nu meer dan 1200 mensen floorball. Een floorball team bestaat uit vijf veldspelers en een keeper. Floorball speel je met herenteams, damesteams, maar soms ook gemengd. Een team heeft meestal een flinke voorraad reservespelers, die continu mogen doorwisselen. Dankzij de boarding en de eenvoudige regels zijn er weinig onderbrekingen. Een partijtje floorball is dus een prima manier om je eens lekker uit te leven. Uniek is vooral ook de keeper: die zit op zijn knieën en heeft geen stick. Zo kan hij het doel goed afschermen en gemakkelijker de bal vangen. In tegenstelling tot de veldspelers draagt de keeper beschermende kleding en een helm. We spelen bij Jungle-Speed twee varianten: Grootveld: Een team bestaat uit vijf heren of dames en een keeper. Het veld is 40×20 meter, en er worden drie periodes gespeeld van 20 minuten.Kleinveld: Een team bestaat uit vier veldspelers: (dames, heren of gemengd), zonder keeper.
