[H1] How does Fragment work?

Fragment is a free platform which facilitates the transaction of collectibles between users and the purchase of services from third parties. It supports direct, secure and anonymous sales as well as public auctions where everyone can participate over a period of time.Fragment also facilitates your engagement with certain third party services, like purchasing Telegram Premium, Telegram Ads or the withdrawal of content creator rewards.
To provide these services transparently, Fragment takes full advantage of TON, a blockchain technology initially developed by Telegram.
If you have used similar platforms before, go ahead and connect your Telegram account and your TON wallet to Fragment, then open the relevant tab on our homepage and proceed with your bid or purchase. [H2] How to Pay?
Fragment relies on TON blockchain technology for fast, secure and anonymous transactions, allowing you to exchange Toncoins for goods and services.
To make payments with Toncoin, you will need to set up a wallet – think of it as an app that holds your funds and lets you interact with other users and apps on the TON blockchain, including Fragment. Once your wallet is set up, it can hold the Toncoin you purchase, ready for you to spend on Fragment and similar exchanges.
[H3] Creating a Wallet
Creating a wallet is very straightforward and will only take a couple minutes. First, install a TON Wallet such as TonKeeper or MyTonWallet (more wallets are listed here).
You will be presented with a numbered list of words – this is the equivalent of your password and you must write it down or store it securely. Failure to do so will result in the irreversible loss of your wallet, funds and collectibles.
With non-custodial wallets like TonKeeper or MyTonWallet nobody holds the keys to your funds but you. While this is very secure, it also means that if you lose the keys nobody will be able to help you restore them; be sure to back up your credentials.
[H3] Depositing Funds
Once your wallet is ready, you'll have to deposit funds in it. To deposit existing TON stored somewhere else (e.g. from a friend, family, etc.), open your wallet and look for a receive or deposit button, which should display a QR code – anyone can scan this code from their wallet app to send you funds.
If you do not own any TON, you will need to buy it. A list of reputable platforms and exchanges which offer this service is available here; some of them may ask for a form of identification – this is to be expected as you will be exchanging funds.
No matter which platform you pick, be sure to insert your wallet address when you are prompted for one to deposit or withdraw your TON – if you don't insert the correct wallet address, your funds may be lost. For maximum safety, copy-paste your wallet address directly from the wallet app.
Don't panic if your new funds don't appear immediately! Transactions usually happen within seconds, but may sometimes take longer. If you still don't see them after 30 minutes, check out the FAQ section below.
[H3] Connecting To Fragment and Telegram
Once your funds show up in your wallet, open Fragment and use the “Connect TON” button in the top-right corner, then select your wallet and follow the instructions to continue.
To use Fragment services related to Telegram, use the “Connect Telegram” widget – if you’re on mobile, you can find it by opening the burger menu in the top-right corner.
Before you purchase, bid or interact with any services on Fragment, we recommend double checking that you connected the correct wallet – this includes making sure that you use the right wallet when prompted to scan additional QR codes to confirm transactions.
[H2] Telegram Ads
The Telegram Ad Platform allows advertisers to display ads on large public channels on Telegram. Eligible channel owners may receive a share of the revenue generated by ads displayed on their channels.
Fragment enables the purchase of ads on Telegram and the withdrawal of rewards for eligible owners of channels where they are displayed.
[H3] Purchasing Ads
To purchase Ads for your bot or channel, you will first need to log in to ads.telegram.org and create your ad account. To deposit funds, you can select Budget > Add Funds, which may redirect you to Fragment to complete the transaction.
If you haven’t already done so, you will need to connect your TON wallet to Fragment. Then, simply enter the budget for your ad account in TON and tap ‘Add Funds’.
[H3] Advertisement Revenue Sharing
If you are the owner of a channel that participates in the Telegram advertisement revenue sharing program, you can use Fragment to withdraw the rewards you’ve accrued.
[H2] Telegram Stars
Bot developers and content creators who receive Telegram Stars in exchange for digital products, services, content or other perks can use Fragment to obtain rewards.
Your engagement with Telegram Stars is subject to Telegram’s Terms of Service for Stars, Bot Developers and Content Creators.
[H2] Telegram Premium
Fragment allows Telegram users to purchase subscriptions to or prepay for giveaways of Telegram Premium.

You can buy Telegram Premium for yourself or gift it to a friend by selecting ‘Buy Premium for a User’ from the Telegram Premium page on Fragment.
[H3] Premium Giveaways
Channels or groups looking to give away Telegram Premium subscriptions to their members can use Fragment to pay for the giveaway in TON.
[H2] Collectible Numbers
In late 2022, Telegram released a limited run of virtual phone numbers as collectibles on the TON blockchain. Telegram users can use these numbers to sign up without a SIM card and receive their login codes directly on Fragment, rather than via SMS.
[H3] Obtaining a Collectible Number
Collectible Numbers are a form of collectible – check out this section below to learn what a collectible is and how to purchase them. If you already own a collectible number, you can add and remove it from your Telegram account at will – and list it for auction or sale on Fragment.
The direct sale of collectible numbers ended in 2022 – currently, the only way to acquire a collectible number is to purchase it from another user on Fragment.
[H3] Creating a Telegram Account with a Collectible Number
Once you obtain a Collectible Number, simply open your Telegram app and sign up by entering your number in the relevant text field. When prompted for an OTP, connect your wallet to Fragment and navigate to this page to receive your login code.
Note that these Collectible Numbers only work on Telegram – you cannot use them to call, send SMS or sign up to other services, unless such services choose to support them.
[H3] Switching to a Collectible Number on Telegram
Telegram users can update the phone number connected to their at any time from the Settings page of their Telegram mobile app. To switch to a collectible number, simply enter the +888 number you’ve acquired, and when prompted for an OTP, check this page on Fragment to receive your login code.
[H2] Collectible Usernames
Fragment supports the sale and exchange of Telegram usernames – giving users the ability to securely acquire and sell catchy collectible usernames, as well as convert existing usernames on Telegram into collectibles.
[H3] Obtaining a Collectible Username
You can acquire a collectible username through direct sales or open auctions on Fragment. After completing a purchase or winning an auction, ownership of the username is transferred to the TON wallet you used to complete the purchase.
If you already have an existing username on Telegram, you can convert it to a collectible username to cement your ownership of it in the blockchain.
[H3] Using your new collectible username
After receiving a collectible, you can:
Assign it on Telegram. Any profile, group or channel can have multiple collectible usernames linking to it.
Sell it or start a new auction – without paying a conversion fee.
Securely transfer it to another person or wallet for free via your wallet app.
[H3] Assigning Collectible Usernames to Telegram
You can assign collectible usernames to your personal Telegram profile or to Telegram public groups and channels you own. Any of these entities can have up to one basic username and any number of collectible usernames – you can also customize the order in which collectibles appear in the chat's info page, or toggle them off entirely.
You can also upgrade collectible usernames to assign them to Telegram bots. To upgrade, assign the username to a bot and pay a one-time fee.
Note that before you can assign a username, you must connect both your Telegram account and TON wallet to Fragment. To do so, follow the instructions available here.
The wallet you are connecting must be the one currently holding your collectible – if you don't see any items in your wallet please check our FAQ.
Fragment doesn't store any information that could tie your wallet to your Telegram account.
[H4] Assigning your collectible
Open the My Assets page and tap on 'Assign to Telegram', then select a chat and tap 'Assign' to confirm your choice.
This choice is not permanent, you can pick another chat at any time.
[H4] Activating your collectible on Telegram
Once your collectible has been assigned, it will not redirect to your designated chat right away. To activate and list it in the public info page of your chat, you have to manually enable it.
To do so, follow these simple steps:
Personal Profile: Settings > Username > Enable and sort the available usernames as needed.
Public Group: Open your group settings ( ⋮ Android, '…' iOS ) > Group Type > 'Links order' > Tap on your collectible to enable it.
Public Channel: Open your channel settings ⋮ Android, '…' iOS ) > Channel Type > 'Links order' > Tap on your collectible to enable it.
Older Telegram clients may not show any username beyond the first on the info page of your chats.
[H2] Auctions and Sales of Collectibles
[H3] What is a Collectible
A collectible is a unique item (e.g. a username, virtual phone number, etc.) that is permanently recorded on the public TON blockchain as property owned by the holder of the corresponding address. TON offers a free, distributed and secure interface for developers to integrate collectibles into their platforms.
Once you obtain a collectible, it is yours forever and you are free to show it off, sell it, or take advantage of the features it unlocks. The unique functionalities tied to collectibles will depend on how each platform chooses to support them.
Other services are free to integrate collectibles to unlock cross-platform, permanent perks for their users.
[H3] How can I purchase collectibles?
You can purchase a collectible on Fragment by exchanging it with a currency called Toncoin – the amount you need will depend on what the current highest bid is, just like any other auction.
To use this currency you must first create a secure wallet to store it, deposit new funds in it and finally connect it to Fragment.

[H4] Bidding TON
After connecting to Fragment, you're all set and ready to bid on any available collectible. To do so, tap on one of the available auctions, enter an amount, confirm it and pay via your wallet – just like you did when you were connecting it to Fragment.
During bidding, whoever’s bid is first to the blockchain will get the bid at that price. If your bid wasn’t reflected in the blockchain before the auction ends, you will get the money back and lose the bid. Likewise, if someone outbids you, your money will be returned to you.
Usernames listed as Taken are currently in use and not available for sale. However, you can pay a small fee to notify their owner that you are interested in acquiring the name. To do so, search for the username on Fragment, open its page and tap on 'Make an offer'.
[H3] Putting Collectibles Up For Auction
If you own a collectible, you are free to either sell it directly or auction it to the public at any time. To do so, tap on My Assets and select either Put up for auction or Sell depending on what you want to do.
If you decide to auction one of your unique items (e.g., usernames, phone numbers, etc.), remember that you can set an optional maximum price which, if paid, will immediately end the auction. Note that collectibles are subject to a 5% platform fee on each transaction.
[H4] Auctioning Basic Usernames
Any basic username from your Telegram account can be auctioned on Fragment, including those that are linked to your profile, public groups or public channels.
Interested buyers can place a bid to start an auction at any time – when the auction ends, the basic username will be converted into a collectible and assigned to the winner.
The original owner of the basic username will earn all proceeds minus applicable fees. They may also try to win the auction themselves to retain ownership of the new collectible.
[H4] Listing your username on Fragment
If you own a basic username on Telegram and wish to make it available on Fragment, simply:
Log in to Fragment with both your Telegram and TON accounts.
The TON wallet you've connected will receive the proceeds from the auction, so make sure to connect a wallet that you own.
Tap on your TON wallet in the top right corner and choose 'Convert to Collectibles' (or follow the 'Convert Usernames to Collectibles' link in 'My Assets').
Select a username from the list. Note that to prevent abuse, usernames you acquired or reassigned (i.e., moved it from your profile to a channel you own, etc.) very recently may not be immediately available.
Set a minimum bid. Buyers will have to pay at least this amount to acquire the collectible.
After confirming, your username will remain available for auction for an unlimited time – interested buyers, including yourself, can place the first bid to start a 7-day auction.
While a username is available for auction, you can't reassign it to a different chat or profile (but you can remove it to protect privacy, or restore it in the same place). You can cancel the auction to reassign the username elsewhere.
[H4] Canceling an auction
You can cancel the auction at any time before the first bid is placed. If you do so, you will keep the basic username and it will not be converted into a collectible.
After the first bid is placed, the auction can no longer be canceled.
[H4] When the auction ends
When the auction ends you will earn all proceeds minus applicable fees. The outcome may slightly differ depending on the winner:
If someone else wins - The wallet they used to place the highest bid will receive the collectible. All proceeds minus a 5% platform

[H1] Terms of Service

These Terms are an agreement between you and Fragment Corp. (the “Company”) a company registered according to the laws of the Republic of Seychelles with company registration number 221287. For the purposes of this document, ‘we’, ‘us’ and ‘our’ refers to Fragment Corp., ‘Telegram’ refers to Telegram Messenger Inc. and ‘you’ refers to you, the user.
[H3] 1. Introduction
Fragment (the “Platform”) is a non-custodial free auction platform fully owned and operated by Company. Platform allows anyone to securely and anonymously purchase digital collectible entities via NFT-like smart contracts, purchase or give away Telegram Premium subscriptions, deposit funds to publish Telegram Ads, and withdraw content creator rewards. All transactions rely on TON, a decentralized, scalable and open-source blockchain network technology initially developed by Telegram.
[H4] 1.1. Account and Authentication
Purchased collectibles are linked to the unique TON wallet of their new owner – they are not directly tied to accounts on any other platform, including those which may directly or indirectly integrate with Platform. After purchasing a collectible you are solely responsible for the safekeeping of any relevant credentials, hardware, or backups that granted you access to your TON wallet.
Company does not have access to your TON wallet and does not store any information which could trace it back to you personally or to any of your accounts. Consequently, it cannot restore the wallet or any of the collectibles contained therein if you lose your credentials.
[H4] 1.2. Ownership
Purchased collectibles are securely stored in the TON blockchain’s immutable ledger. Ownership is therefore permanent and cannot be revoked, even by Company – consequently, all purchases are non-refundable. Owners may choose to privately sell their collectibles or auction them to the public at any time.
[H4] 1.3. Taxes, Fees and Local Laws
Company operates with cryptocurrencies – regulations on this payment method may differ depending on your country of residence. You are solely responsible for all applicable taxes or fees and you must comply with relevant local laws.
[H4] 1.4. Availability
Company may limit which countries it operates in and which of its particular services are available in certain countries at any time and without notice, in response to legal or regulatory requirements, technical limitations or other factors. Company will not compensate you for any losses incurred as a result of such changes.
[H3] 2. Available Entities
Generally, entities currently available for purchase on Platform have a direct association with an element or service in the Telegram ecosystem. Collectible holders are free to either sell them to interested parties through Platform or any other third-party platform, keep them dormant indefinitely or use them on Telegram or on any service able and willing to provide associated benefits.
Platform currently includes collectible Telegram usernames and anonymous numbers for sale and auction. Additionally, it facilitates the purchase of Telegram Premium subscriptions and Telegram Ads, pursuant to the terms set out below.
Other elements, collectibles, subscriptions or services could potentially be listed in the future. Company reserves the right to auction or sell new entities or remove entities and services from the Platform at any time without notice.
The temporary or permanent removal of an entity from Platform has no bearing on previously purchased collectibles and past transactions – where applicable, ownership is permanent.
[H3] 3. Agency of Purchased Collectibles
Collectibles purchased on Platform are stored in the decentralized TON immutable ledger and exist independently of their shared functionality and integration with Telegram or any other platform.
[H4] 3.1. Integration with Telegram
When you purchase a collectible or service on Platform, Telegram will provide you with the perks and functionalities associated with it, however, Company makes no guarantee that this will be the case in perpetuity. Purchasing an entity on Platform does not entitle owners to any form of refund in case any company which integrates it is no longer able or willing to provide its functionalities, either partially or in full.
[H4] 3.2. Relevance, Agency and Purpose
Company cannot predict or ensure the future absence of new features or events which would render previously purchased entities less effective or arguably obsolete. Consequently, by purchasing an entity you agree that it is sold “as is” – Company makes no guarantee as to its continued usefulness, inherent value, perceived prestige and profitability or lack thereof.
[H4] 3.3. Range of Effective Benefits
Company offers no guarantee that platforms which integrate collectibles will do so free of charge. Any platform can integrate collectibles as it sees fit and their implementation may change at any time. Platforms are free to include additional fees and introduce extensions or restrictions on the range of benefits and features provided by each entity.
[H3] 4. Telegram Ads
Company facilitates the purchase of Telegram Ads, which can be set up by eligible advertisers via the Telegram Ad Platform in accordance with the Telegram Ad Policies and Guidelines.
Platform serves solely as a means of funding your advertiser account, allowing you to use TON to purchase sponsored messages. Company makes no guarantee as to the inherent value of the ads you purchase, including their efficacy, profitability or fitness for any particular purpose.
[H4] 4.1. Third-party Advertisement Guidelines
Fragment has no access to the contents of the ads you publish on Telegram, and any disputes as to the compliance of said ads with the Telegram Ad Policies and Guidelines are to be resolved solely between you and Telegram, in accordance with applicable terms.
[H3] 5. Rewards for Telegram Content Creators
Owners of Telegram channels that are eligible for Telegram’s content creator rewards program may use Platform to withdraw their rewards.
The currency and means of payment for such rewards will be determined by Fragment in its sole discretion.
[H4] 5.1. Rewards for Ads
Your reward is independently calculated by Telegram in connection with the number of valid impressions of sponsored messages displayed in eligible channels you own, subject to the Telegram Terms of Service for Content Creators.
[H4] 5.2. Withdrawal
Company facilitates the withdrawal of Advertisement Revenue Sharing rewards by allowing users to connect their Telegram account and TON wallet to Platform. By default, rewards are issued as Toncoin (TON), which can be withdrawn to the wallet you connect to Platform. When you withdraw your reward, the transaction is stored in the decentralized, immutable TON ledger and cannot be undone – it is your responsibility to ensure that you connect the correct wallet to Platform before withdrawal.
In some countries, rewards could be paid in alternative ways, such as stablecoins or other means of payments, at the sole discretion of Fragment. Company only facilitates reward withdrawal, as available based on existing regulatory conditions.
Company may, either temporarily or permanently, remove your ability to withdraw rewards, for reasons including but not limited to violations of these Terms, as well as regulatory changes or other considerations.
[H4] 5.2. Account Management
Transactions on the TON blockchain cannot be reversed. When accepting Advertisement Revenue Sharing rewards, make sure that the destination wallet is meant for the relevant cryptocurrency and matches your intended recipient.
[H3] 6. Telegram Stars
Bot developers and content creators who received Telegram Stars in exchange for products, services, content or other perks may use Platform to obtain cryptocurrency based on the amount of Stars in their balance.
The type of cryptocurrency issued for such rewards will be determined by Fragment in its sole discretion and may change at any time without notice.
[H4] 6.1. Rewards for Stars
Your reward is calculated by Telegram, independently of Fragment, based on the number of Stars in your balance and the equivalent USD value of each Star as determined by Telegram in its sole discretion and relayed to us, subject to Telegram’s Terms of Service for Bot Developers and Creator Rewards. To calculate the Toncoin equivalent of your rewards, Company uses the market conversion rate from https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/toncoin, updated approximately every 5 minutes.
Company may temporarily or permanently remove your ability to receive Star rewards, for reasons including but not limited to violations of these Terms, as well as regulatory changes or other considerations.
[H4] 6.2. Account Management
Company facilitates rewards for Telegram Stars by allowing users to connect their Telegram account and TON wallet to Platform. When you claim your reward, the transaction is stored in a decentralized, immutable blockchain ledger and cannot be undone – it is your responsibility to ensure that you connect the correct wallet to Platform before proceeding.
Transactions on Platform cannot be reversed. When accepting rewards for Stars, make sure that the destination wallet is meant for the relevant cryptocurrency and matches your intended recipient.
[H3] 7. Paid Subscriptions
Company facilitates the purchase of certain paid subscriptions which users can apply to their own accounts on third-party platforms, or give away to others at their discretion. We make no guarantee as to the inherent value, profitability or continued availability and support for any subscription sold on Platform.
[H4] 7.1. Telegram Premium
Currently, Platform supports the purchase of Telegram Premium subscriptions. When purchasing a Telegram Premium subscription, either for your own account or as part of a larger giveaway, you agree to be bound by the Telegram Terms of Service and, by extension, Terms of Service for Telegram Premium.
[H3] 8. Compliance with the Terms
Collectibles purchased through Platform exist independently of Telegram and you are welcome to freely integrate them into your own platform, however, their implementation or usage within the Telegram ecosystem is fully contingent on your compliance with its Terms of Service. Using these collectibles on other platforms may be further subject to the third party's terms as agreed between you and the third party.
[H4] 8.1. Unilateral Removal
Fragment cannot guarantee that Telegram will not restrict or delete an account if it violates the Telegram ToS or the laws of certain countries. Additionally, the account owner may intentionally or mistakenly delete their Telegram account at any time.
If that deleted, restricted or otherwise inaccessible account were using a collectible username or phone number, it may potentially become impossible to link such a username or phone number to that Telegram account. If it were using a different type of collectible, the deletion of the account would still not revoke ownership over the collectible, however, it may at times prevent collectibles from further interaction with the Telegram ecosystem. The same generally holds true for any platform or service implementing or assigning entities sold by Platform, but Company does not guarantee that this will always be the case.
Furthermore, that account may permanently lose access to all non-collectible entities purchased from or made available by Platform, including but not limited to unwithdrawn content creator rewards, unspent Telegram advertising funds and its active premium subscription, if applicable. For clarity, Platform cannot facilitate the withdrawal of positive reward balances accrued by Telegram accounts that have since been terminated, and such rewards are to be considered forfeit.
Generally, should any collectible, entity, subscription, service, or utility purchased on or provided by Platform lose its inherent value, or otherwise become partially or fully inaccessible as a result of your account being banned or deleted from Telegram (both if by Telegram and by yourself), Company will not be liable and you will not be compensated for your loss.
[H3] 8. Changes to these Terms
We reserve the right to revise and modify these terms at our sole discretion. While we do not anticipate frequent changes, you should check this page frequently to stay updated on the latest version.

By using or browsing Exchange or any service provided by Company you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to this policy.
[H2] 1.1 Principles
Privacy is the core principle that rules the development of all current and future services owned and offered by Company.
Exchange is a privacy-focused, non-custodial trading and auctioning platform based on the fully decentralized TON blockchain technology. Company commits to not collecting, generating or processing any personal or otherwise identifiable user data that is not strictly necessary to provide these services.
[H2] 2. What Personal Data We Use
[H4] 2.1 Account Data
Exchange doesn't offer a dedicated registration method; you may log in via Telegram and/or via your TON wallet. Your usage of these third-party services may be further subject to the third party's terms. Company does not store any data that links these two login methods to your IP address, browser agent, hardware, other identifiable information or to each other.
[H4] 2.2 Transaction and Purchase History Data
Exchange stores its full transaction history on the public immutable TON ledger and references it to determine the ownership of any entity available for sale or auction.
[H4] 2.3 Activity History
Company does not store your search history on Exchange. Company may store some user preferences, such as your notification settings on individual auctions.
[H4] 2.4 Anonymous Statistics
Company may at times collect or process anonymized information about your device, IP address or browser agent to prevent abuse and to improve how Exchange provides its services. This information is not tied and cannot be traced back to your Telegram account, TON Wallet, activity history or any other operation on Exchange. Company will store this data for no longer than 6 months.
[H4] 2.5 Usage of Purchased Entities
Exchange may provide integrations with other platforms to facilitate the usage of collectibles on third-party services. After you terminate a login session originated from any such integration, all data related to it is erased and Company has no way of tracking how or if you continue to use your entities, on what platforms and for what purposes.
No data regarding how you employ your entities is ever stored by Company and their usage is governed solely by the Privacy Policies and Terms of Service of the platforms where you intend to employ them, as agreed between you and the relevant third parties.
[H2] 3. How We Use Your Data
Exchange doesn't store funds and doesn't link transactions to login metadata. For this reason, the only private data it processes relates to your notification settings on individual auctions, should you choose to enable them. Company does not store your notification setting history, so the information is lost the moment you disable them.
Anonymized access or user agent data as outlined in 2.4 is used to prevent abuse and facilitate rate-limiting functionalities on Exchange, to improve the services it offers and to comply with applicable local and regional law.
[H2] 4. Who Your Personal Data May Be Shared With
Company stores no transaction data, identifiable logs or activity history. For this reason, it is impossible to share this data with any third party. All auctions, sales and entities are publicly available on the TON blockchain.
To comply with law enforcement requests and legal process, such as a court order or subpoena, Company may disclose its usage statistics. This metadata cannot be traced back to any purchase, bid, Telegram account or TON Wallet.

Since we do not store any personal information, you do not need to request its deletion or worry about its safety. If you wish to opt out of this privacy policy, you may stop using our services at any time.

Exchange may contain links to third-party services or platforms, namely Telegram and various TON wallets.This Policy does not govern your usage of those services and by using them you agree to the respective individual Terms and Privacy Policies.
