As long as your device is an Android with 9 or newer, or and iPhone running iOS14 or newer, and is Bluetooth Smart Ready (supports Bluetooth Low Energy) then Elvie Trainer will be compatible with your device. You can also use the Elvie Trainer with iPads running iPadOS14 or newer.

Elvie Trainer is a medical device and intimate product. For hygiene and safety reasons, it can only be used by one person.
This means that once the tamper seal is broken, you will not be able to return it to us or to a retailer unless it is faulty. Please refer to our Terms of Sale for full details about your rights.

"Love the aesthetic of the Rise, size and material! The pad is super soft (bamboo material) and super easy to remove and wash. Transition from bouncer to bassinet isn’t as smooth as advertised and I’ve noticed the straps get stuck from time to time when switching from bouncer to bassinet mode. "received as a gift and. . . it's weird. . . soft feel, but plastic all around - baby rests on hard plastic. the conversion to bassinet requires some extra oompf to make sure it's locked in, and the harness or whatever it's called is super weird narrow and so hard to latch in. - i'm not 100% sold on this product - it looks great, but functionally it's worrisome. not for me, going to resell." — Bray (1/5)
