When adding your items, choose how often you'd like to initially repeat your purchase (don't worry, if you're not sure, this can be changed later including by day/week/month)

What can you change once you start a subscription?

We have tried to make our subscription system as flexible as possible. In your account area you will find that you can edit most aspects of your subscription yourself from the comfort of your sofa.To make changes, simply login to your account and select the subscriptions option from the main menu along the top of the account area. Once you select this option you will see your active subscriptions and you will be able to click the manage button next to each active subscription you have. Once you click this button, you will be presented with a menu, which will allow you to carry out the tasks below.

It can be tricky to know exactly how often you'll need your orders, so we've made it possible for you to change your frequency whenever you want in your account area.

If you're lucky we might send you a discount code from time to time, to make your subscription even better value! You can simply add these in your account area.

Swap a product

We understand that cats and dogs don't want to eat the same flavoured food every day, so you can always swap the flavour in your subscription, subject to any difference in price.

Change Address

If you move house or change bank card, you change your delivery and billing address at any time. You could even get your next delivery ordered to a friends house or holiday home, so you don't have to worry about taking dog food with you.

If you want to add a new tasty Barking Heads or Meowing Heads product to your subscription, just hit "add product" in the subscription section of your account.

Can I cancel or change my subscription?

You can change or cancel your subscription(s) within your account at any time. You don't have to contact us either, this can all be done online within a couple of clicks. (Note: each product is managed individually and cancelling a subscription will not affect any pre-existing orders that have already been paid for.)

I'm not sure how often I need my pet food

No problem. When you initially sign up, we'll ask you to pick a recurring delivery between 4-12 weeks to get you started, but once you are registered you can fine-tune this to any number of days/weeks/months. In fact, you can also specify a specific date for your next order, and bring forward or delay orders as needed.

What if I don't need my upcoming order?

No problem! We understand your needs change and that's why our subscription service is completely flexible. For a handy reminder, we'll email you a week before your order is due with links to change it. but you can also log in any time and skip an order or change the date of your upcoming order.

Can I use discount codes with my subscription?

Depending on the discount code, it may be possible to apply the discount to your upcoming subscription order (please check the T&Cs for more info). For example, with Bailey's Bonus Scheme, you can specific rewards that can be applied to an existing subscription.
