Our ten colour automated carousel enables us to screen print multi colour designs in the finest detail at a rate of 4 seconds per t-shirt. That's 900 per hour! [H4] Plastisol Printing Some may say plastisol ink plays second fiddle to its fancy new brother; discharge ink. However, it still remains a stalwart in the industry. For bright prints on all coloured t-shirts, the plastisol ink is king and when it comes to making your design pop, it can't be beaten. If you require a 100% pantone colour match for your logo or design we can achieve this with a plastisol ink screen print that will stand the test of time. [IMG: Generic Image] [IMG: Generic Image] [H4] Oversized Jumbo T-Shirt Printing Our max sized garment print is A3, 290mm (W) x 420mm (H], we know that isn't enough for some of you so we also offer oversized printing, which we affectionately call Jumbo. Printing with the grand dimensions of 380mm x 600mm. This covers the whole front of the t-shirt. Using our soft feel discharge ink we can print over seams and stitching without blurring the image. A sure-fire combo to ensure your t-shirt gets noticed. [H4] Special Effect Inks Using special inks and techniques can give your designs another layer of interest and a unique twist to make your t-shirt stand out from the crowd. There are numerous effects possible, from metallic and neon inks to glow in the dark and foil printing for that high impact 'bling' look. Get in touch if you want to discuss some more options. [IMG: Generic Image] [IMG: Generic Image] [H4] Tag Printing If you are looking to brand your own t-shirts for retail, no better way than a nape print with your own customised logo. Some like to brandish it outside so it can be seen and some prefer a more subtle stamp on the inside of the tee. [H4] 4 Colour Process Four colour process screen printing otherwise known as CMYK is best suited to printing full colour photographic designs on white tees. We use four screens; Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Black. The ink is passed through very fine halftones that overlap on the t-shirt to achieve perfect tones and gradients! [IMG: Generic Image] [IMG: Generic Image] [H4] Simulated Process Simulated process printing is used to screen print full colour images onto dark tees. It's trickier than four colour process on white shirts. We use from 6 to 10 screens depending on how detailed the image is. [H4] Pantone Matching We mix all of our inks in house. So if your artwork has pantone references we'll mix a recipe to suit. Plastisol inks are the most accurate for matching exact colours. Alternatively if you need a little help choosing colours get in touch and find out more about our stock inks. [IMG: Generic Image] [H2] back to top [H3] Embroidery [H3] Using the most advanced embroidery technology in the world, we produce the finest stitched artwork the industry has to offer. With a wide range of thread colours available, we can get your logo spot on. Be it business or casual wear, our embroidery can bring artwork to life, giving any garment a professional feel that's sure to make the right impression. [H4] Serious Hardware We're packing heavy artillery with the TAJIMA TFMX-IIC1502, a state of the art multi-head embroidery machine. We even had to knock a wall down for this baby! [H4] Bang For Your Buck Unlike screen printing the cost does not go up when you add more colours to an embroidery job. Your designer probably won't ever forgive us for saying that. We offer shipping worldwide with UPS, so you can track your deliveries online. [H2] back to top [H3] FAQS [H4] Do you have a minimum order? Our minimum order is just 25 pieces. [H4] Can I have a mixture of garment colours and sizes? Absolutely, and at no additional cost. [H4] Can you match pantone references? Yes. [H4] How close to the edge of the t-shirt can you print? This depends on the ink you choose, plastisol has to be kept 3cm from the seam. But discharge can be printed over seams no problem. [H4] What's the maximum printing size available for cotton bags? Our max print for cotton bags is 26cm (W) x 33cm (H). [H4] How are you guys so amazing? We don't know, it could be how we were raised or it could just be good genes, the nature vs nurture debate rages on. [H2] back to top

[H1] embroidery The T-Shirt Company has embraced the beautiful art of embroidered textiles. We've added a brand new multi-head embroidery machine to our arsenal for 2017. If you want an alternative or an addition to screen printing for your next project this just may be it. get a quote [IMG: Custom Embroidery Designs, Dublin] [H4] Embroidery in the Heart of Dublin Behold, the wonder of Embroidery Dublin and while you're here behold the wonder of Dublin's finest embroiders. Yes, the T-Shirt Company have spent many the year supplying the good people of Ireland with superbly crafted screen printed goodies but as everyone knows we don't do things by half here. So we knocked down another wall for some space and got ourselves a TAJIMA TFMX-IIC1502 multihead machine. We provide custom embroidered jackets, hoodies, hats, shirts and logos. [H4] What is Embroidery? Thousands of threads being sewed at a thunderous rate, to think that they used to do this by hand in centuries gone by. Well, they clearly didn't have a TAJIMA TFMX-IIC1502 multi-head machine. For faster production runs, more consistent stitching, higher design quality and reduced setup times, TAJIMA commercial machines are the most efficient and reliable embroidery equipment in the world today. [IMG: Embroidered Jackets, Hoodies & Hats] [IMG: Custom Embroidery Designs, Dublin] [H4] Why Choose Embroidery? At times an embroidered finish is a more suitable solution to screen printing. It can often convey a sense of tactile quality which may add value to a product. The polo t-shirt for example is often worn at corporate functions and an embroidered crest logo exudes casual but stylish professionalism. Embroidery is also used for branding outdoor workwear due to its physical durability and smart professional appearance. [H4] Price & Quality At times price can play a role in your decision whether to go with embroidery or screen printing for your gear. With screen printing large amounts of colours can become costly on smaller runs. However the number of colours in an embroidered design does not affect the cost. We endeavour to stitch our embroidered logos with as much density as the fabric will allow in order to produce the highest standards. [IMG: Embroidered Jackets, Hoodies & Hats] [H2] the embroidery process The first step in the embroidery process is to digitise your artwork. The graphic is created using specialised software. This program plots a pathway for the machine’s needles to follow and also lets the machine know when colour threads need to change. Your design is created within two points of X and Y known as a 'field' that is digitised on a disc. X being the horizontal axis and Y being the vertical axis. These axes serve as a coordinates map for the design which are then entered into the multi-head machine. The garment is fixed to the machine in a framed holder named a phantogram. The machine is sent the design coordinates and moves the phantogram accordingly for the garment to receive the appropriate colour and number of stitches. The programmed path for the design is followed and stitched until the entire graphic has been successfully sewn. The garment is then removed from the machine, folded and packaged accordingly for you, the customer. get a quote

🔗 Identity & Technical Layer — schema JSON-LD: identity chains, entity gaps (Identity & Authority)
Your Diagnosis
Before revealing the machine’s verdict, predict the BS score for each signal. Higher = more BS (more fluff, less verifiable substance). Drag each slider, then submit to compare your judgment against the engine.
Stuck? Reveal the heuristic lens — how the deterministic page-auditor reads each signal (no AI, pure pattern rules)
These are the structural rules a local, deterministic auditor applies — the same lens you can use to judge each signal. They describe what to look for, not this company’s result.
Classify each sentence as substantive or hollow. Grounding markers — numbers, currencies, dates, technical units, named entities — outweigh marketing adjectives. When fluff sits right next to hard evidence, the fluff is forgiven.
Pull the main entities out of the H1, then check whether they actually recur through the body. A page that announces one thing and then talks about another drifts. Headings with no real sentences underneath read as pseudo-substance.
Count trust words (review, testimonial, rating, verified) against real outbound proof links (Google, Trustpilot, Clutch, G2, Yelp). Lots of trust language with zero verification links is trust theatre. Unlinked logo galleries count against it.
Look at how much sentence length varies. Natural writing varies its rhythm; templated or mass-produced copy is statistically uniform. Very low variation reads as commodity content — unless unique named entities break the pattern.
Inspect the JSON-LD. Is there an Organization or Person schema, and does it carry sameAs links to real external profiles (LinkedIn, socials)? Missing schema or no identity declaration signals an anonymous entity.
Want to apply this lens yourself? The free BS Indicator Chrome extension runs these heuristic checks live on any page. Bear in mind it is a single-page, deterministic tool — it relies only on pattern rules for the page in front of it and does not perform the cross-page semantic correlation this audit uses, so its readout is a starting lens, not the full verdict.

Printing, Signage & Promotional Products BS: The T-Shirt Company (www.tshirtcompany.ie)
The T-Shirt Company is a rare example of a service business that leads with technical evidence rather than adjectives. With a BS score of 30, the site is highly credible, though it suffers from poor technical SEO and a lack of structured data. It is a genuine production facility masquerading as a basic marketing site.
Immediate implementation of LocalBusiness and Organization JSON-LD schema is required to bridge the technical authority gap. Populate the ‘insufficient’ product pages (Stanley Stella and AS Colour) with actual product specs to eliminate the ‘template ghost town’ feel. Add external proof paths, such as links to Google Business Profile reviews or Instagram-based project galleries, to verify the client list. Replace the aging ‘new for 2017’ machine claim with updated hardware dates to maintain temporal relevance.
The site perfectly aligns with the Printing and Promotional Products category. It provides granular detail on screen printing techniques such as discharge ink, plastisol, and CMYK process, confirming a specialized industry presence.
“The score of 30 is driven primarily by technical authority gaps (Step 5) and minor industry cliché density (Step 4). The site lost 11 points in Identity and Authority due to a total lack of schema and two 'insufficient' content pages. Information density and semantic coherence are excellent, keeping the overall bullshit levels low.”
