That depends on the shape you choose. Here's a rundown of our business card sizes and thicknesses by shape:
Standard: 3.5″ x 2″
Rounded Corners: 3.5″ x 2″
Square: 2.5″ x 2.5″
Circle: 2.5″ diameter
Oval: 3.5″ x 2″
Leaf: 3.5″ x 2″
Business card thickness is measured in "points," abbreviated as "pt." The higher the number, the thicker the card. Standard business card printing uses 14pt paper stock, but weights can vary by paper type. For instance, our ultra-thick custom business cards are 28pt, and our premium plus cards come in at 18pt.
Note: Square and circle business cards exceed the height of a standard wallet. Consider one of our other options if you're looking for wallet-sized business cards.
Also, when designing or choosing a business card template, remember that dimensions may include a "bleed area," which is extra space for images, patterns or design elements that extend beyond the cut edges. This helps prevent having white edges around your finished card.

[H3] What materials are used to make custom label stickers?
Our labels and stickers are printed on white paper, white plastic, clear plastic and gold or silver foil, depending on your product and material choice. We also offer holographic plastic and reusable film options for your special label sticker printing needs.
[H3] Can you print custom-shaped sticker labels?
Yes. If you're looking for a one-of-a-kind shape, we recommend die-cut sheet stickers to create something unique in smaller quantities. Alternatively, you can order die-cut roll labels in higher quantities.
[H3] I need waterproof labels. What do you recommend?
Our white and clear plastic labels with a gloss finish are water-resistant and durable enough for outdoor use.
[H3] How can I keep custom sticker labels from peeling?
All our stickers and labels use a peel-proof adhesive – except our reusable stickers, which are meant for repositioning.
[H3] How can I avoid bubbles when applying label stickers?
To avoid bubbles, make sure the surface is clean and dry before applying the sticker. Use a squeegee, ruler, credit card or another object with a hard, flat edge to smooth out any bubbles.
[H3] Can I write on my personalized label stickers?
Yes. Our paper labels with a matte finish are easy to write on with a pencil or pen. However, if you choose one of our plastic or foil labels, we recommend using a permanent marker.
