Territorial Leaders: Commissioners Kelly & Donna IgleheartChief Secretary: Colonel Deborah SedlarPraise: An outpouring of the Holy Spirit during recent youth councils across our eight divisions with many decisions made for Christ.Soldiers of various ages and backgrounds saying yes to God’s calling upon their lives as local officers or officers.Our cadets’ recent spring mission trips which made a real impact both on them and on the communities where they served.Transformed lives through the ministry of our adult rehabilitation centres and social services programs.His overwhelming love which sustains us in the mission, and begs us to keep serving and keep loving.Prayer Requests:Revival as we embark on 365 days of 24/7 prayer across the territory, starting June 6, 2026.Boldness for the cadets of the Keepers of the Covenant session, who will be commissioned and sent out to their first appointments on June 7, 2026.Encouragement and renewed vision for our corps officers as they serve and lead like Jesus.Spiritual health of our soldiers, officers, and corps.Our upcoming commissioning weekend under the banner, ‘Loving Like Jesus.’ The hundreds of children, teenagers and young adults who will attend divisional summer camps and territorial youth and music institutes which will take place througout the summer.The 24 young adults who will serve on summer mission teams in Argentina, New Zealand and across the US and Canada (Team World Cup).Our August Bible Conference with teaching for all ages along this year’s theme, ‘Radical Faith’ (Zech 4:6; ‘So he said to me, “This is the word of the Lord to Zerubbabel: ‘Not by might nor by power, but by my Spirit...’).Preparations for our 2027 Centennial Celebration, ‘ALL FOR JESUS,’ which will gather salvationists from every corner of our territory and beyond:To celebrate the faithfulness of GodTo call soldiers into deeper consecrationA collective commitment to live set apart for God’s purposesThe Centennial Celebration will have a strong evangelistic focus, so join us in prayer that all plans will be God-honouring and transformational. We are also thankful for the support and trust we receive from people, the authorities, and our partners.We give thanks for the five candidates who have been accepted for training and are planning to begin their training in August 2026.Prayer Requests:Pray for the young people in TSA within our territory, that each of them may understand their great value to God and to us. Pray that we may have the wisdom to love and listen to them, so that they may grow and recognise their importance today and, in the years, to come.Pray for new people—children, youth, and adults—to come to us, feel at home, come to know Jesus, become disciples, and become members of The Salvation Army.Pray for all those who come to our welfare centres and corps seeking help during these difficult times of rising costs. Territorial Leaders: Colonels Lalbulliana Tlau & Lalnunhlui KhawlhringChief Secretary: Lieutenant-Colonel Masilamani StalinTSWM: Lieutenant-Colonel Colonel Kezial StalinPraise:  We thank God for the success of all the programs in 2025.We give glory to God for the success of the Ordination, Commissioning & Appointment Service for the seven Lieutenants on 11 April 2026 for Keepers of the Covenant Session 2024-2026.We praise God for the faithful Salvationists who made generous contributions to support the smooth running of the territory and help it sustain itself.We thank God for the 13 Territorial Evangelism Ministry Speakers who have travelled, preached and nurtured Salvationists without pay, all year round.We thank God for the ‘Soldier of the Cross’ and Evangelist Teachers who served the Lord in difficult places with a very minimum pay.Prayer Requests:Pray for the visit of General Lyndon Buckingham and Commissioner Bronwyn Buckingham to the Territorial Congress of the India Eastern Territory from 17–19 October in Nepal and from 20–27 October in Aizawl.Pray for Salvationists and Officers of India Eastern Territory, that the Territory may grow stronger as a self-supporting territory, especially in meeting the many needs of the weaker centres.Pray for the Women’s Ministries – the strong backbone of the Territory.Pray for the ongoing Cadets undergoing Field Training in three Divisions.Pray for Prayer Mountain, where 14,434 people from different denominations will visit this year. Pray also for the on-going developmental works.Pray for the 14 Social Institutions: Babies Home (2), Boys Home (6), Blind School (2), Adult Rehabilitation Centre, Hearing Impaired, Girls Home & Home for the Aged.Pray for Production & Tailoring Centre run by the Women’s Ministries which has provided care and job opportunities for vulnerable women trained in the tailoring centers.Pray for the 18 Territorial Evangelical Speakers. Some of them come from underprivileged families and need prayer support in every aspect of their lives and ministry.Pray for Men’s Fellowship Sunday, to be observed on 19 July 2026, that the India Eastern Territory may be blessed with more dedicated and self-sacrificing men.Pray for the Salvation Army Youth Action Plan 2026, ‘Bring them in 2.0’, that more youths and members will be brought in.Pray for the Young People Corps and the Corps Cadets, along with all the Sergeants and Company Guards who serve the children with their best.

The Youth and Children’s Section at International Headquarters (IHQ) supports and strengthens The Salvation Army around the world in its work among children and young people through:identifying and sharing good practices, like discipleship programmes, around the worldsharing and creating resources, such as children's programmes and our Faith Talks card gameconnecting youth secretaries, for example by creating zonal meetings with youth leadersgiving young people a voice through the International Children and Young People Advisory Groupsupporting territories in increasing youth participation.
