[H3] Developer-friendly by design Modern SDKs and APIs built for fast integration. Connect to your existing stack, integrate with just a few lines of code, and ship in a single sprint. [H3] Enterprise-grade scale and support 1 billion API calls per day and installed on hundreds of millions of devices. SOC 2 and GDPR compliant, backed by a team of location experts who support you at every step. [H3] Cost-effective, all-in-one Proprietary infrastructure and economies of scale make Radar more cost-effective than legacy solutions or building in-house, so you get more location for less. [H2] Frequently asked questions Geofencing creates a virtual boundary around a real-world location: a store, a shopping center, or a competitor’s parking lot. When a customer’s device enters, dwells in, or exits that boundary, Radar creates a location event that your team can configure to trigger any downstream action: a push notification, a loyalty prompt, a pickup alert, a staff workflow, or anything else your app supports. Retailers use Radar’s geofencing to power in-store app experiences, automate curbside pickup, run location-triggered marketing campaigns, and measure foot traffic attribution, all without building location infrastructure from scratch.Curbside pickup allows customers to order online and collect their order from a designated spot outside the store without coming inside. The challenge for most brands is knowing exactly when a customer has arrived without relying on them to manually check in. Radar detects when a customer is approaching or has arrived at your store, then automatically triggers the right action on both ends: the customer's app surfaces pickup instructions, and your staff gets an alert to bring the order out. No manual check-ins, no "I'm here" button. The result is faster handoffs and a better experience for both the customer and your team.Learn more about Radar Optimize.Yes. Radar Engage lets you send timely, personalized messages to customers when they’re near one of your locations, near a competitor, or in a high-intent moment. Brands using Radar for nearby notifications have seen conversion rate lifts of 25 to 57% compared to generic campaigns. You can also use geofencing to power loyalty triggers and in-app promotions that activate the moment a customer walks through the door.Yes. Radar's location infrastructure enables Store Mode, an in-app experience that activates the moment a customer enters a store. Store Mode surfaces personalized product recommendations, loyalty rewards, and location-specific promotions at the exact moment customers are most likely to act on them. Users who engage with Store Mode convert at 2.5x the rate of those who don't, making it one of the highest-impact tools retailers have for driving in-store revenue through their existing app.Yes. Radar Protect uses location signals to verify that promotional offers and high-demand product releases aren’t being abused by users masking or manipulating their real location. Radar detects GPS spoofing, VPN and proxy usage, and device tampering in real time, so your promotions reach real customers rather than bad actors gaming the system. For example, DICK'S uses Radar to keep high-demand sneaker releases fair, stopping location spoofers from jumping the queue and ensuring inventory goes to customers within a defined zip code.Yes. Radar's autocomplete API is designed to drop directly into checkout and account creation flows with minimal engineering lift. As a customer types, it surfaces accurate address suggestions, reducing keystrokes, preventing entry errors, and improving completion rates. It works across web and mobile and is used by retailers including DICK'S Sporting Goods, Michael's, Zappos, and more. [H2] Ready to unlock the power of location? Get a demo

Your Diagnosis
Before revealing the machine’s verdict, predict the BS score for each signal. Higher = more BS (more fluff, less verifiable substance). Drag each slider, then submit to compare your judgment against the engine.
Stuck? Reveal the heuristic lens — how the deterministic page-auditor reads each signal (no AI, pure pattern rules)
These are the structural rules a local, deterministic auditor applies — the same lens you can use to judge each signal. They describe what to look for, not this company’s result.
Classify each sentence as substantive or hollow. Grounding markers — numbers, currencies, dates, technical units, named entities — outweigh marketing adjectives. When fluff sits right next to hard evidence, the fluff is forgiven.
Pull the main entities out of the H1, then check whether they actually recur through the body. A page that announces one thing and then talks about another drifts. Headings with no real sentences underneath read as pseudo-substance.
Count trust words (review, testimonial, rating, verified) against real outbound proof links (Google, Trustpilot, Clutch, G2, Yelp). Lots of trust language with zero verification links is trust theatre. Unlinked logo galleries count against it.
Look at how much sentence length varies. Natural writing varies its rhythm; templated or mass-produced copy is statistically uniform. Very low variation reads as commodity content — unless unique named entities break the pattern.
Inspect the JSON-LD. Is there an Organization or Person schema, and does it carry sameAs links to real external profiles (LinkedIn, socials)? Missing schema or no identity declaration signals an anonymous entity.
Want to apply this lens yourself? The free BS Indicator Chrome extension runs these heuristic checks live on any page. Bear in mind it is a single-page, deterministic tool — it relies only on pattern rules for the page in front of it and does not perform the cross-page semantic correlation this audit uses, so its readout is a starting lens, not the full verdict.
Based on 830 businesses audited.
Radar has 15.5 points less BS than the average for Software, SaaS & Tech Products.
Software, SaaS & Tech Products BS: Radar (radar.com)
Radar is a high-substance technical platform that uses marketing polish to organize its massive data capabilities rather than to hide a lack of them. It is one of the rare cases where the ‘Enterprise’ label is earned through specific feature documentation and named Fortune 500 validation.
To achieve a near-zero score, Radar should remove the unverifiable superlative ‘world’s first’ from the Location OS heading. They should also provide a direct link to a methodology or whitepaper for the ‘up to 50% savings’ claim to move it from a marketing hook to a financial proof point. Finally, adding specific dates to the G2 or review counts would further solidify the temporal relevance of their social proof.
The site perfectly aligns with the Software and SaaS category, specifically focusing on location infrastructure and developer tools. The presence of technical specifications like SDKs, API documentation, and SOC 2 compliance confirms a high-fidelity industry fit.
“The score of 17 is driven primarily by minor industry jargon and template patterns (Commodity Fingerprint) and a small amount of repetitive value propositions across pages (Information Density). The site scored 0 in Identity and Authority due to its perfect technical implementation and transparent ownership data.”
This training module utilizes a snapshot of public data from Radar, captured on May 24, 2026, to demonstrate how machine logic evaluates different types of business narratives.
Purpose: This data is presented under “Fair Use” / “Educational Exception” for the purpose of forensic semantic analysis, allowing users to compare human intuition against machine-generated evaluations.
Notice to Radar: This analysis is part of a non-adversarial audit conducted by 1 Euro SEO. The results provided by 1EuroSEO are intended as professional feedback to help improve any website’s machine-readability and authority signals. The 1EuroSEO BS Detection Tool is a free tool, and anyone can test any company to see how their content is interpreted by AI models.
Any company can use the insights for free and improve its voice by comparing it to industry clichés or competitors. When a company has updated its content, it can always submit a new audit request, which will be reflected in a new current score.
