Very easy booking process and very quick confirmation. Reminders also sent as your date of travel approaches. Our outward flight was cancelled 24 hours before and we were put on an earlier flight. I messaged Algarserra with the new details and had a reply instantly reassuring me that it was no problem. The instructions for pick up were clear and we were welcomed at Faro airport and enjoyed an excellent and comfortable transfer to our accommodation. We were a party of 4 adults and two children, with all the luggage that entails plus a large pushchair and the vehicle was perfect, with age-appropriate car seats for the children. The return transfer was equally perfect, picked up right on time. Many thanks to the team and our driver, Cleber, for an excellent all round service. We will certainly be using your service upon our return.

First time using this company. If was just fantastic. Easy and reasonable price. Different payment options. Remider about pick up times and where to find driver where so clear. The driver we had pick us up on arrival and return. He was just lovely, very enthusiastic and really a lovely start to our holiday. It was like a guided tour to our resort lol. Explaining what cetrain building where, weather etc. He was awsome with our vechicle obsessed 2 year old. Pointing out limos, police cars, boats, planes, bridges lol. What a lovely person. You really shouldn't use anyone else other than Algarserra Transfers, while in the Algarve, Portugal. Efficient service . Pick up from airport and collection from accommodation ran smoothly . Driver leaving us to our accommodation was very friendly and pointed out all the interesting landmarks we passed and gave us tips on places to visit. Would use this company again .
