We use an industry leading manufacturer to provide all our window, door and conservatory products and this means we can offer a large, diverse range of styles crafted using PVCu which guarantees you maximum energy-efficiency and performance.
At Ace Double Glazing, we have our very own trade division to also be able to offer our customers a greater range choice of products. All our products are FENSA and BSI compliant for your peace of mind.

We’ve used Ace several times – in 2019 to replace our front and back doors, in 2020 to convert a window into a large glass door, and in 2025 to replace 10 old windows with UPVC sash windows. In each instance, Ace have provided us with informative advice & options, detailed quotes, a reliable, professional & friendly service and great windows/doors. In one instance there was a manufacturing problem (not Ace’s fault) and they kept us informed of the progress to fix it and even brought us flowers to say sorry for the inconvenience. The quotes we’ve received from Ace have been comparable but slightly higher when compared to other companies in the local area, but the quality of the product and the service they provide is more than enough to justify the difference. We will always choose to use them if we can, hence when we had essentially the whole house done, they were our first and only choice. Highly recommended.

Thanks to new government building regulations there are minimum standards of energy efficiency that windows, door and conservatories fitted in the UK must meet. The new building regulations known as “Document L” (J in Scotland) set energy efficiency targets to reduce heat loss from frames and glass to help Great Britain meet the commitments as set out in the Kyoto Agreement relating to energy consumption and green house gases.
To ensure that you fit replacement windows that meet these new standards, the glass and Glazing Federation teamed with other industry bodies to produce FENSA – the Fenestration Self-Assesment Scheme. We’ve used Ace several times – in 2019 to replace our front and back doors, in 2020 to convert a window into a large glass door, and in 2025 to replace 10 old windows with UPVC sash windows. In each instance, Ace have provided us with informative advice & options, detailed quotes, a reliable, professional & friendly service and great windows/doors. In one instance there was a manufacturing problem (not Ace’s fault) and they kept us informed of the progress to fix it and even brought us flowers to say sorry for the inconvenience. The quotes we’ve received from Ace have been comparable but slightly higher when compared to other companies in the local area, but the quality of the product and the service they provide is more than enough to justify the difference. We will always choose to use them if we can, hence when we had essentially the whole house done, they were our first and only choice. Highly recommended.
